Eliztree' walked with her soon-to-be Lord and Knight. She remained quiet so Kalin could speak freely.

Kalin nodded and boldly replied. "Sir, I am Kalin of Aloura.." He thought about what he had just said. ....of course I am 'of Aloura' I protect its princess...hu~h stupid me...speaking like a knave to the Prince.... He kept his show of valor on his appearance.

Osgiliath was a truly beautiful city. In it's own way, of course. Sait's heart was only given to the lush forests and blue rivers of Phodard. But never the less Osgiliath had it's charm.

The ride though the Kingdoms had been uneventful, and actually quite enjoyable. When Sait hadn't been hiding from Drought, or being on watch duty, she was training with Rafik; the Master Assassin, and Sir Brazer; the Knight's commander.

Slowly but surely she was learning both of their ways. Granted- she barley held the title of novice, but she could defend herself with only few scratches and bruises. She could even sneak up on people, which she did often (which aggravated most of the guards, most of them played along).

By this time they'd entered the inner walls of the city. Merchants were yelling out their wears to on-lookers, the smells of food being cooked wafted though the air but a few people were begging for some money; being mostly ignored.

Outside the inner walls, though, it was more poverous. There were more beggars and homeless men, women and children. But that was the way all cities were, this one just more because of their larger population.

The caravan made its way though, all the guards looking around in amazement. Sait, herself, was almost falling out of her saddle in awe at the surroundings. Masyaf wasn't nearly as large as this place.

All of a sudden Drought, on his own steed, came parallel to Sait and tried to converse.

"The wedding's tomorrow, we made it just in time. Don't you think?"

When only silence followed he frowned, "Still ignoring me?"

"Ignorance by choice is a woman's greatest gift," came her reply.

"That may be so, but you have no reason to act upon your emotions so."

"No reason? My reason is just; you lie to me, treat me as a dog, pretending to be a Knight and trying to teach me the wrong way to do something! I'm not some filly that needs breaking!"

Drought help up his hands in surrender, "I just tried to get you to work a little faster, that's all."

"You gave me a sword and said, 'here's this sharp piece of metal, try to stick it in me'! Sir Brazer said even novices don't handle a sword until a year into their training!"

"I- uh. Have no comment? Just turn around and enjoy the city."

"T-turn around? Enjoy the city?! You p***k!" But her words fell on deaf ears, for Drought had already ridden ahead to the castle. No doubt to greet his brother-in-law and sister-to-be.

Rein glanced around for her little brother, the prince,Iden.
He should be somewhere, and shouldn't he be out in the open with a crowd around him? Oh, there's mother, ooh, she so troublesome, ever since Father....
"Madam, would you care for a drink?" A servant had a tray of wine.

"Ah, no thank-you." She politely replied. Then continued looking around.
Sakre was a small distance away, beside her.

"I don't see Iden..." She pouted.
((I can't wait till we get the story going))

"Iden? Actually, now that you mention it I haven't seen him either. Hasn't the Aloura caravan arrived already? Maybe he's with his wife to-be," Sakre suggested, "I was also hoping I would get a glimpse of young Drought soon. He said he would be coming from Masyaf. But so far no hide-nor hair of him."

She sulked even though the party was grand.
I see plenty of people here, just, not the ones I want to see... Rein sighed to herself.
"Ah, but we will see them soon." Her mood suddenly changed, and she hugged Sakre, joyfully.
