 Kiyoko took the scroll from him and nodded her thanks. Looking over it she smiled. It was definitely going to be a useful thing to have. She took out a small rope that she had and did her very best to tie it in as many small knots as she could. She then closed her eyes and found the center of her chakra. She focused on it and channeled it easily into her hand. Once she was sure she had the right amount, she began to force it into the rope. She worked slow so as to get it right, and not use to much chakra. Getting this easily she was able to push the knots loose so that they would untangle in her hands. Once she was done she gave a mute smile to deil. tada! she cheered

"Great work Kiyoko-san!" Deil said as he wrote up the next scroll, and exchanged it and a dial combination lock for the previous scroll when she came over to retrieve it. Hopefully these techniques come in handy when you're out in the field. They're more like utility skills than combat skills, but it's better to have them than not, especially at this stage.Anrokku no Jutsu (Unlocking Technique): A relatively easy jutsu to perform, this is used mostly on stealth and espionage missions to gain access to locked areas. By concentrating chakra on a basic lock such as a door lock or on a safe, the user can force the mechanism to unlock even without the key or knowing the code. Nothing about the lock will have changed other than it will open once before it locks up again. This skill leaves no signs of tampering.

Kiyoko Smiled softly. She was glad to finally be getting somewhere with her training. She hated that she was so behind but she hoped if she kept going at this rate she could catch up in no time. She was handed another scroll, and she read over it. This one looked to be fairly simple as well, she just needed to open the lock like she pushed the rope loose.
She held the lock in her hand, and focused her chakra as she had done earlier. She knew it wasn't going to be EXACTLY the same as before because she had to work the lock open it wasn't something she could push like a rope. She pushed her chakra into her hand before she put it in the lock. She worked the lock open with general ease and handed it back to Deils clone. She looked satisfies with her self but didn't "say" anything this time.

 Yuj Hajime The young Hajime had been fooling around the denser parts of the training grounds. He was actually drawing down ideas he had for a newer hidden blade. He was using a cheap replica of the original blade, crafted by himself. However, its structure was way too weak for impaling and such he found new ways to use it to his best with some extensions. Well, these extensions consisted of weak metal and normal rope, but added safety and speed to traveling and could aid him in battling as well.
When he was done writing the information down on the paper, he gathered his model and equipped it. He had noticed activity evolving nearby. When he approached he noticed shinobi. Pretty young it seemed. He forced chakra on his skin layers and the surrounding environment, masking his presence. Well, visual presence. He approached each group of genin, making sure not to step out too much into the light. He noticed that some of the genin could have higher levels, but most were of the typical genin chakra range.
He approached the Mizukage nonchalantly and stopped just besides him. He watched the other genin. "Hey there." He spoke to Deil who would be able to see him now because of the small distance. Out Of Character : No spoilers, that weapon I talked about is probably going to be his custom weapon.Jutsu Name : /

He had seen Yuj from in his peripheral vision from a good ways off since the ninja's lower skill level in being stealthy wasn't anywhere near what it needed to be to fool Deil's eyes. All the other students seemed to be taking a break, so he allowed himself time to direct his attention to the newcomer. However another form came running into the area, a kunoichi assigned to the gate detail. She came up beside him and bowed before delivering her message; a squad of Leaf ninja had just arrived, and would be making their way toward his office. He nodded and waived her off to dismiss her, and turned his attention back to Yuj briefly. "It appears I'm needed elsewhere, but you can ask for some training from my clone or Ichisumi-sama if that's what you came here to do. If you wanted to see me personally, my clone should suffice. Now if you'll excuse me, I must be off." The Mizukage then turned and walked out through the entrance of the training ground and turned to make the short journey back to his office at the Mizukage's tower. [Exit to Mizukage's Tower]

By using these materials, the user is able to form a clone. The clone itself cannot attack but can pose as a good distraction since, once it is hit, the dust and dirt particles it is made out of will burst open and enter the enemy's eyes, mouth and nose. The clone can be dismissed at will.

Realizing that she had yet to properly complete the Water Clone Technique, Mileena went through the handsigns and after a short moment of flaring her chakra, the clone made out of water appeared as a perfect likeness before her. She allowed it too dissipate a moment afterwards and noticed that Deil was leaving them at the training ground. Obviously something very important had turned up. Mileena looked at Ichisumi with a dead expression and went over to one of Deil's clones to receive a scroll for the Wall Walking Technique, as well as to let him know that she would be back for scrolls on all the remaining D Ranked Suiton Ninjutsu except Water Shield.

Deil Grist Shadow Clone Deil's clone scribbled down the procedure for the Water Shuriken jutsu, and handed it to Mileena. "Thanks for staying to train. I go ahead and start writing the other ones so you don't have to wait for me to write them when you get back. Good luck!"Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique): A technique utilized through water manipulation, user(s) are able to manipulate the surrounding water and mold it into multiple small shuriken. Shuriken created through this technique may be launched physical or as they are created. Upon contact with any solid surface, the shuriken will revert back to water.

Mileena remembered the handsigns for the Water Clone perfectly, and now feeling ready, she gathered the needed chakra and formed the handsigns. A puddle of water not too far away from where Mileena was standing began to tremble, then a figure began to form from it slowly until a perfect likeness of Mileena was standing right where the puddle had been. That was a success. Now she had to learn the technique that was on the scroll she had placed on the ground. It was the Water Shuriken Technique which allowed her to form shuriken through water manipulation. Mileena wasted no time in forming the handsigns and concentrating as portions of the mist formed into tiny shuriken made completely of water. She snatched a few from the air and threw them in a single direction, at a tree in the distance. They reverted to water upon contact. The learning process was a success as she had expected. After she finished she went back over to the clone and returned the scroll to him, turning away with a wave of her hands. She was going off to do something else for a while.

Everything works out in the end Akira came running back to the lake where he first wanted to do his training with the Mizukage. He was panting after running at pretty much full speed from the hospital. When he arrived at the lake he looked around and spotted a few people training. He scanned the area and looked for the Mizukage. He spotted him and rushed over to greet him. DEIL-SAMA! yelled Akira, Look! I'm better now! I can train! The doc cleared me! Akira was so excited to be in the presence of his idol once more. So Deil-sama, will you train me? Or at least give me a scroll to train from? Akira was so excited he didn't notice that he was only talking to a clone. I've been wanting to perfect my Red Life Force Phantom technique. It's the best clone technique in my opinion. Akira began thinking about fighting an enemy. His thoughts began to race about how he would fight against his opponent. First I'd use my clone to confuse him. Then I'd hit him like this! The young genin threw a simple jab and followed up with a cross punch, ending with a front kick. He had forgotten about wanting to train and the fact that his favorite person was right in front of him watching him fight the air. And then it hit him. His rank wasn't high enough. He froze with his fists up and his face turned from aggressive to disappointed very quickly. He dropped his fists and returned his attention to the Mizukage. Uhh....Deil-sama? I can't learn that technique yet can I? The disappointment in him could be heard through his voice. He thought about what else he could learn. He thought and thought but nothing really interested him. He settled for a simple technique he knew of and had seen his father use in the dark. Mr. Deil, could you teach me the Flickering Light technique?

Deil Grist Shadow Clone"Welcome back Akira!" the clone said as the boy arrive, however it stared at him with a curious expression as he proceeded to fight the air. When the boy finally caught himself, the clone shook its head. "Sadly yes, you are too low in rank to learn that technique. I can give you a scroll for the Flickering Light however." It then drafted a small scroll for the technique and Mileena's next technique, and handed them their scrolls as he took back Mileena's other scroll. "Good luck with your training!"Isonagi no Jutsu (Beach Crab): Can only be utilized on water or on top of loose soil, this technique causes a pair of pincers, similar to those of a crab's, to rise out of the water/loose earth and capture a target's ankles. The target is then dragged beneath the loose soil or water and will be completely enveloped though if strong enough, target may break free due to the looseness of the earth / liquidity of water. Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique) Description: Charging electrical chakra throughout the Cloud-Nin's entire body the shinobi makes his skin light up giving it a bright glow that can allow him to see it a night. With an additional five control one can control this bright glow to make the light flicker, using it as a code or a signal. An additional five power allows the user to create a flicker so bright it can disable anyone who looks directly at him for a post. *Technique flagged for future editing

Akira took the scroll from Deil and walked a few feet away. He unraveled the scroll and quickly scanned over it. Ok so...I just have to charge my electrical chakra through my body....sounds pretty simple. Let's prepare. Akira cleared his mind and closed his eyes. He focused on the thought of electricity, how it felt to be shocked, and it made him feel bright, like things lit up. It would've been hard for him to explain this and he was glad he didn't have to make anyone understand. He imagined that his blood were electric itself and he could almost feel it coursing through his body. It tingled a little bit in fact. He opened his eyes and saw that his arm hairs were in fact lit up. Wow. This is so easy. Just gonna give it one more try and see how it goes. (1/2)

Everything works out in the endAkira gave himself a few seconds to stop and analyze what he had just done to partially produce the Flickering Light technique. So first I cleared my mind..... Akira allowed his thoughts to calm. He was happy that he had actually almost performed the technique. He closed his eyes and hummed a single note to himself which made him focus on mainly the sound. Then when all of his other thoughts were gone, he thought again of electricity. But this time he imagined a lightning bolt coming down and instead of shocking him, he imagined that it consumed him. The green-haired boy didn't tingle this time. He let the lightning illuminate him by reversing the thought of the lightning consuming him. Now he thought as though he had eaten the lightning and it was shining through out his body. Akira opened his eyes to see his skin was glowing fairly bright. He was really proud of himself. Yes! I did it! He folded his illuminated arms and raised his head. He wanted everyone to know that he had successfully performed the Flickering Light technique. I'll go show Deil-sama! Akira walked back to Deil, still glowing and asked So Deil-sama, got any missions I can do? I'm sure I could complete any mission with as much ease as with this technique. Akira, before Deil had a chance to respond, felt his stomach grumble. Again? You just ate not too long ago! Mmmm....well then....I guess we can go eat something at the hangout.... He didn't wait for Deil to respond and left to get some food.
