Ah yes, Dawn was right. Of course she was. Unia wanted to kick herself for not thinking correctly. What kind of Shaman was she? The bad kind, that was for sure. The grey fox didn't spend time dwelling on this though, instead she padded over quickly and nudged the fallen fox on the Phim's back accurately. She nodded, backing away.
"He should be alright like that. When we return, please put him in the edge of the oasis." She mused before gratefully nudging the others side with her nose.

Ciro groaned softly at being jostled around, but it wasn't enough to bring him back to consciousness. The blackness was becoming more and more comfortable to sink into. There was a reason he shouldn't though and he instinctively struggled against it. Trying to hold on. To what? Again...he didn't quite remember. Still. He heard far away voices and he tried to stay with them.

Lilie was running around doing this and that. She was being her normal hyper-self. But now she had a job to do. Since becoming an adult she became a gatherer for her parents tribe. She hadn't had the job long and didn't know exactly what the tribe needed but she did know that she had to collect berries and nuts and she might be able to help collect herbs seeing as her mother was Shaman of the tribe. Doku was just outside the area of tribe lands. He would head back soon enough but he had caught the faint scents of an animal that could be a potentiality meal for the tribe or at least some kits. He would make the trip fast bout would take enough time to track whatever it was right.

Tiiiiime skip~To Conundrum, it felt like hardly any time had passed at all, although he knew it had--it had been nearly half a year since the Tribe had first been formed. It was big now, healthy; there were even mates within the tribe, and children too--children that had grown from BCRs to adults it seemingly just the blink of an eye.
Like his own children. Kirke, Tiya, Taya and Mariel were adults now, all mature(-ish) and wise(-ish), and getting along just fine with Dilemma and Paradox.
Which brought him to Mirage. His third daughter from that one drunken night with Xi. She had come wandering onto his lands looking for him just recently, and now he was fervently hoping against hope she would stay; he didn't think he could lose her again.
It was a time to celebrate, though. The days were finally getting longer again, which meant that spring was approaching--maybe, soon, there would be new kits running around the tribe.
However, that would--or wouldn't--happen in due time. For now, he just needed to make sure his foxes were alright and happy. As such, he stretched in the cool darkness of the underground cave that he and Ate shared and emerged into the bright sunlight of the desert and looked around.
All quiet.
Shrugging one massive shoulder to himself, he padded forward towards the Oasis, silently going through his daily prayers to the 'Deities that protected his tribe. He reached the edge of the lake and took a long drink, then simply sat down to wait and think, just in case anyone needed him.Furii was already awake when Conundrum stepped out of his cave; she had never been able to sleep very much or very long. She wouldn't bother the Elder though when she had no pressing issues--at least not ones he could help with.
The issue that he couldn't help with? Its name was Kalevi, and she knew she had to figure it out all on her own.
Pushing thoughts of the Exploratory Scout out of her mind (for now, at least) Furii yawned and sat up, only to be scared out of her fur when a large, winged creature swooped down next to her, presumably from one of the trees in the glade that surrounded the Oasis.
"Ikaros, don't do that," she chastised lightly, though with no real malice or intent in her voice. She had raised this particular 'Phim--really, she should have expected it. "Sorry Furii~" Ikaros said, grinning from ear to ear with no real sign of remorse. He knew his Teacher didn't mean it, and he enjoyed spooking the normally tough vixen.
"How are you today?" he asked, giant tail wagging slightly. "I was thinking about going with Dad on Patrol today," he explained, at least having the patience to let Furii answer his pleasantry first. "But I wanna find Aelius first," he added as an afterthought, looking around for his brother as he spoke. Where was he?
"Wanna come help me find him?" the Teacher had an uncanny nose for finding children she had raised--maybe from all the months of finding them when they didn't want to be found.
As such, Furii agreed at the two set off, looking but not calling out, because half the Tribe was probably still asleep.

It had been half a year since Ciro had nearly died. Half a year since he'd wandered into Solarie and had been saved by Dawn and Unia. It was nice here, he loved it. So many things and people to study; lives to watch play out and friends to make. He was already friends with Dawn and Unia, but the rest of the tribe he had yet to form as deep of bonds, not surprising since he owed the Phim and Shamen his life.
Still, he wasn't without sadness. He hadn't seen his Starfox, his Ambrose, in as long a time. Ciro was worried about him. The sun fox wasn't about to wander off on his own at the moment though. He'd give Ambrose a little more time, then go look for his lost boyfriend.
Sighing heavily, Ciro went to lie down under the trees close to the water. What he needed was something to take his mind off of his troubles. Something new. Hmmm.... Esus flew to the edge of the tribe lands and landed in the soft sand. He was on his way to meet with the tribe elder and officially become a member of the tribe. After all, his Angel was in there somewhere. The maroon Phim chuckled as he imagined the look on her face. This was going to be a fun day.
Trotting into the tribe lands, Esus pasted a 'I'm not an enemy, look I'm nice' smile on his face. He didn't know how many scouts there were, or if any were in the vicinity, but he did not want to be taken as an intruder. All he wanted was to convince the Elder to let him be with Xiaoshi.

Xiaoshi let out another sigh and played with the water. She was a bit tired from her impromptu journey to go and meet up with Esus which turned into her being whisked away to be introduced to family members. Being surrounded by so many in laws and trying to be on her best behavior had tired her out for the most part.
Looking around she wondered what she would do today. The last batch of kids had fully grown up and some where even off getting their own mates. There was no need to worry about hiding her tail from the tail pervert either. Speaking of which she wondered why he had been suspicious looking on the way home. Knowing Esus Xiaoshi probably wouldn’t like it in the long run.

]Azriel fluttered his wings a little and hop/flew to where his mother and sister were. "I can stay in the air longer than before, mama." He said solumnly. "Watch, mama, watch." He jumped in the air a little and fluttered around before landing on the ground again with a 'thump'.
"Did you see? Soon I'll be able to fly all the way up a...a tree or something." Azriel frowned. Trees were awfully high. Maybe he should start small and fly up on a large rock instead. "Mama! When are we gonna meet daddy!" Xia demanded petulantly, standing on her back legs and placing her cyan front paws against her mother's side. Xia had gotten her mother's personality along with most of her coloring and wasn't very happy with being ignored.
She frowned at Azriel and lashed her tail. "Yes, show-off. We all saw you." Rolling her eyes she turned back to her mother. "Well? When do we get to meet him? Is he gonna come here?"

Xiaoshi sighed and looked at her charges, so much for free time. Then again Ate was busy having children again… and thus Xiaoshi was watching her own children, not that she would have allowed Ate to watch them in the first place. This wasn’t because of any hatred for the other carer but more because she didn’t really want any one else raising a part of her family; at least from her first batch of children. She looked down at Xia and sighed wondering where the other two had disappeared to. “Yes very impressive Azriel” Xiaoshi replied mustering up the effort to be impressed. Okay so she was a little crabby when she was first waking up, “Just make sure to be careful and not get stuck in said monumental tree”.
Okay that was Kid two down, now to kid three. “I have no idea where that flying rat is. Probably getting heat stroke” she stated shaking her head. “And you, no arguing or fighting with Azriel okay, no matter how much you want too” Okay so where were kit one and four?

Unia padded into the opening, emerging from her little hiding hole. Doku was nowhere to be found, but this was usual. He'd be back later. Dark eyes scanned about before smiling at the members that were awakening, ears flicking backwards as she spotted a figure in the distance. For a second she considered speaking to the Scouts, though the vixen had nothing else in particular to do. She had the proper amount of herbs, and her children were off doing their jobs. The ones that had stayed, that is.
Dragging herself up, her ears flicked backwards as she approached the shadowy figure. It didn't take long for her to finally grow accustomed to the figures form, smiling gently in greeting. "Hello. Are you here for pleasure or business?"
The vixen hadn't expected to be stopped by another person, she had expected to simply waltz into the tribe and locate her father. No, why had she thought it'd be that simple? As the Shaman approached she stopped her movement, eyes watching the dark fox curiously, hair dipping in-front of her face briefly. It took her a few seconds to understand the vixens words, having been lost in thought merely seconds ago.
"Pleasure? I'm here to see my father." Father. A strange word for a man she just recently met. She had given herself time to consider her options, and during that time met a woman. She both wanted to share the news of this woman and also see the tribe that she may one day join. May. She still was unsure what she wanted, what she even needed. The feeling of always being incomplete left her wandering, seeking for what it would be that would complete her. Perhaps it was the tribe she needed?
"Father? If you follow me, maybe we can.... are you Conundrums child?" Unia had spotted the markings finally, tail flicking in excitement when the vixen gave a simple nod. "Oh! He's about somewhere, I can take you." With this, she took a step backwards. The vixen was so quiet, she was unsure whether she had upset the other or she was merely quiet. The vixen followed as she moved backwards, confirming that she'd indeed follow, and Unia set off to find her Elder.
"Junkoooo." The sound of a young fox cut the air as Viola loudly announced her awakening by screeching for her missing sister. She slipped outside of her dwelling, growling when the sun attacked her eyes prematurely. She managed to close her eyes and rub them until they were fine, ears flicking backwards when a shadow cast above her. Her tail wagged despite how her ears recoiled, looking up and smiling widely.
"Viola. Please be quiet in the mornings." Junko viewed her sister with disapproval, though she had stopped her task to adhere to her sister's whines. Viola flashed a wild smile, returned with a calm, blunt stare. With a blink, Junko nodded and turned to glance around, nails digging into the sand slightly.
Neither Junko or Viola had decided jobs, though both agreed to stay in the tribe. Viola was considering to be a Nurturer, though Junko wasn't sure the other vixen could keep her attention focused on BCRs. She personally felt like the vixen should be a Scout, or a simple Tribe Member.
Her? She considered by a Nurturer, but that would be impossible. She liked kids, but she rarely showed her emotions, which would disturb a child. Perhaps a Hunter, maybe. Shrugging the options off her shoulders, she glanced to view her mother with a strange vixen, tail flicking absently.
"Mother has a stranger with her." "There's a male Modiphim, too! Strangers everywhere~"
Junko regarded Viola with a stare, nodding. Viola considered most strangers as friends, something that endangered the girl whenever she left the tribe. Junko wanted to correct her behavior, however stopped. She had promised her mate she would let Viola grow on her own more without her constantly fretting as if she was a kit.
