A look of surprise was glued onto Hirimi's face. Sure, she hadn't rambled for that long, but that didn't mean she hadn't! Or.... Didn't. If he stuck around long enough, he'd realize very quickly that she did, indeed, ramble. Sometimes she said things that she'd had no desire to share, like anything personable. That was probably why so many people seemed to like her though... She wasn't able to keep that many secrets about herself!

Next question threw her off guard, her surprised look vanishing, only to be replaced by confusion. To tell the truth, she'd never actually put much thought into why she did things like that. Of course, it was simple to figure out why. She'd never been a very... secure person, always treading lightly, making sure she didn't step on anyone's toes. Even now when she'd finally found some self confidence, her cautious nature remained. "I.... Don't like people getting mad at me." Curse this tongue of hers! Betraying all her dark secrets! "It's just... Become a habit, I guess."

Germany. She knew the country. Of course she'd never been there, and never done much research on the place, but she knew it was in Europe. That.... was about as far as her knowledge on the place went. Then.. He went and mentioned she didn't recognize. The Cold War? Confusion once again found it's way onto her expression. "I know Germany.... But not this... Cold War...." She'd died long before the Cold War, after all. IT was no wonder she didn't know what it was! With out even knowing it, she'd once again giving him something about herself. He could assume she was older then him. How much older... Well that was a mystery for now.

Now the conversation seemed to have shifted onto her. Hirimi smiled a little, happy that she wasn't the only curious one out of the two. Still.... What was she supposed to say? What should she share? It was always impossible for her to decide what to say at these times. "That's not very specific." Her smile brightened a little. "Well......" She was deep in thought, trying to come up with something, anything. Of course, she could try and be funny and say 'I'm Hirimi, and I can get lost in my own house.' Yeah.... That would make her look really stupid... Instead, she decided to try and figure out what he wanted to know. "What would you like to know?" She was grinning now. The way she acted.... It was almost like she was unknowingly saying that she'd basically answer any question he asked.

Suddenly, Florian stood up, fully erect and alert. His cold secluded nature had grasped hold again and rather than continue the conversation, he had other ideas. "No, don't tell me anything. Show me what type of person you are." And with that, Florian took several steps forward nearing the middle of the dojo. At this point he took a firm stance and flicked his gaze back to Hirimi as if beckoning her to follow his lead.

The time of talk was over, Florian had returned to his senses and clammed up once again. His new idea was to test her morals and abilities in a hand-to-hand spar. What better way to understand who someone was than by the way they fought. Everything you needed to know was right before your eyes, each movement read was like a page in a book, a single small part to a whole.

"You must excuse my brashness however I feel as though I could know you better should I test your strengths." Florian's gaze now released from Hirimi and returned to his feet. Closing his eyes, Florian made a series of broad motions, stretching and settling into a combat mindset. Push her to her breaking point. Only then will you see her for who she truly is and what she honestly stands for. At this point, the tall German tensed, his muscles and veins protruding for but a moment before his instincts forced him to relax.

Florian suddenly felt calmed, as though a sense of familiarity had overcome him. This sudden change in demeanor was not unlike him. In fact, Florian should've actually been known for this. He often grew bored with talk and action was far more befitting of a man his background. So as he now awaited Hirimi's answer, Florian stood silent and meditatively, his thoughts swirling with tactics and strategy.

((SO SO SO SO shitty! Sorry. I was incredibly busy and I felt as though I've made you wait too long. So here is this. Sorry for it's shittiness.))

His sudden movement seemed the startle the small woman, confusing her beyond the belief. Had she said something wrong? Had he somehow managed to insult him without even realizing it? For those first few moments she looked exactly like a deer caught in someone’s headlights. After he spoke though… She let out a relieved sigh. Okay, so it wasn’t something she’d done, good. He just wanted to spare.

After another few moments she hoped to her feet, setting her Zanpakuto on the ground so it was out of the way. Perhaps coming here had been a good idea, she’d found someone to test her skills on, after all! “If that’s what you want.” She smiled sweetly, stepping forward.

She lazily stretched her limbs, shaking out her arms and legs before things went any farther, before dropping into her own stance. It was much looser then his own, more relaxed, but that was just her style. He’d find out soon enough why her style was the way it was. “It’s no problem at all. That is the whole reason there are training grounds like this.” Even though they were just about ready to spare, she couldn’t help but notice how much he reminded her of another man from her past. The thoughts made her nostalgic. It was interesting how much a complete stranger could remind you of old friends because of a few similar characteristics.

“I don’t often make the first move, so you have the honor.” She was still smiling that sugar sweet smile of hers, but something seemed to change, something about her demeanor seeming to ask him to show her just what he was capable of.

((You're post is amazing compared to mine razz This was done with only 2 or less hours of sleep... But I couldn't put off writing it any longer XD ))

Florian stood in a wide stance, his elbows pointing outward, though, not exceeding the width of his shoulders. His left hand was balled up tightly into a fist while his right was as stiff and flat as a board. Florian's fingertips pointed upward and he, in some sort of personal ritual, bowed his head towards the fingertips, just barely touching the skin of his forehead against them and closed his eyes. Silently and in complete German, Florian muttered an inaudible prayer, Rise to power; break free from your bindings and let loose your heart. The moment Florian's lips ceased their motion, he released the restrictions on his reiatsu and the visually, his spiritual pressure heightened. Florian tilted his head upright and snapped his eyes open. From this erect and meticulously prepared position, Florian kicked off from the ground and propelled himself into the air.

Florian had yet to master or even properly initiate any training in Shunpo. For such reasons, each and everyone of his motions were completely visible to his opponent. Just as he now angled his body, closing the gap between himself and Hirimi, Florian cocked his leg and seconds before reaching his target, snapped open the joint in his knee and rotated his hip. With his right leg, Florian aimed a roundhouse kick, downward, towards Hirimi's collarbone. His intentions were to catch her off guard with his direct and deliberate attack hoping that she would have expected something more flashy and even deceptive.

It was a quiet night at the squad two training facility, but that due to the lack of squad members as well. But just as of tonight, a new member had made his way into the squad and the first place he wanted to go to was to the squads dojo. The new recruit was a white male, about 5.9 with yellow cat like eyes, a silver spiked liked fro, he wore the standard shinigami uniform but the sleeves on the kosode were removed. The most noticeable factors about him though were the black oni mask hanging on the right side of his head, a red skull devil buckle over his white sash. Even more curious was that his zanpakuto was about only three feet, straight edged and on his lower back. Which was different, from the normal zanpakutos sheathed on the sides of most shinigami. He kept quietly to himself as he had entered the inside of the dojo, but noticed at how dusty it was and wondered if anyone was left at all. He got a bit of chill down his spine, his skin felt eerie from the mess and so he thought of a idea. The young man then, took his time to clean the place up a bit, from lighting the candles, to giving a quick wipe on the equipment. Time seemed to flow for him, as he soon lost track, but little did he know that someone else was in the squad still and would be paying a visit soon.
