Jade's entire being stiffened, and she went through the odd motions. It must have looked incredibly stupid, seeing as she had no hood. Jade's face looked rather furious, but not a trace of fear could be found. She knew he wouldn't be able to hold her long, simply due to the difference in power. "What makes you think I am afraid of death? I will not play stupid, for it would be a waste of breath. Why don't you answer a few of my questions, and perhaps I will tell you where they reside. For if I do not, you will search till the ends of the earth, until your bones turn to dust, and you will never see but a hair of them." Jade lapsed into silence, and unconsciously she activated her sharingan. Her eyes lost their gold hue, and turned blood red, the tomoe entering her eyes as well.

 Zane Hajime Nara ||Genin||Swordsman||Nara||Manipulator of Flames|| xxxxxxZane kept the hold, a single drop of sweat pouring down his brow as it took every bit of him to keep her in check. "I am a reasonable man..." he told her. "What is it that you wish to know...?" he asked her simply, not speaking too much out of the need to maintain his focus.

Jade smiled, despite the desperate situation. By reasonable, he meant -s**t, she's right-. Now, Jade could simply manipulate the situation to her wishes. "Why do you care so much about the Bijuu?" She said, beginning to try and fight the holds. Just a few seconds, and she could strangle the life out of Zane. Albeit, Jade couldn't deny the fact that she was intrigued by all of this. Her body fought hard against the technique, though her face remained emotionless. The sharingan allowed her to see the strain that Zane was having, and she couldn't suppress laughter. What an ambitious young man.

"It's simple really. Their power...their raw power is too great to even fathom. Just one demon could level an entire village without breaking a sweat. Imagine the power of all 9 of them...someone of such power could change the world," Zane explained to her. "The strong shall live and the weak shall die to feed the strong. Survival of the fittest...it is nature's most fundamental law, natural selection which is inscribed into every living creature. If we are not strong, then we are weak...which means that at some point we will be merely used as puppets for the strong until we are casted aside and killed."

Jade raised an eyebrow at the boy. What a vision one could have at such a young age. "What're you 12? Isn't that a little far-fetched? What makes you think you could control these demons?" She had seen one in action, and it definitely didn't want to stop for some tea. Jade could still see the strain he was putting himself in, just to have a chat with her. "Hows about we strike up a deal? I won't kill you...if you let me go. You'll have your chance to speak, and at the end...we'll see what happens at the end." Zane struck a chord within Jade...a chord that was ringing out a beautiful note.

Zane Hajime Nara ||Genin||Swordsman||Nara||Manipulator of Flames|| xxxxxxZane was not going to respond to the fact that she just called him a 12 year old. He was better than to succumb to an insult like that. Zane relaxed his mucles as his shadow retracted from hers, not like he had much of a choice. He wouldn't have been able to keep it up much longer. This way he would hide his weakness as him just agreeing to her terms. "I can control them..." he stated simply, remembering the teachings his father drilled into his very core...teachings that almost killed him several times.

Jade raised an eyebrow. "From what I can tell...you are human. How exactly do you expect to control every single one of them? Do you plan to go this alone?" Jade had already made up her mind on whether or not she would tell him. She liked games, but more than that, she like controlling games.

"Unfortunately though, I am not powerful enough, of this I am sure. Which is why I have indeed started gathering shinobis with extreme potential. I am a member of the Nara Clan...my father was to be the head of the clan, meaning that he knew the secrets of the Nara. Powerful secrets that you couldn't even begin to imagine. Like I said, a mere genin was able to control you for a few seconds, but imagine what I could do if I were to become more powerful. I know of ways to contain the demons other than via a live host. Using these containment methods, I plan to control every single one of them..." Zane explained. He didn't go into too much detail, but figured that this would be enough to satisfy her curiosity.

Jade hated being talked down to, especially from ungrateful younglings. "Look child, I was probably your age when you were born, and if I wanted to, I could squash you like a bug." She stopped speaking her hands crossing infront of her. "I would be able to squish your hopes and dreams, without ever breaking a sweat." She paused once more, coming to the idea that he had been trying to persuade Blade when she arrived. "However," Jade edged closer, taking short steps. "I am, very interested in this endeavor. The Bijuu are quite...dangerous, and I live for peace. Not only that I have strong allies." Jade hated beating around the bush, so she just jumped to the point. "I could help you, but do not ever insult me, or try to degrade me. I don't follow blindly, but I am willing to help."

For starters, you're a Kage. You are bounded by your village where we are not. We are able to travel as we please whenever we wish to do so, and once again you can't exactly do that if you wish to fulfill your role as Kage. Not only that, but too many people know of you. It would attract unwanted attention to us. As much as I appreciate the offer...it just can't be..." Zane pointed out. As long as she was Kage she could never help them.

Jade scoffed, how oddly was it that she was planning to leave soon enough. "Ah, then what a predicament we are in aren't we?" She began to pace around, getting ready for something close to a soliloquy. "How beautiful is it that I was already planning to leave. Perhaps we could arrange something, spectacular. I could leave with a bang perhaps." Zane should be thinking about the knowledge Jade now possessed. She knew his name, his face, and his goal.

--------------------------------------------------- Kiyoko had jumped to a tree and sat there to stay far from the smell created by Tosatsu. As she got there, she started thinking about things she should do and ended up spending some time on the tree. By the time she noticed something was going on in the surroundings, she looked around and saw the Tsuchikage with a guy she didn't know. Overhearing part of what they were talking, she heard the guy mention something about being part of Nara Clan. Kiyoko then gets off the tree and walks towards Jade. "Is there anything wrong Jade?" Kiyoko asked her since the situation seemed to be troublesome.---------------------------------------------------

What a rude and disrespectful wench this one is...is she that inconsiderate that she dares come into the conversation of her Kage without being asked to? If I was Jade I would have had her tongue cut off...but alas I'm not... Zane simply remained silent, crossing his arms and hearing Blade's words. On the outside he was emotionless, on the inside, he was extatic...a third member.

Tosatsu chuckled when Kiyoko ran off and dropped his jutsu. Quickly scooping up his books and stuffing them in his pack he chased after her. "Hey, you didn't have to run off like that!" He called out, and then he spotted the small gathering. "Oh, what's this then?" He muttered to himself, holding back a little ways to just watch.
