Cassara's Diary Entry 4

Cassara already having doodle on the page instead of writing tapped her pen in thought.

My little crush on Renor today turned interesting. Playing the part of Rhine I helped Renor shift. In the process I did a little kissing.

I think I finally understand Rhine's diary entry about uncontrollable desires. This body could be a lot of fun if I could control it.

We kept the treasure that did this to us.

Perhaps, when I'm older and have a human form Rhine will switch with me again. At least if we did switch again it would be by choice, also he have a little more freedom than just being a dragon.

I'm going to find my own way to shine. My own way for Renor to notice me. I've got to make it up to him; however, I don't know just how to do that. I did give him one of my bracelets.

Rhine mentioned tomorrow that we'd go to GraMa's to see about getting this spell undone. Neither of us want to face mother.

Not that mother is a scary or harsh person, this is just a tad bit on the odd side.

Cassara put a couple more doodles on the page before putting her diary back in the lock box.

Interview

This switch back had been as simple as getting themselves into the fix.

Rhine had set up his appointment, and with that he felt it had come time to tell his mother of his plans.

Even though the door was open, Rhine nocked on the door.

Ceres was sitting up in the bed. She welcomed him in with a pat on the bed. "You and Cassara seem better as of late."

Rhine gave a soft nodd "A lot better. I've got some news..."

"I've expected such for a while now. You were always one to keep to yourself until the time you saw fit." Ceres smiled. "You are dressed up nicely today... Not exploring?"

Rhine sat on the bed shaking his head. "No, mother I've got a job interview today. Some time with in the next week I'll be moving to Gaia."

Ceres almost frowned but forced a smile. "I guess there are some things that this island cannot offer you even if it does have everything."

Rhine smiled. "Wish me luck on my interview..."

Ceres nodded softly. "I wish you all the luck. You know even when you move you are always welcome here."

Rhine nodded soflty. "I'll drop in daily for dinner."

Ceres laughed. "You'll never miss your favorite meal time then?"

Rhine hugged his mother. "You sure your okay with this?"

Ceres hugged him back, and nodded. "You'd better hurry so you'll be early." She didn't know the time but was still encourging him on.

Rhine nodded, and stood up. "Later Mom!"



Rhine arrived early to the little restraunt. He was dressed fairy nice in a pair of jeans and a white button up shirt. The manager was pleased with an early arrival, and after several questions requarless of a lack of refrence hired Rhine.

Rhine was told that he'd start start in a week. Two days after he was to be settled into his new place.

Moving

Rhine stood in his room looking around, all his things where packed. A few homely effects still remained in his room for when he did drop by to visit. Two boxes near the mirror, and soon a knock of the door and Ceres standing in the door way told him it was time to go.

"All packed then?" Ceres smiled, although, you could still if was a little half hearted and forced.

Rhine gave the same smile, and nodded. "Yes, and ready to go."

Ceres hugged him, and looked him in the eyes. "You are always welcome."

Rhine nodded his head. "I told you I'll drop for dinner daily." He smiled.

Ceres laughed. "Alright then I'll take you up on that and set your place at the table every evening regardless if you show."

Rhine laughed. "Sounds great!"

Ceres went out of the room for a moment, and returned with a box. "I know you've never really taken a liking to this. But, please promise me to practice... It helped many of your sisters learn control."

Rhine nodded, and snorted. "It isn't my thing, but I'll try." He put the case into one of his boxes, and hugged his mother. "I've got to go. I am meeting Jasmine."

Ceres smiled. "Good Luck. I, we, are always here for you. I Love You!"

Rhine having already taken the time with each of his sisters to say good bye, smiled to his mother. "I Love You!" He touched his mirror, and he with the boxes vanished from his previous residence.

Rhine's Diary Entry 14

Rhine snatched up mirror from the sofa, and slung it into the box to retrieve later. He then picked up his diary growling.

Today, started out as a good day.

I got myself moved, and Jasmine came over.

I gave the ring to Jasmine (not in a fashion I planned). Also we had lunch.

Then it went down hill. She found out about what happened between Renor and myself. I don't think she was pleased with my reactions when she was asking me about ******** It...

Rhine stuffed his diary into the box. Then threw it into the closet.

Dropping Coins

Cassara as a dragon didn't have any distinct features of a girl or a boy, except the slender face and body. The tip of her tail, and her horns were black, and the rest of her body was a brilliant shade of red. Her back spikes had extended in her last growth spurt, but her wings remained small.

Cassara had recently managed to slip out with Rhine's help and get her ears pierced twice in both ears. He'd bought her a two sets of silver hoops. It was a make up gift after the adventure disaster hey had, had.

What made Cassara stand out as a girl most of all was her jewelry that covered her legs, arms, and just about ever where else. However, lately to her mothers surprise she'd started slowly removing it. Piece by piece, and when asked she simply told them that it interfered with her playing the violin.

However, deep down she was growing out of it. Her encounter with Renor in Rhine's body was cause enough to leave the girls world behind. Renor was a charming dragon around her in a boy's body, yet timid and a tad scared of her in a girls body. She enjoyed his company, his sent, and wanted to be closer to him. She'd made her promise, with no second thoughts.

Today, was the day. She was going to Gaia, to Barton to play her violin on the streets. She'd played for family, she'd played for friends, but now she wanted to play for the word. Confidence high she sat the last of her bracelets into a box. All that remained of her jewelry was her ear rings.

About out the door Ceres appeared. "Cassara where are you going?"

"I'm going to Barton, near the fountain, to play my violin." Cassara smiled proudly.

"Without your jewelry, or a distinctive way to show your a girl." Ceres smiled softly. She was asking out of honesty.

"You know I'm a girl, I know I'm a girl... Doesn't mean the rest of the world as to know." Cassara paused. "Besides all that jewelry interferes with my ability to play."

Ceres sighed almost at a loss for words. "I don't understand why you want to hide your beauty."

"I'm beautiful no mater what appearance." Cassara snorted. "I want to be adored for my music, not my looks."

Ceres nodded . "Sorry, I didn't mean it like that."

Cassara nodded smiling.

"Best of luck." Ceres hugged Cassara.

Cassara nuzzled her mother. "Thank You!"

With that Cassara went out side to use her mirror, and soon found her self at the CoLH Agency. From there she went to Barton. She opened her case, and took out her violin. People stopped to look because it was a site enough to see a dragon who could play. Cassara had luck on her side as the violin was tailored to her form.

Cassara didn't take sheet music with her, she instead played what her heart felt. It portrayed the story of two lovers, so close to touch, yet so far apart. She never looked up at the people passing as she was lost in her song.

Cassara's ears flickered as she herd something drop in her violin case. It was a shiny coin from the hand of a beautiful girl.

"You play well Sir." The girl smiled. "Don't stop playing on my account, you'll make many tips." With that the girl walked off.

Cassara's heart skipped a couple beats, her music faltering a bit. But she quickly hid it. Her mind wondered on the thought of someone calling her a boy, and that this boy played well. It made her smile, it was her secret.

Once the song was over, Cassara breathed deep. She looked up to find a crowd had gathered, and they were clapping. She took a bow. "Thank You." She blushed, feeling excited.

Upon returning her violin to its case she noticed other had left her coins as well. Tips for her song, she smiled and wished them all well.

Back at home in her room she took the coins from her violin case, and put them in a jar.
