Kaitou listened as Chris replied, somewhat amazed by the hybrid's command of the French language. "Non, [French is fine. Perhaps every now and again you could use English though? Do you know any Japanese?]" He replied, in French as well.
He noticed how comfortable the hybrid seemed in his Limo and chuckled. "I take it you like the luxury provided by a Limo?" He asked, this time in English. He hadn't used French in years, so he was a bit rusty. If the hybrid could speak English or Japanese, then he would be able to hold better conversations with him..if not then he could always brush up on his French. Till everything burns While everyone screams Burning in their lies Burning my dreams All of this hate And all of this pain I'll burn it all down As my anger reigns Till everything burns

Hadaee mada tawila Wa ana nahos ana wahala ghzalti Wa ana nahos ana wahala ghzalti Wa ana nahos ana wahala ghzalti "Aaaaah...." He voiced his definite approval. {"A Shakespeare fan, are you?"} He tilted his head to the side, letting a hand rest against his cheek as he contemplated this. {"But Romeo and Juliet? The tragedy in its self is silly. There were many better works he had completed. His histories were right dry, his comedies hysterical, and his tragedies fanciful and occasionally rightly sad, though mostly of a melodramatic and quite comedic brand."} He tapped his forefinger against his cheek bone, just a few inches below his right eye.
He took note of the list of languages, storing them away. "Bien, bien," was all he had to say (in Spanish) on the subject. He stood up suddenly and came close to the little lizard. His long tanned fingers took hold of Ruki's hand, his fingers gently massaging the pale flesh there. Their hands made a deliciously beautiful contrast. Dark against light.
But he was feeling the bone structure, making sure everything was intact correctly. His hands moved up along the lizard's arm, up a slender neck, along a pale cheek to feel the jaw bone, dusting over the eyelids and eye lashes, and back down the other arm. He never pushed past any real boundaries. Nothing below the Lizard's shoulders were touched.
That was, until Fatin knelt down in front of him. He started on Ruki's feet, his fingers carefully finding each bone, moving up along the ankles, the shins, knees, and part way up the thigh before he stopped. He carefully pulled the kimono back over Ruki's legs, settling it rightly over the ankles, a habit of originating in his culture.
He straightened and smiled. {"So far you have passed. You are well built, as far as I can tell. I would not dare to further intrude on your privacy in a place like this."}Aman aman aman Omry feek antia Ma ghair antia Ma ghair antia

((Well it was internet troubles, so it isn't really your fault, no big ^^)) Speaking words of wisdom... Chris tilted his head to the side a bit and made a hnd-gesture, signaling he was only so-so with Japanese. "Only a bit." He tried out his English again, not quite satisfied with how his words sounded just yet.
"Oui. [I like them.]" He switched from French to Japanese, showing his master that he was capable of doing as asked. He smiled softly and placed his hands in his lap, ready to answer any question the young man had for him. Though first, he had one. "Master, I was purchased for what?" He asked, speaking in slow English. He gave himself a small mental kick, he knew how he formed the sentence wasn't right.
Let it be.

Kadeo: African Wildcat There's a fire in your eyes Kadeo was so incredibly grateful to be out of the cage. He curled up on the couch with Sadie without a complaint. He smiled at the ferret, "Thank you," he said lightly, tail swishing back and forth. He stretched his arms above his head, feeling freer. He purrs a little as he does so. "....I didn't really dream about anything," Kadeo answers, tapping his fingers together, "It's uncomfortable to sleep in the cage, so I never sleep well enough to dream," At the other story, Kadeo's ears slid back, "Aww. I'm sorry, Sadie," he said, "....I wish we could get away too. But I'm never given the chance to run," he gestures to the cage with a sigh. I've never even tried it and they don't trust me enough to even let me out of the cage very often.
And I hope you let it burn.

Nodding in reply to Chris's answer, he smiled slightly at the question. "Saa-ne.. Why did I buy a hybrid? Well anyone you ask will agree that I need some company..So that is one reason." He sighed, gaze shifting out towards the sky, though not really seeing it.
"And the sentence was fine.. it could also be phrased 'What was I purchased for'...though that was fine the way you said it." He then realized the form of address used. "[I said you can call me] Kaitou, [didn't I?]" He asked sternly, though his tone showed that it wasn't actually a reprimand. He'd spoken in Japanese, and said it again in French..or he hoped that was the correct wording.
The ride was over, as the vehicle pulled up in front of his 'home'..a.k.a his mansion... The door was opened by the chauffeur, and the front door was already held open by the butler. "[We're here..]" He said unnecessarily.
He got out and held a hand out to Chris, deciding to be gentlemanly. "[come on.]" He smiled and waited for Chris. Till everything burns While everyone screams Burning in their lies Burning my dreams All of this hate And all of this pain I'll burn it all down As my anger reigns Till everything burns

((Yaaaaay!! biggrin )) Speaking words of wisdom... Chris nodded, shifting his other leg overtop. "So i will be... How you say... Votre ami? [Your friend?]" He smiled softly as his master praised him and gave him an English pointer, glad he had one that seemed kind.
"Oui, pardonnez-moi. [Yes, pardon me.] Gomen nasai, Kaitou. [I am sorry, Kaitou.]" He gave a small bow of his head, his ears flattening. "You are good with the languages." He complimented after hearing it in French. "I wish to speak like you can." It was then the door opened, and Chris waited for Kaitou to exit first. He gently placed his hand in the other's, needing very little balance or help getting out of the car. He gave a small nod along with "Merci beaucoup."
Let it be.

Tsukiyomi: Unlucky Black Cat "Life is a blurring picture that we much bring into focus." Some say... A black tail flicked back and forth as eyes scanned one page after another. Tsukiyomi didn't enjoy reading very much, but he was good at it, and none of the others really harassed him while he was reading, so he did. What a lame thing to say. I don't enjoy reading, I only want to do it so people don't bother me. Stupid... One of his ears twitched as the bell to the shop door opened and closed yet again. So many pets were being bought today. Too bad none of the owners hadn't come to look at him. He wasn't worth looking at, Tsukiyomi knew it, but still... it wouldn't hurt that much to at least look at the black cat in the corner of the room, right? Or was it... Yes, it had to be. One of those stupid human legends that say "Crossing paths with a black cat is unlucky." Well screw that, Tsukiyomi wasn't all bad luck, right? ... Well, forgive me if my camera isn't working right now.

When the dark of winter comes Starless night will cover day In the veiling of the sun We will walk in bitter rain.... Well, that clears that up. Damien thought, and decided that this one would probably be an okay choice. "So... Yuu... Pretty name...." he said, more to himself than anyone else. "It suits you." He ran a hand gently around the wolfboy, caressing him all around. Nice, firm muscles, he was a tough one, could deal with what was dished out. "Could I have a leash please? I`m taking this one." he said to the manager.… But in dreams I can hear your name. And in dreams, we will meet again.

+ Over and over, over and over. You make me fall for you + His skin trembled under the touch, finding it more pleasing than he'd thought possible. He was used to Urahara's careful touches, but they hadn't been nearly this nice for him. Urahara had come over and spoke with the human about how much Yuu would cost to buy from the store, roughly 1,500 pounds.
His price was higher because he was a pedigree white wolf, and they were a rare/endangered species..among the real wolves...as well as among hybrids. He was a bit rare. Though he wasn't too sure on the meaning of that word...though he had a vague idea about its meaning.~+~ Over and over, over and over. You don't even try to. ~+~ It feels like everyday stays the same It's dragging me down and I can't pull away So here I go again Chasing you down again Why do I do this?

Kaitou thought on the hybrid's reply. "[Yes....I guess you would be.]" He mused, more to himself it would seem, then to Chris. He led the hybrid inside, and paused a moment to let him get used to the spaciousness of the entrance room.
Kaitou actually laughed a bit when he was complimented. "Yeah, it only took my parents a few thousand dollars for private tutors and a number of years. They made sure that I had at least a few languages mastered before I even graduated high school."
He smiled at the hybrid, though it still held a guarded overtone to it, slightly less warm than had it been totally sincere. He could already feel the hybrid getting closer to him, and he was trying to keep him at a distance, figuratively that is.
He never let himself get too attached to anyone, since it had often ended painfully for him, both physically and emotionally. The purchasing of a hybrid was a possible step on the road to mending his heart..or whatever that therapist said.. Till everything burns While everyone screams Burning in their lies Burning my dreams All of this hate And all of this pain I'll burn it all down As my anger reigns Till everything burns

Speaking words of wisdom... Chris did a full 360 degree turn when they entered the house, admiring the decor. "Your parents pay for you to be tutored? You use languages often, yes?" He inquired, trying his best with English.
He carefully slipped his shoes off, flexing and stretching his toes in their socks. It felt good to take them off, he wasn't much a fan of either socks or shoes.
"So, does Kaitou have any tasks for Chris to perform?" He asked.
Let it be.

~*.:It's a glass cage so I can't pretend. You hide beneath the physical.:.*~ Ruki couldn't agree more with Fatin, Romeo and Juliet was not his favorite work by Shakespeare, but it was the only book he had left from his collection. His eyes watched the other male, he studied him a bit and wondered. Yet when the other male had come over towards him and grasped his hand, he didn't seem all that surprised by the action. He was rather interested though in what Fatin was thinking about, yet no words came to ask any questions.
He sat there still and silent as the man seemed to examine him, making sure everything was in order. Eyes came closed when Fatin's fingers moved to brush over his eye lids and lashes, and they seemed to stay close for a while. It wasn't until he felt his feet being touched that those eyes came open, a sort of grin resting to his face as he was carefully watching Fatin. He gave a slight little wiggle of his toes at the feel of the hands moving up his legs. When the kimono had been placed back in it's proper place.
It took him a few moments to gather his thoughts before he tried to even speak. {"I'm glad I have been able to pass so far."} There was a grin plan to see on that face of his, and he gave a shift of his form. Eyes plastered to the man standing in front of him, he had many little devious thoughts running through that head of his. Not too sure if they showed on his face, and in all honesty he really didn't seem to care. {"Have I passed enough to deserve you for a master?"} It was a simple question, or at least it was to him. Yet that one question held so much for him, in some strange unknown way to anyone but him. X X X
~*.:I see it coming but I can't defend. You cut so deep, my belief is gone.:.*~

When the dark of winter comes Starless night will cover day In the veiling of the sun We will walk in bitter rain.... Daniel didn't even blink as the price was announced, and paid it in full, cash. No reason to worry about money for him. Besides, considering the amounts paid by him to countless others as hush-money, this was hardly significant. He attached the plain white leash to Yuu, and walked out with him, his shiny shoes clicking on the sidewalk, in the direction of his house. He enjoyed walking, and he did so in a brisk, quick step that left none in doubt that he was confident he should be there, even when he started to get into the more expensive section of town. He walked straight up to the front door of his house and walked right in, waving a black michrocip in front of the doors. A servant waited in front of the door, in a black suit with the family crest (A wolf and sword) on it. He noted the coincidence. "You have at last decided to take a pet. Madame will be pleased." said the servant, bowing to the master first, then giving a curt nod to Yuu. Daniel made a grimace. "Merde. I had hoped to shock her." he said lightly. "Monsieur, you should not speak in such a way. The madame..." "La madame est mon affaire, et non la tienne, serviteur."* He hissed viciously. The butler seemed taken aback at the abrubt reminder of his position, but let Daniel pass, looking a little sad about the whole affair. … But in dreams I can hear your name. And in dreams, we will meet again. *The madame is my business not yours, servant.
