get a kazekage that's active for more then 5 minutes at a time, obeys the rules (that's a biggy) and knows what people are allowed to learn... example of this would be teaching people a element that they don't have... also someone who knows how to teach... (heard complains about everything so far) And someone a little more literate would be nice ^^

Sand was used by one person only in the series... Gaara.

Therefore, how can we say that Ichibi get's a bonus to using Sand jutsu? The fact that they can even do it would seem to be special enough.

Also, any more then one point, and you start running into double/triple stacks that make Chuunin or higher ranked stuff cost Academy chakra... basically tripling the user's available chakra... which is already immense. One point is good enough. You get enough for being a Bijuu Host in the first place.

I don't know if this counts, Temari used a Jutsu once that could be considered Sand element.

I think that sand based attacks would be very interesting. Keep in mind that the guild crew has given you both a great opportunity to add things like this to the guild by providing the Customs Subforum. So why not use it by making a Custom Taijutsu style that utilized sand in a gourd like Gaara? Or you could take it a step further and make a bloodline or clan. If you two really feel like this skill would make a great addition to the guild, I suggest that you two get together and come up with something, ya know? Thats what the customs subforum is for anyway right.

Tsk tsk, didn't you ever learn that lesson in grade school that if you didn't have something nice to say don't say it at all? xd But in all seriousness I'm pretty sure Lance doesn't want you going around and bashing someone who does not only play the role of the Kazekage, but is a member of the POTS Crew. I understand if you don't like someone but you must respect her as a person and as a member of the POTS Crew. As a Captain of a fairly large crew in another guild, I know that I would be pissed if a member kept harassing and bashing the members of my crew. Not to mention this is the second time I seen you have a problem with a crew member. The first time was in the profile acceptance thread, which I might add is the worst place to have a crew confrontation since that is one of the first places new members go and I'm sure Lance doesn't want the first thing they see to be a member having a conflict with a POTS Crew Member. What you said could have been simply said in a PM. I'm not saying that him calling you what he called not out of line but it would be better for everyone if you didn't provoke him or anyone else in the guild.

My suggestion is that all complaints be made in the form of PM to a chosen member of the crew who is good with dealing with people who may be angry and/or hard to reason with. Personally I would suggest Luo or Sosay but if you don't care what the person thinks or care if their feelings get hurt then send them to Gregar or Hark xd . Just joking everyone, they're really nice people somewhere deep inside. ^_^ Also any posts that contains a complaint should be throughly deleted since it reflects badly on the guild. Feel free to edit my post and only leave the first part addressed to mondude and hino on there or delete the whole thing all together.

And one more thing, regarding your last post...I don't recall reading about this skill or bloodline but I feel that your complaint is not a legitimate or fair one. Simply dismissing something in a guild and saying it needs to be changed because it is not like the series isn't enough. It's like saying you don't like the Sharigan because a couple of things have been left out or added that wasn't in the series. Now as I said previously I have not read over this crystal technique(s) you speak of but I think if you are going to suggest that something needs to be changed you need a lot more to back up your claim then simply "it's not like the series" since just because it is not like the series doesn't mean it is not good. I also find that extremely inconsiderate to whoever took their time to plan and type up the technique(s) and also to whatever crew member accepted it because you made it seem as if they have bad judgment. If there are serious issues like it being overpowered, underpowered, unfair or completely impossible in the world of naruto then those are the type of claims you should be making and not just saying "it's not like the show so revise it."

Um, Mistah. There are sand techs, and a sand taijutsu. That simply stemmed from Cobra misinterpreting my question. Or someone else misinterpreting Cobra's, I dunno. Anyways. My question was wondering why the Ichibi doesn't grant a chakra point reduction on using sand jutsu, which Cobra came up with an acceptable answer on. Although it is questionable how effective an answer it really is, considering that the sand element is open to any sand shinobi.

There should be a discussion thread in the customs section and starter forum. The one in customs would be to keep chatter down when debating a custom, and the one in the starter forum would be for people who are confused about various things when making a character. Basically a profile help thread.
