Water lines under the street? Ken pulled out his notebook and quickly flipped to a few pages detailing specific areas about Kumogakure...all written in code, should the book be taken. Sure enough the book mentioned specific points where the pipes went.
"We need to redirect the water to keep most of it near the creature. Perhaps we can stop it momentarily, aim the pipe, and fire it." he said.
"Like a giant water cannon."

Coren knew he wouldn't have too much more Senjutsu left after this, but he needed to finish this up before the genin did as much damage to the town as the demon. Coren had a small amount of time to do what he needed to for the last bit. As the Nibi lunged toward him the two elders on his shoulders screeched once more, it had given him precious seconds before, why would this be different now?
Coren, Makiba and Hayashi (the elders), preformed a long series of hand signs which would hopefully time perfectly with the strike that was coming towards his head. He didn't need the genin to destroy his office, he'd do it himself. Coren and the elders each finished up at the same time synced perfectly. Coren's trump card: Conflagration.
From the mouths of the three spewed forth a massive wave of molten lava which would rival the Nibi in heat and dwarf him in size. Everything in the area was going to be leveled: no office, no shinobi, no nothing. If they all didn't leave right now, everyone except Coren and the Nibi would soon end up charred to a cinder.
He hoped this would do enough to the Nibi to send the demon packing... he wouldn't be able to keep the elders around for much more after this.

He cried out, leaping up the rubble and staying on high ground as he fled from the flow of lava. "The water pipes would be too dangerous to acess now!" He was glad though. He didn't want to see the tower go down, was lucky he had managed to divert Ken's attention long enough to prevent him from carrying out his plan. Craig may be crude and rude, but he could quite cunning as well. Craig fled away from the tower, helping anyone along the way who was also too close.

Reitenmaru Kurochi Sannin | Cloud | Taijutsu  Reitenmaru, performing hand seals used Fuuton: Tei Hakusha (Wind Release: Air Riding), and sat on the ball, the ball was right above the lava and the melted rock, he rushed towards Coren. "Coren, I don't think this will hold much. Can I leave him to you? He's near in drowning." he said when he was near Coren.OOC:

Lava? What the hell? Ken voiced that same thought, but a little more crudely.
"What the ********?" he said, turning to Sosay and Aoi. "Let's get going, go!" he said. He ran toward the girls and grabbed them both by the wrist to help them along as he got out of the area, heading quickly for some higher ground, namely, the roof of a nearby building, that should be out of the way.

When Ken grabbed Sosay and Aoi by the waist, his strength surprised Sosay. He helped both of them get moving fast. When Sosay spotted the lava she looked with wide eye's. "S**t! This isn't good!" she quietly exclaimed. Ken had helped her move now she took on from this point. Sosay quickly jumped out of Ken's grasp and jumped to a higher spot on a building, where she stood and looked at the bed of lava below. "Thanks for the help Ken." she thanked, knowing that if he didn't help them she may have still been down there.

(well I'm not sure how that screech works, but I don't see how it would actually stop the paw from continuing to move down, that being said I'm just going to go with it. Also when did you get the conflagration thing? Is that one of your custom senjutsu?) As the molten rock spewed from the mouths of Coren and his two companions, the Nibi's paw was struck and the sheer force with which the lava spewed forth caused it to stop dead in its tracks. The Nibi roared in protest at the pain that the lava caused, never had the beast been burned! As the lava began to move all around, surrounding the Nibi's feet and destroying the roads of the town, the beast let out one last bellow before leaping out of the area and towards a safer location where it could recover.[exit to village center]

Reitenmaru Kurochi Sannin | Cloud | Taijutsu Reitenmaru, seeing as the Nibi went away sighed, but then noticed that it didn't go out of the Village. He decided to follow it before it would cause more damage. He looked back at Coren before he dissapeared in the distance.OOC: [Exit to Village Center]

"No problem." Ken said to Sosay, watching as the lava flowed. He scoffed.
"And they called my plan destructive." he grumbled, already an unlucky person, trapped under some rubble, had been hit and incinerated.
He watched as the Nibi escaped to the village, then looked at the girls.
"Do we follow?" he asked.

As he hoisted one man with a broken ankle up, he yelled at Ken; "Oi, Glory Hound! Stop chasing the spotlight, you self-centered son-of-a!" With that, Craig got the man to safety before heading after the demon to also get the victims to safety. He had no intention of fighting, but not every villager was a ninja and many needed help.

Ken ignored the man, looking at Aoi and Sosay. There wasn't anything he could do. For one, Ken couldn't walk on lava. For two, most everyone was alright gone, with only a few stragglers being helped by Craig or alright far enough away to be safe.
He made a mental note to put a fist into Craig's face when this was over, however. A good hit, one to break his nose.

Aoi sighed as she was beginning to dehydrate because of the lava. " If the nibi is a cat, and it's made of fire chakra, and water based jutsu wouldnt effect the nibi because of evaporation. So the earth and wind based jutsu should work better. Fire based jutsu and lighting based jutsu shouldnt work becase of the heat it emits, and our low level ( chunin and below) useless. We need jounin to kage level ninja that can preform wind and earth jutsu: either way earth or wind puts out fire." Aoi wiped her head as she finished up what she had to say. " Its just logic. And its most likely going to be sealed so people around kumo will be safe." Aoi said as she looked at th nibi. I should of took the book home..... now its probably under all that lava....
but misfortune has much more patience

but misfortune has much more patience [Well, if you look at the Elemental Cycle, then Fire beats Wind, in this case Wind Element would only strengthen the fire of Nibi. Plus, you could see in the fight before that Lightning had effect on Nibi, so your calculations are kinda wrong.]

Sosay watched Craig take off then turned her attention back to Ken's question. "I think we should follow after them. In case they need help!" she stated, thinking about how only two men followed the dangerous beast.

Ken nodded, looking down at the carnage. A few of the shinobi that had participated in the fight were now waiting for the lava to cool, and were walking over sections that had cooled sufficiently, to help out in any way they can.
"Aye. Let's go." he said, taking Sosay's wrist. He looked over at Aoi.
"Are you coming?"
