What you know about the clan/bl: (If you put everything it will be denied on the spot) i know a lot (i watched the animes with this guy over and over smile ) i read what was already posted for this and i read what the naruto wiki had posted. i also have some experience using this blood line.
Rp Sample: Fordon sighed. His mark was getting on his nerve's. though there was a slight bit of challenge the man had proved to be. He destroyed one of his hearts and that was no easy feat. depending what Chakra the man had replacing it might be easy. At the sound of footsteps he abandoned his train of thought. His prey was approaching. the man would pass right beneath him in the alley below. a few seconds later his prediction was proved correct as man swiftly ran past. Fordon drop down silently and his Kunai. the ninja he was after twisted and blocked the blade. It was this distraction kept him noticing the detached arm holding the sword and stabbed in the back. sword ripped through his flesh and punctured a lung. "You know you made this a harder and a lot more painful than I had to be.You should have just let me kill you back in water country. But instead we took one of my hearts and dragged it all out. Now I'm going to have fun with you." as he finished his sentence the arm behind his prey pulled out blade that was sticking through the man's chest. As it slowly began to reconnect with Fordon the blade cut off his opponents left arm. The man gasped for breath as the pain flooded into his mind. A few quick strides for Don was right at the man's face. Using his tendrils begins the man's eyes shut along with his mouth. Then he reconnected the man's arm. Systematically he went through removing then reattaching all of the man's limbs. The pain would be excruciating that's why Fordon the doing, for revenge. Once he was done with his fun Fordon shot his tendrils into the man's chest. They tore through the soft tissue, muscle and bone till they got to the heart. Slowly they began to rip the still beating heart from its place in the man's chest. Finally the heart pulled free of the dying corpse Fordon pulled it into his body. Then as a sign that he got the kill Ford on decapitated the man. He burned the corpse and turned to his village carrying only the head. ( I hope that's enough smile )

What you know about the clan/bl: Well I know as much as the post and the anime tell me. I know that they control shadows and that they can use various tricks to aid them in this. And if I'm not the only one who's gathered this from watching both Shikamaru and his dad, they're extremely stubborn. Seems to fit me and my style of Rping perfect.
Rp Sample (at least 2 paragraphs of at least 10 lines using said BL or Clan):
It was quiet, as it always was at midnight. One lone figure walked across the barren land that the war had left so many years ago. The only thing that could be seen on the cloaked figure was his eyes and what little hair fell down over them. Suddenly, three figures stood up from the ground. They had been using camoflauge suits to blend in. They each seemed to be ninja from Iwagakure, seeing as they were almost invisible to any mortal. At least that was what Kinmaru had gathered. "Well, well, what do we have here? A couple of Iwa nin?" They looked at him in suprise, for their headbands were hidden. "That's to bad, I didnt want to kill anyone tonight. It's just a shame it will be so easy. There isn't a moon tonight." Kinmaru raised his right hand. "Shadow Release - Crescent Moon Blade (Kageton - Wangetsu Getsuei no Yaiba)" A blade of shadow rose from the dark ground, floating for a minutre before launching itself at the man in the center. The man instinctly pulled a katana to block the attack. But as the shadow struck the blade, it split in two. It slashed a deep cut into the two men on the outside. They fell to their knees, holding their shoulders in pain. "See what you've done? You've impaired your comrades. That's just careless."
Kinmaru smirked, watching the man in the center squirm in discomfort. "Kage Nui - Shadow Sewing" A tendril of shadow shot out of the ground, shooting straight for the center man. The man was to distracted by his injured comrades to notice, however. It pierced the man's chest, hitting his heart and lungs no doubt. But that wasn't enough for Kinmaru. He twisted his hand, forcing the tendril up through the man. The two other men looked slowly at the center, terrified to look. They saw the tendril squirming out of the man's mouth like a squid's tentacle. It slowely retracted, sinking back into the ground. The man slumped to the ground, dead as a rock. Kinmaru laughed widly, enjoying the bloodshed. "Is that enough!?" The two men looked at him. And slowely, the man on the left spoke. "How do you expect us to return now? We've failed and you've killed one of us. Just kill us." The other man looked at him, shocked by the words leaving his friend's mouth. Kinmaru laughed again. "Alright!" He waved a hand at the man on the left. "Die then!" The man winced, expecting an attack. But instead a scyth had formed in Kinmaru's hand. "Shadow Scythe Technique." He rushed at the man, swinging the scyth down on the man's neck. The man on the right winced, not wanting to see his comrade die. A slight thump was heard as the man's head hit the ground, not attached to his body. Kinmaru stood over the last remaining man, smirking madly. "Well? Do you fear death?"
The man nodded slowely. "Yes." Kinmaru laughed. "Well you are lucky, Im merciful." He let the scyth fall back into his shadow. "I will spare you death, but send you to someplace where you will live." The man looked up at him in disbelief. "But your life will be worse than it ever was here. Believe me when I say that. You choose your own fate." Kinmaru moved his hand through the open air. "Shadow Release - Evil Shadow Spirit Summoning (Kageton - Ashi Kage Cha Kuchiyose)" Kinmaru took a step back from the man as a beast made of shadow emerged from the plain he opened. "Im sorry." That was the last thing the man would hear before he was dragged into the spectral tear. Kinmaru looked at the dead air where the tear had been. He had moved his cloak, revealing his face. His eyes had large bags under them, as if he hadn't slept in weeks. "Im truly sorry."

What you know about the clan/bl: Aye, well to avoid saying everything as there it is so tempting to do so after reading up on the clan after analyzing it I'll give you my break down to demonstrate my knowledge of this Bloodline.
Break Down:
-Highly skilled Weapon Masters
-Need to do little more then allow time for their seal to form to be able to master any given weapon, whether throwing or close range weapons
-Their skills with throwing weapons and weapons in general typically out do that of a ninja of equal rank and far surpass that of a lower rank
-Weapons with out their seal are as good as useless to them, god idea to put a seal on them huh?
-Things that aren't that of a weapon type they are less skilled with controlling, meaning jutsus take longer to master
-Weapons are vulnerable to the mercy of the elements
-Upon reaching the rank of Genin they can first create their seal, from there on their skills only enhance and allow their control of a weapon and strength with a weapon to grow and thrive
Rp Sample (at least 2 paragraphs of at least 10 lines using said BL or Clan): Well I'll assume there aren't to many limits on this...seeing as how I'm an academy student technically and you can't even use a seal till Genin sooo...I'm going with no limits.
Letum's breathing was heavy, his heart rate had spiked greatly, gripping his left arm in pain. He was being hunted down, some one was trying to kill him. He had taken a kunai prior to his arm, the fabric of shirt shirt being torn and his flesh ripped, blood trailing down his arm. "Damn, they won't let up." He heard the sounds of foot steps gliding across the tree tops, the sight of forest leaves descending from above surrounded him, they were circling before going in for the kill. But to try and go in for a strike when he only took one wound was a mistake. As one of the enemy lurched down at him, a kunai poised to strike his neck if he didn't react, the metal glinting in his eye.
He smirked and suddenly he gripped the two katanas he wore on his back and pulled them out fiercely. As his enemy neared with one of the katanas he swung it at the kunai, forcing it away as he brought his other arm around, the blade slicing across the assassins neck, severing both arteries that supplied blood to the brain. The blood gushed out and sprayed across the front of Letum. His mastery with the blades expert and flawless, no move was wasted and his timing seemed to be excellent. But just above the hilt and hand guard of the blade a small, circular black symbol could be seen on both blades, both symbols the same design and location.
"Come and get me." His tone was calm but firm, the movement around him seeming to have stopped. They either had stopped due to fear or were putting into action a trap. Sudden kunai were thrown out from the trees above him, in the light shown the thin metal wire that were attached to the handles of the kunai. Raising up one sword and moving the back of the hilt forward to the wire, his body dipped low. The blades back edge caught the wire, causing two of the kunai to wrap around the blade and be brought in. His hands dropping the katanas and clutching the kunai, beginning to focus his attention on one, then the other.
As he did so more kunai had been thrown at him, but it was to late, he had already formed a seal on the kunai. Just before the kunai would hit he forced backwards off the ground, jumping back. One of the kunai had grazed his right caff, causing his leg to begin bleeding. But the moment his feet touched the ground his eyes quickly locked on to the remaining assassins, just as he thought there were only two left. He quickly thrusted his body forward, his arms being swung forcefully at an angle. The kunai were released from his grip, their speed greater then that of any average ninja, the assassins clearly uninformed of Letum's abilities and were sent in shock from the blurring speeds of the kunai. Both kunai hit the two in the chest, forcing their bodies backwards, falling down from the trees. Their black clothes bodies easily spotted as they feel, hitting the ground with a heavy thud and the sound of splintering bones.
((Those two seals I think were a bit rushed, sorry sweatdrop Tried my best to stay in my limitations and not go to far above my rank.))

Once upon a time, a little academy student by the name of Lance made a superior shinobi write an rp sample. So because of this that superior shinobi made Lance go through such rigorous training that he died...from being too weak. Giving a huge sigh of dissapointment, that very same superior shinobi held his arms out, bugs crawling from beneath his sleeves as they begin feeding on Lance's entrails. The shinobi merely chuckled in amusement as he fixed his sunglasses.

When she heard rustling of leaves, Her hazel eyes turn dark red as she sensed the her villagers shakra's looking for something strange or out of the usual.When she found nothing it turned back to hazel with a dark red hint, ready for anything. So she continued to talk as she walk around, walking slower then her usual place so that she could hear if anything or any one was coming, then she heard it again, immediately her eyes turned again, she quickly looked around sensing and searching, when she found it, some one or something was in the academy, so she ran as fast as she could to the academy, when she saw them , she sensed what stage their shakra was at, she was not surprised it wasn't too high, so while she was fighting them, she heard something else, she sighed and used genjestu

It just kind of sounds like your guessing at how it works and then naming off some jutsus (which you can't actually use until stage two, if you're applying for stage 2 i'll need you to say so). Describe in detail for me how this bloodline works, how it senses chakra, how it can help the user to predict the moves of their opponent in a similar fashion to the sharingan. If you don't know what to write about, you could write about fighting a hyugga or something (or if your applying for stage two you could fight an uchiha even). If you want to try again feel free, but it's a no this time.

then she ran toward activating her kekki genkai Hitoshirenu Shitai Ki (Hidden Body Skill) then slowly one by one her shakra points and body parts started to , become un traceable, till she was untraceable by anything where the sound she heard came from her eyes still dark red sensing and searching, then she sensed some one behind her, and fought when fighting she used her kekki genkai to pierce through, and notice the slight changes in their shakra and use that imformation to predict their next moves, while some predictions were on point ,other wears off, and while fighting , she had sensed her genjestu wearing off, she so used her element earth to trap them in a cocoon of earth,while she was running she sensed shakras leaving her village"Not if i can handle"She said using her element again to increase her speed, then activating it,Genwaku Me (Blinding Eye) as a blinding white light shot straight at them, at blinding speeds, it paralyzed each of their of shakra points until all of them were paralyzed for the final time to capture and bring them to her"tell me who sent you here"She said

Ok Alpha I appreciate that you're trying, but if you're going to just recycle the app you just used you're going to need to improve it a bit more than that. I don't feel that you know this bloodline well enough, and when I take into account that it is one of the more powerful bloodlines I simply can't give it to you with this rp sample. You say that you are the new Kazekage, so Zane must have given you that position for a reason, if you will contact him and he says that you can have the bloodline then I will allow it, but for now it is still a no. And of course if you do not wish to contact him, feel free to write up a new rp sample, but next time I think it would be better if you started from scratch.
