Lucus chuckled softly, "Calm yourselves and act proper now you two!"
"Really? But.. Zeki would have to by worrying to much and caving under the presser you've created yourself would then be jinxing yourself. At least that's how Zeki sees it, she could be wrong," Zeki tilted her head to the side a bit and watched Lance's movements.
"I suppose in a way your are both right. No less I do need to try to relax a bit more. I mean, it's only Kain's return right?" Akita rubbed the back of her neck as she spoke.

For the time being, Vempyremon ignored Lucus's request for them to 'act proper'. It didnt seem like the battle was going to end soon until one of them came to an agreement. And hell if Vempyremon was ever going to back down. "Oh, I would, little dumpling. You dont know what I do to Lucus when he's sleeping. (And neither does he)" Villainously, Vempyremon clasped her hands together and grinned, at the same time, she giggled to herself. "I'm ninja...You have to remember that."
Though, Lance can only base Kain off of what he's heard, and he doesnt think it's...exactly that safe. But what does he know? ...A lot. "Perhaps, but you dont know what he's got in store for you... I advise taking a taser along just to be safe."

"Ninja my a**, your dads little lap dog." Devri rolled his eyes at his mother, like her he ignored his father and wasn't about to back down. "How bout I die your hair... purple and.. puke green."
Lucus sighed at the two as they continued bickering.
Akita cleared her throat, "I've already been taken hostage by him naked it can't get much worse. Other than.. ya."
Zeki smiled, "Zeki's sure it won't be all bad Miss Akita!"
Akita pinched Zeki's cheek teasingly, "Oh really Misses Puff?"
Zeki tried to push Akita away slightly, "Miss Akita should be lucky to have a man to wait for his return."

Stubbornly, Vempyremon growled and put her hands on her hips, leaning towards Devri almost threateningly. "Yeah, but at least Lance and I are the ones that got pampered." With a huff, Vempyremon snapped her fingers, as if that were the end of the conversation, and turned back around to Lucus, not really in a good mood as before, but it wasnt where she wanted to strangle Devri. "I owned you, man."
"R-really?" Lance looks at Akita at her strange kidnapping experience, almost with a disgusted kind of face. "What kind of Royal would do something so obscene?" Lance looked over at Zeki, still with his unsure face; he didnt want to make her feel like he was ignoring her.

Devri sat back in his seat and stuck out his tongue, "Whatever you say mother."
Lucus pet Vemp's ears and tied to get her to relax, "Just ignore him dearest, that works best most times. A'now, what where you saying about what you do to me in my sleep?"
Akita shrugged at Lance's comment, "What Royal's are 'normal' around here aside from you Lance?" She looked at Vemp, Lucus and Devri. All of which who had obvious faults in being a person of higher blood. "I mean hell, even I'd make a better Royal than some of the people around here."
Zeki peeked over at Lance and flicked her ears, "Is something wrong Mister Lance?"

Lance had his ears back against his head; maybe it was true that he was the only sane one around this place. It was saddening to know, but in a way, it could have made him feel better about not trying so hard with his studying and work. Either way, he still wanted to try to become a good ruler one day. Lance didnt exactly have a reason for looking at Zeki. She was just there, and didnt want to seem rude looking at Akita in such a way. "No. Nothing is wrong. But I do believe you, Miss Akita. I wish there to be more people as sane as you and I."
After Vempyremon finally calmed herself with her little argument with Devri, she turned to Lucus and threw her arms around him suddenly. "OH. Nothing. I didnt say anything about me doing things to you in your sleep." She tried to avoid the fact that she did, but tried to play it stupid. "Oh... Akita. Isnt it 'time'? To meet Kain?"

Zeki gave Lance a quick nod, "If you say so Mister Lance. If there is anything you need though feel free to ask Zeki and she can run and get it." She smiled politely at the Royal.
Lucus raised an eyebrow, "Are you sure love? I could have sworn you did.."
Akita had made a motion to respond to lance but quickly spun herself to face Vemp, "Meet Kain..? Already..?" Akita quickly turned to look at the clock. Her ears perked straight up, "Oh my! It is. I don't even know where to meet him though.. I.. I.." She shook her head in somewhat of a panic. "Should I go dressed like this?! Should I change?"
Zeki let loose a small giggle, "Poor Miss Akita."

Lance shakes his head, knowing he didnt really need anything at the moment but to study and sleep. He was hungry as well, but didnt say nothing of it until his stomach let out a ferocious growl. Lance just waved it off as if it were nothing to worry about and turned to go pick his books up off the nearby desk he sat at. He needed the rest, for it was getting too late for him.
Watching Akita made Vempyremon giggle as well. She was paranoid, but not THAT paranoid when it came to important meetings. "Akita, just leave with whatever you have now before you keep him waiting." Vempyremon waved her hands at Akita to see if it would get her going, while keeping her hands around Lucus at the same time. She still ignored his wondering about what she does to him at nights.

Akita took the skull mask off her head and set it down on the table, "I.. I still don't know where to meet him though at all.." She quickly made an attempt to fix her hair with her hands. "Oh well I'm sure one of us will run into the other.." She scooted Zeki out of the way of the door and made her way out. "I'll see you guys later!" She made her way down the corridor and to the main door of the manor.
Zeki took a hold of the back of a chair after being moved, "Miss Akita has her panties in quite the bunch at the moment~"
Devri gave a huge grin. "Women can be so weird sometimes~ I won't complain though, world wouldn't be the same without em!"

Lance gave Devri the same evil eye he always gave Devri when he didnt disagree with something he said. He didnt bother responding back to him as he just rolled his eyes and gathered up his equipment to hold in his arms and move back over towards Zeki and the door. "Well, I hope she gets what she was hoping for. I hope for the best with her. Even though, my words are a tad bit late at the moment." Lance turns towards Zeki and gave her a bow. "Well, if I may be excused..." He then leaves the room to take a well deserved nap.

Devri made a low growl of dissapproval towards his brother. "b*****d."
As a complete opposite to Devri, Zeki instead smiles and waved as Lance left, "I'll see you in the morning Mister Lance!"
By the front door Akita quickly grabbed her coat, slipped it on and made her way off. Her first idea as far as a meeting place was, was the fountain that they'd talked at last. If he had left her a location, she was far too distracted to remember it at the moment. In the chilly night air Akita made her way running down the streets towards the fountain in the square. The slightly heated water had made it able for the water to flow year round. "Kain!" Akita called out as she slowed down, approaching the fountain.

Once near the fountain, Kain was no where in sight. True, he never left Akita an exact spot to meet him at.
It was still extremely cold outside and snow lined the streets. It was a miracle that the fountain didnt freeze over with ice.
But on further inspection, Kain DID leave her an exact spot to meet each other at. The footprints in the snow seemed to lead Akita that way, too. The footprints wandered off into the distance, far beyond the town and far beyond where Akita could see. They continued far into the Kalhi Forest. It would be up to her now to decide whether she wanted to travel that far or just give up.

Akita stood there, trying to catch her breath as best she could in the cold air. "I'm so stupid.. Nobody, not even Kain would be out here in this cold!" She hissed pacing back and forth in the area of the fountain. After a few moments she finally took notice of the footprints. "These.. look fresh.. Somebody had to of been by here.. Maybe.." She flicked her ears and looked off in the direction the footprints lead. "If it's not Kain.. well then I'm screwed.." Pulling her coat tighter against her she took off in a slight jog following the trail left in the snow.

The journey was long and harsh with winter weather and snow lashing against Akita. It wasnt as bad as it could have been, but it was still the usual winter weather. She traveled and followed the footprints which seemed to continue on forever. They started to fade when they neared the forest where they led Akita.
The forest seemed almost frozen over with snow and icicles hanging from tree branches. It seemed stupid to have waited so long just to be taken to a forest, maybe for nothing...but maybe it was the right spot. There was a faint blue glow emitting from within the forest. From what, though... Akita wasnt going to get any warmer by just staying there.

Akita's eyes peered through the ice slicked trees, her ears numb from the cold as she pulled her hood up and made her way slowly into the forest, "This had.. best be.. where he is before.. my body is a icicle out here.. I should have put on something warmer.." She continued on walking, her feet numbed from the cold she couldn't tell how far she'd walked anymore. All she knew was the forest she was in was like a maze. All she had to go on was the faint blue glow from within. "H-hello..?" She tried to call out, the vast forest carrying the sound.
