((Note: Class will be starting soon. Get dressed, get breakfast, and I'll give everyone a one-post warning shortly when they need to head down to class. After class, you may feel free to explore the keep if you'd wish. The uppermost levels and the underground are largely unexplored, and you may find an assortment of things. You may stumble upon small dragons, phoenixes, or any number of other creatures making their home in the keep. You might find a long-lost talisman or priceless treasure, or you might find a cursed place or other perils. You may take one of the teachers/assistants/etc with you (they're probably curious as well) or you may go alone. ^^))

Acelin blushed at the kiss but it confused him how someone he only knew for a day could care so much for someone else. It baffled him, yet at the same time it was more than comforting to him, as he finally met someone he could truly trust... he hoped. Acelin lingered in the hug for a bit until his stomach growled quietly. "Umm...when does breakfast start?" he asked.

Louie smiled and laughed a little. "I haven't had a real meal in years I honestly don't know what I want. Just make me something meaty I like meat." he said excitedly. It had been so long since he had a home cooked meal he could barely contain himself.

If Amune was shocked before at the sudden burst of fire around Sam, and his itnitial protectiveness, at the kiss he almost totally went catatonic. It took him a long moment to recover.
After he managed to get himself under control he smiled uncertainly,
"S-Something to eat sounds good...."
His stomach was trying to eat a hole through him. He peered up at Sam through his overgrown bangs, which were now totally black (though they probably wouldn't stay that way for long), too shy to ask if the fire angel would stay with him.
He was in a new place and not too terribly comfortable yet. Having at least one person to rely on for a little while would help him get through the drastic change from home to Saekii Academy....

Kael held him close, but upon hearing mention of breakfast, realized that there wasn't too much time left until class began. Hearing Acelin's comment about breakfast, he replied, "Breakfast is whenever you would like it to be. If you're hungry now, I don't mind making something for you." He smiled. "Follow me, let's head to the kitchen for now."

He led the way out of the room, through twisting corridors, virtually hidden hallways, and hard-to-get-to stairways. It was obvious that in a place this complex and this big, it would be easy to get lost. Kael himself got lost here, as well, time to time. Virtually everyone did, with the exception of Ahkra and, usually, Arc.

"This place is so ridiculously huge..." the albino muttered. "I haven't even seem most of the rooms, and I suspect that's the same for anyone else. Who knows what lost talismans and curiosities Ahkra keeps around here, anyway? It's the type of place where it wouldn't be improbable to step through a door on the upper floors and into a garden."

After awhile, they finally reached a kitchen -- incidentally the same one occupied by Esqyn and Louie. Kael offered a smile, and waved to the two. "Good morning... hope that you both slept well." Although he hadn't. He sighed, still exhausted from the lack of sleep. It was hard, not being able to sleep without another body by your side cling to. If he could find someone, maybe he could take a nap later....

"Acelin, any particular requests?" He asked, walking over to the stove to stand beside Esqyn.

--

Esqyn grinned a bit at that, and nodded. "Sure thing!" he said, greasing a pan up. He threw some bacon into the pan for now, and pulled another pan out to work on some meatie omelette's, trying his best to do a good job, so that Louie could have a wonderful breakfast to start his first day of classes.

He called over in greeting as Kael and Acelin walked in. "Oh, good morning, you two!" He smiled a bit, seeing Kael pull out dishes for making breakfast as well, glad to see that his friend was taking good care of Acelin.

After a few minutes, he piled up two plates with hearty omelettes and a large mound of bacon, handing one of them to Acelin as he lead the way back to the table in the center of the room. "I hope that you'll like it!" he said, truly meaning it, and began on his own breakfast.

--

Ahkra smiled softly, and nodded. "In the meantime, Sam, will you stay by Amune's side? A friendly face is always nice," he said softly, as if reading the boy's mind. He glanced over to Amune, and winked with a small grin, before stepping outside the door.

A few minutes passed, and he returned with a tray, silver probably, piled with a mouth-watering breakfast. A fine china pot was filled and steaming with sweet-smelling tea, cups sitting off to the side, as well as cream and sugar. Crescent-shaped cookies accompanied the tea, as well as chocolate-drizzled biscotti and scones. A couple of apples were sliced off to the side, and there were a couple of big bowls of oatmeal, topped with blueberries. "I brought some for you, as well, Sam. Today we start classes, after all, so you should eat up, too." He set the tray down on the bedside table. "Amune..." he began, "if you feel up to it, classes will start today, fairly soon. If you are still fatigued, though, feel free to rest."

-----"I do listen to her," he responded rather sharply. "But I don't need to listen to just one person all the time, where would I be if I did. I'd be messed up." He grumbled, but in his opinion he was already completely messed up from the core having these two personalities develop all on their own. The him now, and the completely different side of him.

-----Sam nodded lightly when Ahkra left the room, and settled back down on the side of the bed again. He crossed his arms across his chest loosely, and sighed a bit. His mind was a bit, how do we say... conflicted, after the fact Ahkra gave them both that kiss earlier. It really got to his other personality, and all the while the normal side he was now could only be annoyed yet powerless.

-----Glancing over at Amune, about to speak again until he heard Ahkra come back in and gave up. 'Too slow, Sam. Too slow.' He grumbled to himself, before nodding again to the older man.

-----"If he doesn't feel up to it, I'll stay to keep an eye on him. The first day can be missed if need be." He knew that the first day or two would probably be introductions, and no actual activity. But he wouldn't just skip unless he needed to either, because he would probably have his mother giving him a very heartfelt lecture.

-----Sam was, more or less, gifted without having to learn anything through school and he knew that. He would often times be a bit, detached, from everyone else when he wanted to practice on his own without an instructor; being he hasn't really had one except his parents. His eyes were on the floor again, spacing out into what would appear deep thought again as much as it seemed unnecessary. However, thinking about his dual personality was enough to scare him into thinking of what would happen if he would create even more on accident.

Louie practically pounced on the food and began devouring his portion. It was obvious the poor boy had been on the streets so long not only was he starving but he also had completely lost all the manners his family had taught him. He growled slightly as he ate if people came too near as if worried someone would steal his food as often happened to him.

Acelin followed keeping close as he also looked around. Acelin had a really good sense of direction but just from his room to kitchen, seemed like he could get lost. Once they reached the kitchen, he smelled the frying of bacon. Walking in he saw two others already there. "Good morning." he said smiling. "Um anything is fine." he said in reply to what to have. As the smells wafted throughout the room, his stomach clentched, he hand't eaten much of anything since the day he left home and his arrival.

Ahkra nodded in agreement. "Thank you, Sam. If you both stay here to rest, or go to Amune's room to rest, one of us can catch you up on everything a bit later, all right?" He frowned a bit, seeing Sam look conflicted as the boy thought about his personalities, and could relate all too well. He put a hand gently on Sam's shoulder, then hesitated and pulled him into a hug. "Sam, if you ever need anything, all you have to do is call one of us, all right?" He hoped the boy would be okay, and was worried that what he viewed as just a little kiss had really gotten to the boy. "Are you okay, though....?"

--

Esqyn frowned lightly, seeing how desperate the poor boy was for food, immediately concerned about what his situation might have been before. He resolved to himself to make sure to take good care of Louie, so that he'd never have to go through that again. After Esqyn himself had eaten, he cooked a bit more, and without being asked, refilled his plate so that Louie could eat until he was truly full and content.

--

Kael immediately recognized the look of hunger, and nodded slightly. He worked quickly with the frying pan, obviously skilled at this, and cooked up some bacon, pancakes, and omelettes, serving Acelin first. He set some blueberries, kiwi fruit, and sliced apples out in bowls, as well as two bowls of hot, sweet oatmeal, topped with cinnamon and brown sugar, and garnished with a couple of cinnamon sticks. Esqyn was obviously already full, since he'd finished his breakfast, but he gave a bowl of oatmeal each to Acelin and Louie, and set the bowls of fruit, two of each, beside either one's plate with a smile. He served himself some bacon and an omelette for now, and and apple.

Louie continued to eat finally starting to slow down as he came back to himself a bit a realized no one was going to try to steal his food. He relaxed and finished eating he had consumed a lot though more then most think a small person like him could eat but that was mostly do to his lack of nutrition for so long. Louie looked around realizing he had made a pig of himself and blushed. "I'm so sorry..I..didn't mean to be so rude and eat like that sorry." he said thoroughly embarrassed with himself.

As soon as the food was set down, Acelin dug in if he went for another day or so, he probably would've done what Louie did. Louie also reminded him of like a startving dog or wolf, who would guard there food with theirs lives. Acelin managed to eat everything, becomming full as if you took all of his meals of two days, what he just ate would be that amount.

Amune was smiling by the time Ahkra had turned his attention on Sam. The oatmeal bowl he picked up was warm in his pale, slim hands. He watched the two from the side, frowning slightly, unable to understand Sam's slight conflicted look and the obvious affection from Ahkra.....

But, it would be nice to be able to stay near to Sam, considering he was the only one he knew. There was Ahkra as well, and he wouldn't mind staying with him either, but.....he decided not to dwell on it too much. Maybe he wanted to get to know Sam because he had saved him. For certain he would have been eaten by a bear or something. That would not have been pleasant.

He was silent, watching the other two converse, eating the warm and very tasty oatmeal (blueberries~), trying to ponder Ahkra's comment. Would he be able to get up and go to class today, or should he take it easy and regain his strength first-?
He weighed the options as he enjoyed his breakfast.

(Lols, Ahkra brought me in for breakfast! DX Oh noes!)

"Yeah, I know." His tone was lower than he had it earlier, and sighed briefly as he kept close. Gaze off to the side slightly, and shifted just a little in the mans arms. "I'm fine, I always am, no need to worry about me you know." A struggled smile coming across his lips in response.

Slowly moving out of Ahkra's arms he looked towards Amune, "Whether you choose to stay and rest, or go to classes, I'll accompany you if you want me to." He offered with a more true gentle smile. Sam wanted to try to help make the boy comfortable here in any way he could, and perhaps gain a friend in such a way. He made some before, but they were really the animals out in that forest he saved Amune from.

Glancing up at Ahkra again, "You're probably going to be busy today to, aren't you? Helping anyone whose lost to their correct classes." From experience alongside his mother it was pure hell the first day for everyone to find their classes, and for some to get along.
PostPosted: Thu Nov 05, 2009 9:31 pm

Ahkra nodded in response to Sam's comment. "It will be a bit of a busy day, but thankfully everyone will have the same introductory classes today, so it can't be too bad. Nevertheless, if you need anything, either of you, don't hesitate to ask." He lightly ruffled Sam's firey hair in a friendly manner, and bent down to take Amune's hand, kissing it softly. "In the mean time, I probably should head down to prepare, since class will be starting shortly. Amune... if you choose to go, Sam knows the way, and if not, try to rest and regain your strength. Either way, I'll try to check up on you later." He blew a kiss to each of them with a whimsical smile, and strode out the door.

((Lol! Don't let him scare you too much. ^^;; He's just flirtatious to a fault, I swear not all of the teachers are like that. XD ))

--

Kael finished his breakfast, sighing contentedly, feeling much more alert and less light-headed now. He glanced over to Acelin, glad that the other was getting a good meal, since he was obviously hungry. Both of the boys were, really. He wondered to himself for a moment what Acelin and Louie's lives had been like before coming to Saekii, and hoped that, whatever it had been like, they would be able to find a better life here, at the academy. When Acelin finished, he cleared away the dishes, glancing outside through the windows to see the sun rising in the dusky sky. Two of the moons still lingered near the horizon, one large, as if you could reach out and touch it, a pale blue crescent, almost blending in with the sky. The other was smaller, and vivid red like blood.

He closed his eyes for a moment, hearing Ahkra calling for him. "It sounds like class is about to start," he said to the others. "We should probably head down."

--

Esqyn smiled softly, kneeling beside Louie, and with a napkin in hand, dabbed at the younger boy's face. "It's no problem, don't worry about it," he told him. "We all get that way when we're particularly hungry," he said softly, with a small chuckle. "I'm just glad that you enjoyed the meal." He stood, lightly kissing the top of the boy's head before clearing away the rest of the dishes.

At Kael's comment, he nodded faintly, lightly ruffling Louie's hair and rubbing behind one of his ears. "Ready to head down?"

--

((One Post Warning: On my next post, all students will be lead to class and the lesson will begin. Sam and Amune, you may or may not make your way down there, depending on what you'd like to do. You can make one post before being led to or heading down to class. If you'd like, you can skip your post and go straight to class, just by typing (SKIP). I look forward to seeing you all there!))

Acelin smiled as he looked out the window, seeing double moons, everything here felt nostalgic, but he still couldn't place anything on anything yet. Closing his eyes he tried to remeber anything he could. The only things was the dream. At the mention of classes he was pulled out of his thoughts. "Alright."
