Ellandra smiled back at Faolan. "Alright, then. . . .. the first stop after lunch is a baby supply store."

Fao grinned even more at that. "I wanna get th' twins some stuffed animals. They ain't big enough fae them yet, but they will be soon."

Ellandra smiled even more than she had previously. "Well, they can't do much with them yet, to be certain, but they can feel them and smell them, and Bel can see them. I wonder if a musical mobile would be something nice for them. . ." Shopping for the babies, the brunette quickly decided, was much more fun than shopping for herself had ever been.

"Maybe we can get Sam one tha' plays music or makes noise when you squeeze an' push around on it," Faolan suggested, setting his books on the sales counter. "He ain't gonna get much outta somethin' tha' lights up or moves around, unless he's touchin' it, but somethin' tha' makes noise is gonna make his little baby day each an' every time."

Ellandra managed to slide her huge pile of books onto the counter as well, and stepped close to Faolan to gently hug him - or rather, group hug, since she was hugging the babies as well. "I suppose we'll just need to look when we get there. I'm sure we can find some things that will be good for both of the twins."

"Aye. Maybe th' people there will know good learnin' toys fae Sam," Fao said, leaning on the counter, his other arm around the twins.
"What darling little babies," the salesgirl said, smiling at the family. "Oh, my. That one sure has bright hair."

Ellandra smiled at the salesgirl and reached up to tweak Faolan's red locks. "He takes after his father," she said quietly, happy to show off her beautiful family. Bel blinked at the strange lady and her attention to the Other One, waving a little fist about - that usually got people to lookk at her, or even better - to move something near her to grab!

Fao chuckled at his hair being pulled and held a hand down for Bel to grab hold before she whacked her brother in the head. "Hope he takes after me an' tha' day-glo hair darkens when he gets older."

"Aw, Faolan, why? I love his hair," Ellandra said, faux-pouting. "In fact, maybe you should dye your hair back to that color! You'd never have a customer miss the booth that way!"

"They donnae miss it now," Faolan chuckled, looking down at Sam, moving his hand a bit for Bel since she was hanging onto his finger. "I ain't dyin' me hair bright orange, either. Da would ne'er let me hear th' end o' it."

"Just ruin all of my fun, why don't you?" Ellandra asked, sticking her tongue out at Faolan. Then her gaze went to the door and she edged closer to him. "Um - let's - let's hurry up, Faolan, that girl from before's back . . . with friends. . ." Bel reached out with her other little fist, more unsure of using it since that arm was the one that had, up until recently, been injured, and batted at her Daddy's hand with it a little.

Faolan looked over and frowned, then nodded to the salesgirl and handed her the payment for their books. "Let's get out as fast as we can."

Ellandra squeaked and turned to the salesgirl. "I - um, pleas,e is there a - a back entrance?" She begged as a squeal was heard from the front doors.
"SEE? SEE? I TOLD YOU!"

Faolan growled, quickly easing the baby carrier off and putting it on Elle before standing protectively in front of her, though he spoke to the salesgirl. "Get her an' th' bairns out th' back way. I'll try an' keep th' rabid fans here."
He glared at the girls coming towards them, looking as if he was about to rip their limbs off and beat them to death with them. It didn't help that he was so obviously demonkind, either.

Ellandra hastily adjusted her weight as the babies were placed in her care, and looked to the salesgirl to lead her out. The fangirls seemed to take no notice of any distress, one of them squealing an excited,
"There she is!" as the horde of them (okay, there were only about half a dozen) dartd into the store - and came to a stop at Faolan. "Um, sir, let us by, we want Ms. Vandenmar's autograph!" They were frightened by the man in front of them, yes, but - this was ARIA VADNENMAR!
