Victoria looked at the two, sorta confused for a moment before walking back over to the Ferris wheel. She didn't know these people, nor did she want to understand them. She just wanted to relax from all the walking around. She sat down in the seat, Kamichi sat down on her lap and they both were brought up to the top of the wheel so they could see the town once more. The town looked nice at night with all its lights lit up. Kamichi sat close to Victoria, since the breeze was very chilly. Victoria hugged him closely, patting his head softly.

Kaien, still frowning at being opposed, crossed his arms and walked away from Asylum and Cloe. 'They don't appreciate me, well, they're just a couple of idiots,' He thought furiously to himself. He turned his fucshia eyes upwards and saw Victoria. He stopped dead in his tracks, his eyes growing wide with awe. "THat's gotta be the most gorgeous woman I've ever feasted my eyes on..." He muttered under his breath. Not bothering to skip, he flat out ran towards the farris wheel. "Hey, chika!" He called up to Victoria. "What's doin'?"

(( *Face palm.. Face desk.. Face wall.. FACE TV* ._. Why...?! ))
Victoria slowly glanced downward at Kaien. She silently raised a brow, before raising a hand in greeting, and setting it down slowly. Look, Kamichi.. A village idiot.. She calmly thought, Kamichi was giggling.
The ride was at an end finally, and Victoria got off to go meet this man. She was silent, and didn't answer his question from before. When she was at least two feet in front of him, she tilted her head to the side in a curious type motion, not letting her face expressions give anything away.

Kaien tilted his head to the side, smiling his handsome smile. He put a hand in his pocket, withdrawing a long, thin piece of jerky. He put it into the corner of his mouth nonchalantly and stared Victoria down with his keen fucshia eyes. "I see you haven't answered my question," He flirted, cocking an eyebrow. "I understand. You're probably speechless due to my amazing smile," He said, knowing that if nothing else, this comment would piss her off to the point of speaking.

Victoria stared blankly at Kaien, her face showing absolutely no emotions at all. Kamichi, would you like to do the honors? She thought to her pet. Kamichi looked up at Victoria, nodded with a wide grin, and looked over at Kaien,"Not to be a pest or anything," Kamichi sent the thought towards Kaien which still allowed Victoria to hear the conversation, "But you do have an ordinary smile, smeared all over your face. So in theory, you don't have an amazing smile. Or at least not so amazing to dazzle either one of us."Victoria hugged her pet closer to her, wanting to laugh but controlled herself.

"Ah, too cowardly to actually talk to me?" Kaien said, his smile fading slightly. "And it's purely opinion; I think I have a GORGEOUS smile, so I'm sorry if you fail to see that. I think you two are just a couple of sticks in the mud, only seeing what you wanna see," He said, tilting his head and looking over at them, his keen fucshia eyes darting rapidly, but barely. "By the way, YOUR smile is rather lovely, not to be a pest or anything," He said, poking Kamichi on the nose with his finger gently. "And I think I look best when a smile is... What'd you call it?" He contemplated, looking up at the sky and putting a hand to his chin inquisitively. He leaned on one foot and lifted the other slightly, relating his look to that of a thoughtful, yet carefree schoolboy. "'Smeared all over my face?', was it? Well, I'd rather have a smile 'smeared all over my face' instead of JACK on my face. It's rather boring, to be vague," He looked at Victoria, removing his smile and mimicking her almost exactly, with the exception that he was a boy and his eyes were fucshia. He had the exact same mouth, same eyes, same everything; he had completely copied her facial expression by observing her for a mere minute or two. "Just a fair warning, m'lady, I hope you aren't planning on picking up a guy with that face. It's monotonous, and it contrasts your lovely complexion." ((omg, Kaien is SO fun to write. He always has so much to say. His responses are always long paragraphs. Sorry if it seems too much... sweatdrop ))

(( Not at all. ^_^ He's adorable and funny, that's all I gotta say in OOC =D Victoria is like.. A 'watcher' I guess I could say. She only talks to Kamichi, but occasionally talks to other people too. ))
Kamichi blinked as he was poked on the nose by this stranger. Victoria stared at Kaien, like two kids having a staring contest. She wasn't about to blink, but she did whisper, "Who says I want to 'pick' up a guy?.. I do not need a partner in my life to make who I am or want to become." Her voice was as dead as her facial expressions.
((Eh, sorry. ._. Wasn't a lot.. crying ))

Kaien turned his head ever so slightly, as if it twitched instead of moved. His eyes dug into hers, his hands moving to his pockets. "Who said you DIDN'T want to pick up a guy? You may not need a partner, but it's only natural to WANT one. Social interaction is a neccesity of human life, and that need is insatiable if all you have to talk to is a... Thing," He said, his serious eyes flitted to Kamichi for a second. He struggled to maintain his emotionless expression as thoughts went through his mind. "And I'm glad I could get you to talk to me," He said blankly. "I can tell you aren't the type to show your emotions or even talk to others, but I managed to open your mouth," He said, secretly proud of his victory.

"A person can be a hermit for most of its life without talking to another being.. And my pet, here, is a dragon.. not a thing." Her voice didn't sound serious or happy. It almost sounded like a whisper with how quiet it was. Kamichi's eyes were a fiery red, his dragon instincts kicking in as his thoughts exploded into the open air like a fiery roar,"Who are you in the right mind to call me a thing and put words in my master's mouth?!" The little dragon's thoughts screamed as he glared angrily at Kaien, "I've been with my master for all this time, she doesn't need any other human to make her feel normal. I do that pretty well, thank you very much! My master doesn't want a partner, nor does she even think about having one, and I would know because I am in her mind all the time. Most of the time, she wishes for men to leave her alone, especially men like you." By now, a little bit of fire was coming out of Kamichi's mouth. Victoria squeezed the little dragon closer, causing Kamichi to calm down just a tid bit.

"Oh, dear, it seems I've upset the beast," Kaien said, not flinching when Kamichi screamed into Kaien's head. "It sure is nosy, isn't it?" Kaien asked. "Always penetrating your thoughts with its opinions and maybe unwanted statements," he tilted his head to the side slightly, now adressing the dragon. "If you can hear me, I highly suggest you quiet down. I didn't show up to deal with a little annoying pest such as you. I was simply complementing your master. Unless you want to cause a big scenario, I advice you SHUT UP," He said with a much different tone than the one he was using to adress Victoria. "I wasn't doing anything to imply I was harming her, so why do you insist on butting in with unneccecary comments?" He smiled in his mind. He then started to construct a barrier around his mind. Since he was very young, he had been taught to block out certain tones and thoughts of others. It was crucial to be in the army, especially his branch. In less than a minute, he had completely and successively built a thick wall around his mind, created to deny only Kamichi's thoughts. He kept his eyes on Victoria. "You might be right about the hermit thing, but even he has the need to interact. Someone or something keeps them away from civilization, and it usually takes a special someone to push them in the right direction," He said. "I'm sorry I failed to acknowledge that your pet was a dragon. He sure is... Expressive, isn't he?" Kaien asked, sounding exactly like someone placed Victoria's voice in his body.

Victoria stared at Kaien, seeing that some strange color surrounded his head. Gold? A sign for protection. She squeezed Kamichi, and rubbed his head, trying to calm her pet down. "Kamichi is very protective of me.. He likes to deal with my problems without my permission, but can you blame him? I saved his life and now he wishes to help mine." Her voice was again dull like before. "But.. It's his way of speaking, through the mind. He's young and has yet to learn how to speak through his mouth without blowing out fire." Victoria let out a quiet sigh, barely noticeable. "And.. I suppose I could say he is like a regular human, always speaking out and expressing his opinion to just be understood." Victoria took in a deep breath before continuing on, since her words seem to sound 'airy' as well, "Hermits can talk to dirt.. Animals.. Trees.. Plants.. And when people do somehow come around, he will either be more polite or more crazy then before.. Depending on how he lives his life. Or, he might be quiet, only talk when spoken to, tell them information that they ask for.. It all depends on the person, I guess." Victoria looked down at Kamichi, seeing his angry aura dancing around his body.
