"GOD DAMN IT! I'm it! Grr... Alright Hei! Your gonna get it!
Darken the skies and Command the seas! Show No Mercy! Tsukikage!" The resulting blast of spiritual pressure threw Hei off his back, but since Hisagi was blind, he didn't know where Hei landed.
Hisagi released his Zanpakuto in order to get an upperhand in the game. His Katana turned into a very long staff, and used the swords final ability; "Tsukikage Mittsu! Tsukuyomi!". In this stage, Hisagi had the power the let out bursts or streams of gravity and light out of his hands and feet.
"Alright... Where are you Hei?..." Hisagi started flying upward with his zanpakuto ability, by letting a continuous stream of gravity out of his feet. Since Hisagi was blind he does not see like the rest of soul reapers, he sees by sensing spiritual pressure, or sending bursts of his own like echolocation. "There you are...TAAAAAAAAG!!!!" Hisagi angled himself downward and shot a short but extremely powerful burst of gravity to launch himself in Hei's direction. It came so quickly that if you listen closely, you can probably hear a sonic boom!

[Bun, when you said Dante that would be the one from our squad. Dante_Shadowolf here is Hibiki. And by the way, Zique wouldn't notice what Repa did in the first pages since he already walked away by that time.]
Zique noticed the kid talking to Kokei a while ago glancing at him and looked like he was being laughed at. He chose to ignore it though, prioritizing the masks over wasting his time by interacting with him. If he saw him later that day, however, he might just beat him up...
"No one asked for your company, monkey!" Zique shouted back at Agi, hitting his head with his fist like a hammer. He walked away from him, staying with an idiot like him in the festival would just make it a waste. It wasn't difficult for him to make his way through the crowd mainly because the people parted when he passed, kinda like Moses parting the Red Sea. The sudden change of locations of the spiritual pressure of the other captains bothered him. Looking up, they saw them flash-stepping all over the place. "The hell are they doing?" He continued to walk, thinking to himself, "Flash-stepping is so overrated. Can't they just walk?!" At that moment, one of the captains, namely Hisagi, released his zanpakuto. "Must they do this in the festival? Ruining everything..." He didn't let this stop him though, when he turned on the next corner, he saw many stalls of masks lined up beside each other. At this point, he probably already forgot about Agi, who was still with him, and the rest of the captains who were doing their own business.
Upon entering one of the relatively large stalls on that street, he saw the different kinds of masks that filled up the stall. Walking closer to them, he noticed that aside from the one who was selling, there was another girl there in blue. Due to being distracted by the masks, Zique didn't notice that it was actually Nariko, captain of squad six, looking at some masks herself.

Looking up at the sky in case the sounds were fireworks, Nu was dissapointed to see it was just another captain playing tag. "My my,so loud these days...." Carting the wagon around, she crambles to another roof and pulls out her own zanpakutou. Concealed in her long sleeves were giant bottles rockets, stored just for an occasion like this. Concentrating a small aount of her reiatsu into the wicks, she ignites and sends them off into the sky, watching the "flowers" bloom and die.

Kokei then seen zique and flashstepped over to him. She was nearby his location in the first place and had heard him "Well see, its a giant game of tag. Good for exercise you know!" Kokei then smiled at him "The rules were at first to not use zanpaktou or shunpo but well...Hei wanted it the other way and I am sure Hisagi did to so I kinda had to change to rules" she smirked and laughed "I know its crazy so I apologize if its bugging you! its proboly bugging other people. You are welcome to join in if you want to but I see your interested in the masks" Kokei smiled and stayed by Zique though she knew the person it may fine her easily.

Feeling the incoming reiatsu, Hei jumped off at the same time he was knocked off, lessening the blow to himself, not that it was much to begin with. "See? I was right, the louder you are, the stupider you are." Hei shook his head and sighed at Hisagi's stupidity. He noticed the same feel out of Hisagi that he got from Tsukiko and he realized that he must be messing with gravity. The sonic boom came and Hei was a bit taken aback that there was someone else who could move faster than the speed of sound. Nevertheless, Hei was faster, he vanished without a sound this time and made his grand entrance before his daughter within the same second.
Tsukiko looked up slowly, her eyes having been transfixed on the festival the entire time. She knew what he wanted; he had come for his other katana. She removed it from her back and held it up, letting Hei take it from her hands and attach it to his belt next to the white one which was still glowing. "Thanks. Hey, you know there's another user of gravity? Though he might not be as good with it as you. Anyway.." His voice trailed off as he vanished again, this time with the normal sonic boom that echoed across the Seireitei. Tsukiko was unfazed however, and like Hei's had done earlier, her eyes shifted like a camera lens, making black irises appear in the dead center of her eyes.
Of course her eyes were mechanical to some degree, she wasn't what you would call normal, after all. She watched Hei move about with ease because of those artificial eyes, despite his speed. Moments later, Hei would flip down from the ceiling of the stall Zique and Nariko were in. Though he didn't land, he simply hung up side down to the right of Zique's face, glued to the ceiling by an invisible force. "Sure you don't want to join? I know you're all bleh and stuff, but it can't hurt to shed that demeanor every once in a while." Hei shook his head at Zique and flipped off the ceiling, landing softly on the ground below him. He paid little attention to Kokei or the other girl this time around.

((Oh my, you all certainly have posted a lot... sweatdrop ))  Nariko KakusaretaLooking up from where she still stood in the Vendor's shop, Nariko blinked her curious eyes. Was she hearing things correctly? Soul Reapers playing... Tag? Nariko laughed at herself. There was no way that shinigami were playing tag during a festival. It was such a childish game. Looking away from the Masks she glanced around at the people. She was a little shocked a first to see Zique, Captain of Squad 3, standing in the same tent. Smiling a bit more than she should she walked over to him, picking up a mask on the way. Slipping it over her bangs in a swift, fluid motion she tapped him on the shoulder. With the top half of her face covered in a orange mask with black feathers framing the edge she laughed.
"Well, hello there Captain Zique. I didn't know you had a fancy for masks. Were you looking for anything in particular?" She asked, wondering if he would catch on and know it was her.

Sending off a stream of fireworks enough to make Ganju proud, Nu smiles as she watches the passerby stare in apreciation. Glancing up at the bright lights, a small girl catches her eye, reconizing her as the person with The captain of squad 11 at the time. Scrambling up to reach her, she finally makes it to where she was, staring at her eyes scanning the whole area. How creepy.... Deciding it was a little girl so she didn't have to act so cooly, she happily smiles."Heeelllo~"

[You guys forgot that Agi was with me. rofl Then again, he's meant to be forgotten.]
The moment Zique picked up the first mask that caught his attention, Kokei appeared by his side. Although it seemed as if he was listening to her explanation, most of it didn't really enter his ears for he was focused on the masks alone. "Yeah..." he mumbled, not really caring about their game of tag, or even knowing about it since he wasn't listening in the first place. Grabbing another one of the mask, one looking like an Oni, he examined it closely comparing it with the one on his other hand. Then, it was Hei who suddenly appeared in the stall. The only word he heard from him was "join" so he figured it was some sort of an activity with the captains. "Nah," he replied. "Too tiring... and a waste of time..." What was to be expected from a sloth like him? He can barely even bring himself to walk to a bed when he feels sleeping, what more join a game he was not interested in?
Noticing a girl in blue with a mask walking to him, he turned to her touching the feathers on her mask after placing one of the masks he was holding back on the shelf/table. "Do I know you?" he asked, trying to remember where she saw this girl before. He didn't really remember the appearance of the sixth division captain right away, considering the fact that she was new.

"Damn... I could of got him if only the Soutaichou didn't tell me to be less destructive! BAHHHH!! Ah well, where is Kokei?... There!" Hisagi flashed stepped in her direction, and found Hei, Zique, and Kokei.
"Jackpot..." Hisagi peeked through an area where nobody was looking and reached his left hand into there area. And let out a short burst of blinding light through his hand. Stunning them all for about 3 seconds. He flashed stepped in and landed in front of Hei.
"Tagg!"

[Before Hisagi entered]
"Ah... you're so boring." Hei shooked his head and let his gaze travel to the others. He gave Nariko a look from head to toe and did the same for Kokei. "Nariko... No chest and no a**, it's true that there are no women in the Seireitei." He put stress on 'woman' to indicate that he recognized the female population of the Seireitei, just that none of them were women. Hisagi would then appear moments later and tag him, though he did let him; the light didn't affect his eyes because he himself was the embodiment of light. He chanced upon the fact that Kokei was wearing a skirt and flipped it breifly, using the distraction to tag her as well before turning away. "You're no better, you know." He shook his head and vanished before she could retaliate.

Nariko was about to respond to Zique question, but turned to Hei at the sound of his comment. "Excuse me? I'll have you know that I am a woman, and I-" Nariko was interrupted at the short burst of lighting that entered the tent unexpectedly. Jumping slightly Nariko turned to scold the new person that she showed up, but upon seeing Hei's handy work stopped and tried to remember what she had been saying due to the lack of Hei's presence.

Nu used the chance to rub her own eyes,imagining what she had just seen. "Some company to watch the fireworks I guess...." Pulling out more fireworks from various "locations" in her kimono, she hands the small girl a siple sparkler and ignites it, careful to make her shoot way from her face. "Now then!~" Laughing somewhat manically,she ignites everything else at once,watching a flurry of red and green lights make the sky shine. "Hahahahah!~"

Kokei turned towards Hei after his almost pervy movement and Kokei's reiatsu went from low to a dangerous level high "I AM SERIOUSLY GOING TO HURT YOU!!!" kokei yelled. Oh she was mad now...Kokei turns extremely evil when she is mad. Even though she knew Hei was most likely teasing but she was just about ready to kill him. She then laughed an evil laugh and her eyes almost like a devil red "Hehehehe time for someone to die.." She was not being entirely serious though. Kokei went after Hisagi first trying to calm down her anger she shunpoed to right behind him "YOU BETTER RUN HISAGI...NOW I'M PISSED" She then laughed.
