I heard that rubbing porno magazines on your hair was the healthy way to go.

Don't have any of them in my house... but I don't have beer in the house either... guess I will have to settle for an egg or Mayo.

Or just buy a bottle of good conditioner rolleyes

Umberella, honey, I just finished the taxes. We're gonna have to come up with a scheme or the house d**k is gonna throw us out of the country.

I'll get the live turkey and you pretend like you drank poison. I sure hope that "jumping butterballs" guy from the IRS doesn't show up with an epicac and milk.

Well... I think spring is here...

The damn Asian Beetles (look like lady bugs) are waking up all over the house. The animals are bringing in their "treats" from outside, I had a whole mouse by the bedroom door about a week ago and since then for the last 3 days straight I have had; Sun.-the remains of a mouse in the living room, Mon.-the remains of a mouse (or mole) in the bathroom, this morning-bird feathers scattered in the living room... The fun each morning will be to see what kind of mess I get to clean up... or if it is whole outside my bedroom door it is my gift.

On the brighter side, the daffodils are coming up and they are starting to get buds at the top...

And for all you people out there in warmer climates, believe me, spring is a wonderful thing, that means you made it threw the hell of winter. But I will not have to worry about it too much longer, one more winter and we are moving out of this area and back where it is warm.

Also... I just received a confirmation on a flight announcement this morning... My son's girlfriend is flying back out in the middle of next month.

This moring I woke up to one of our cats laying outside the bedroom with a whole mole laying by him... It looked like he was "guarding" his gift to me from the other animals in the house. As soon as I opened the door he started meowing at me "look at what I brought you"...

Ha! Our family cat, Spooky, used to do that with birds when we were kids. Sometimes, one would fly in through the old Franklin stove in the bastement and she'd bring the half-alive, soot-laden thing up to mom's clean bedspread and lay it majestically down before our assembled, horrified eyes.

Then, before we could chase her out, she'd kill it.

When I was younger our cat brought in a bat and let it loose in my mother's room... I will never forget how horrified she was... it was great!

rofl oh my, i'm so glad that i'm allergic to cats!
i can't have any pets where i live, but when i finally live somewhere where i can i'd be tempted to get a cat or so if they did make me explode with sneezing, i'd forgotten that they like to bring you fresh meat for breakfast.
i think i'll stick to dogs sweatdrop

Our dogs bring in gifts too, just not as often. One of them brought us a cat, he was very scared and was hard to catch, but I sent him home. Our dog Amiee brought down a young hawk one day... that was a very funny one.

One of my previous cats once dragged a pigeon in through the open window - the beast had just sat down for a bit of a rest on the windowsill, minding its own business, when it got collared by a large, black Persian cat... He didn't kill it, just chased it about a bit - when I got home (this happened while I was out), he was guarding the bird, which, by then, was cowering under the bed - I could see there'd been a chase by the feathers all over the bedroom. So, I had to get cat out of room, coax bird from under bed - it then tried to fly straight through the window pane... the bird kept flapping about in panic (so did I), while the cat watched from the doorway with a sheepish expression. Eventually, I managed to catch the pigeon under a cloth and put it out of the window again - it flew off, apparently shaken but not stirred!

Lil-Jo - I love that somersaulting KiKi in your signature! xd

He catches chickens too, that is why we now have a fenced in area for him... now if a chicken or anything else gets into their 75 foot by 75 foot space they are fair game for the dogs.

Yea, a Rotweiller mix and a Shepard mix...
This one is the chicken lover and the one that brought in a cat.

Adam is the Shepard mix, he is a big baby that thinks he is a lap dog.
