Kyoshi tilted his head to the side. "Because you can get sick if you stay in the rain to long. I'm not going to have Zaine up my a** for getting you sick. Plus that would land him six feet under." He sensed her challenge and he equal met it with narrowed eyes. "It's not like I'm going to do anything weird to you. I'm not that kind of guy."

Dusk smiled. "I'd like to see that. I don't know anyone who can totally take down Zaine without getting themselves beat in the process." She knew that would hit a nerve, and she looked into the sky, smiling. "And I know you couldn't do anything like that to me. I'm not worried about that."
She chose her words carefully, knowing that wouldn't would be a better word to keep him 'happy', if that was possible. But by saying couldn't , she would get some reaction. This Kyoshi had pride. Almost as much as Mist...
Why do you like to piss people off so much, Dusk? I dunno...I just do...

Fenix saw the fox stop in front of him, he stared at him for a moment and then he grinned and cocked his head to the side copying the movements of the animal

Mist then remembered that he was in the rain and sprinted over to where the man was. "Rain sucks..." He muttered. Yeah, he was supposed to be going to Zaine, but Mist wasn't going back out there until the rain let up. Shaking his fur out, he saw in front of the man, sizing him up.

Kyoshi looked at her intently as if he could see right through her. Being a man or angel or whatever he had alot of pride and this chick was baiting him. This chick had alot to learn about his kind. Kyoshi held his tongue. If she wanted to play with fire then so be it but it was she that was going to get burned. Kyoshi didn't utter another word as he went towards the opened door and look over his shoulder at her. "Then have a good night, Dusk." He closed or rather slammed the sliding door shut and closed the curtains half way so that he was able to look out at the raining night. Hw walked over into his bedroom and took off his wet cloths and changed into another pair of hakama pants but he left the kimono off. He turned the lights on and took out his Kiseru, lighting it and smoking out of it. The light danced around his toned chest, arms and abs, showing scars the adorned them. He sat down in the living room that was next to the sliding doors. That Dusk had no idea who she was messing with.

Dusk held her breath, her sensitive ears hearing as he stomped around. Check... She thought, smiling wide. She could hear him sit down close to her, and she couldn't help it.
She started laughing.

Fenix laughed when mist said that "I suppose.." he said while putting his attention back to the rain "but hey, at least you got a nice shower from it" he said chuckling

He heard laughing. I guess he did something that was funny. Whatever it was, it damn near annoying. He smoked his Kiseru, trying to find his peace. It was the laughter that kept echoing and it was frustrating. Getting up, he went and opened the door, glaring at her. He was going to say something but it left him. Slamming the door again, he went back to the sofa and sat down with a grunt. Let her laugh. She's in the rain and wet while he's in the warmth, dry.

Corum sighed as he saw that it was raining, he knew he wouldn't be able to fly back home. He noticed that Hayato left and began to walk back home.

Zaine watched Corum. "Yo, you and Hayato can stay here if ya want. It's dry, and I don't know how hard it would be for ya to get back home without getting soaked.
Mist sighed. "So? I don't like wet." He looked at the guy. "Who are you anyways?"
Dusk watched as Kyoshi came out and then went back in, her laughter becoming softer. "Wow..." She said, knowing that he could here. "Didn't know I could make someone speechless." Dusk was in the mood for a challenge, and this guy was more fun than Zaine. Zaine went silent and smiled at her, annoying her to death. This guy was more likely to try and kill her.
"That'd be fun..." She whispered, thinking of a fight that would occur. A fighter versus a shadow master. That would be interesting indeed.

His eyes were closed. This girl was something else. He could sense that challenge in her grow. He too would meet that challenge head on but that would he had to go against his rules. Yes, even guys like him had rules to follow even though he has pretty much broken a whole lot. He was starting to have an itch that was all to familiar to him. Kyoshi wanted to fight but he wasn't going to fight her. He would never raise a hand to a woman even if she provoked him. Now if his life was in danger, he wouldn't hesitate to take her out. No he was going to let her stay out there and freeze her a** off. That put a smile on his features, softening the hard lines on his face and his eyes turned a sapphire blue.

Zaine smiled, noticing the gesture. "She didn't get to you. Her fox may have, but she wasn't close enough to get to you." He laughed. "Her name's Dusk. I'm surprised she isn't here by now...She normally hides out here when it's raining..."
Dusk smiled, knowing that what she was doing was getting to him slightly. She dropped it though. Feeling a little cold, she closed her eyes and moved her hands. A blanket of shadows covered her, warming her. I don't need his house. I don't need Zaine's either. She laughed slightly, opening her eyes and looking at the door.
"Hey, how do you know the old man?" No, Zaine wasn't that old, but he was older than her, there for, he was an old man.
