Alrighty...
I agree with Angil...
although my time is limited at this moment, I think we should get underway with ideas...I've made "The Care-Taker's Office" and for now it's only accesable to Crew members...I'll take that feature off as soon as weget acouple of the important threads up...Angil, make your house points thread in there, if you'd like(I still like the name "The Great Hall Hour Glasses".) And, if any other mods have extra time and like an idea we've discussed. If it looks like the general public liked it, take it and run with it. But if you're not sure if it will be approved by the other mods, don't put too much wok into it...
If someone want to make a suggestion thread or a question thread...that'd be fine with me...
Angil, I trust you, so if you think an idea is good, run with it and I'll back you up if any one mod or member gets upset...

they can discuss it with me via PM, email, or messenger service of their choice...

And great job with the Chistmas event Linwe and Katkepin!
I'm going to have you keep your powers until I'm back to full-time mode...
Feel free to help out in anyway that you can...
and...
it would actually be nice if you could PM me and tell me how you think you did on the event and how you felt working with your fellow elf-mod....
That way I can figure out if we're keeping both of you or only one...
and also...
if you tried to copy down post numbers at any point...it would be nice if you could email me the file so I can see how you did...

How are the prefects and junior prefects going to work?
I've read about it in the Entrance Hall, but how will it really work, and where will know who they are?

I have a question is there an actual Discussion forum? I'm personally not sure if the regualr forum is the Discussion forum or not. If it isn't do you think we should make one for those who don't want to role-play. Personally I think there is more role playing places than actual Discussion areas even though this guild is not listed as such.

I thought the original forum was for discussion...
At least, whenever such a discussion topic is brought up, it's been made here.
Though a discussion forum would allow for more topics to be made.
KT...you could make one and then move it up right above the event forum...

I've read about it in the Entrance Hall, but how will it really work, and where will know who they are? Prefect Duties:
Patrol Corridors/threadsPM Heads (or Head Boy/Girl if they're mods) for posts/threads to delete
PM new first years with welcome notes
answer new student's questions
(maybe require them to also be Marauders)
Keep an eye on student activity (each for his/her own house)
keep record of post #'s (check once a week, it takes about 10-15 minutes)
PM inactive students warnings (no posts after 3 weeks)
Homework
PM students who don't do homework (no homework turned-in in over 3 weeks)
PM their head for those who neglect to respond to PM warnings
Reports all findings to head
report misconduct (may recommend to take away points)
Junior Prefects, for now, will be more or less the same...except that they report to prefects... 3nodding

Whoa...I was weirded out for a moment when I noticed there was a change in the forum organization. I like it though. 3nodding
Anyways, I has a question. I noticed in the main forum that The Sorting Hat thread is locked. Where exactly are us house elfs supposed to put our answers right now? Or are we waiting until the Sorting begins for the thread to open up again? confused
