Ash's physicality made Elyse proud as she made her escape out f Elyse's range and position of attack. Then to follow up with a quick seep for her leg, it was brilliant. Yet Elyse knew that coming down wasn't' a bad thing, the more ground she had the more she could gain footing and if she curled her body correctly as her arm that was swinging to wrap over the other came in she'd be knocked down with her already curled body rolling a distance away from Ash. The shifting her weight in the roll Elyse would change her position so she'd uncurl facing Ash with her blade in hand. Breaking out in a formal stance one knee to the ground the other bent holding her up. Hr blade coming from the side she;d tucked to as if she'd sheathed it and was pulling a drawing strike. This strike was a way of Bushido (way of the sword) that often held such force to pull a body forward a bit across the ground as the strike is preformed. Dragging along the earth or floor beneath ones foot and knee. Though more powerful when standing in a more steady position. Even kneeling this attack was fairly strong and fast from the sudden burst from her fetal position.
"Well you've got some skill with that blade and some vigorous movement, but I'll tell you this gals got something up her sleeves as well." With that word "sleeve" Elyse's shoulder would come undone and the bone would come out of the socket. Making her strike more random and snake like. It's fluidity would make the move faster, but it would have repercussions on her muscles to do something like this with such a move. Still Elyse glided forward with her arm extending and her strike heading from the bottom left of Ash t her top left, fainting slightly to change as a "M" shaped series of slashes.

Pulling her arm back Elyse would break into another roll and once her toes properly gripped the floor her figure would extend up her body arched in a dashing stance, as if she was racing towards something paused. Her arm extend behind her and her other leg lifted up. Elyse tossed her blade to her other hand with the strength of her fingers and wrist. Then as she caught it her arm went forward to place the bone back in the socket. Saying "Chiyudou #5- Kai Kizu" she'd heal the basic tissue damage her attack had inflicted. allowing her body to fall ow to the ground just so the toes of her raised leg could meet the floor. Elyse quickly shifted into another attack for Ash. She was relentless and really starting to get into fighting this girl. her dash was a bit quicker this time and her center of gravity lower. She was attacking low to make reaction a bit harder, but hopefully Ash would know how to reply. Elyse's body would roll just before she'd reach Ash and her blade would first fly up to cut for her throat. Then her legs follow and her free hand would reach for her legs to pull her down. Elyse was in a full spin now much like a break dancer. This little move was inspired by one of her other squad members whom surprised her on his first spar one day. If she;d grabbed her foot she'd take to throwing ash to the opposite wall of her with as much force her abdominal muscles and her arm would allow in this position. This was just because it was an experimental attack.

Pretty clever, Ash mused as her sweep connected. Elyse could have avoided it, but instead, she tucked forward into a controlled fall that left her no worse for the wear and ready for her next move. The taller girl moved into her next attack fluidly, taking a solid kneeling pose and swinging her sword at Ash's side.

Ash knew she was pressing the attack with this maneuver, and she wasn't willing to give ground with another simple evasion. It was time to match her strength head to head. Ash let her wrist drop, sword tip pointed towards the ground for a parry in seconde. To add strength to the parry, she gripped the hilt with both hands. Because the parry was meant to be rigid, she was caught off guard by Elyse's unorthodox maneuver. With a rather sickening pop, Elyse apparently dislocated her shoulder. Her attack suddenly became oddly fluid and more difficult to follow. Keeping her eyes on the blade, Ash released her two-handed grip to gain greater dexterity in her parry. A series of rapid parries-- seconde, tierce, and a hasty quinte-- saved her from the strange attack. It it was going to be a contest of speed, Ash was confident in her abilities, but judging by the move Elyse had just demonstrated, she knew she couldn't afford to underestimate her opponent.

Before Ash could answer with a riposte, Elyse had again shifted form, moving into what appeared to be a dash stance and rolled forwards, slicing at Ash's neck. That was an easy strike to block, but one of Elyse's hands had already latched onto her leg by the time the parry was completed. With inordinate strenght, Elyse through Ash off balance, tossing he with apparent ease into the training grounds wall.

In midair, Ash tucked her body, letting the throw carry her. She shifted struck the wall feet-first bending her knees to absorb the impact with the bend in her legs. Using the coiled power of her legs, she pushed off the wall just as quickly, shooting back towards Elyse. When she was within range, she let off a flurry of rapid fire thrusts at various points on Elyse's body: just above her hips, abdomen, chest, shoulders, the webs of muscle between neck and shoulder, and the biceps.

Elyse coming to a halt from finishing her toss of Ash into the wall would find her figure kneeling looking off to the direction she sent the girl flying. One could say electricity went up her spine as she say the girl take to twisting her body into a position not only to take the impact but also follow trough with another attack. Her sword drawn before her in a more traditional manner Elyse had both her hands clasped around the handle of her blade. Her breaths were even as her figure was split by the length of the blade before her. She took in the style of Ash and prepared to give her a stronger reply to her actions.
A fencer, they are always ready to move and are quick to strike in reply to an attack. Fluidity is natural and precision is key with the trusting. I being of a more eastern style take to cutting arteries and the power in the finest laid slash. What I can do to push my style further?
With this question in mind Elyse was greeted by the barrage of thrust Ash had brought with her from the wall she had just come from. Elyse's blade as well centered as it was was in a position so that it's length could be used to gain the advantage to trust. so much like her opponent Elyse simple parried the thrust with her blade by watching Ash zanpakuto and pushing aside with the amount of force Elyse could read was being placed in her muscles to attack. This was one of the small things being a member of the medical squad had granted her and in this situation it proved useful.

She also closed of many of her openings by reaming low to the ground and keeping her hands close to er mid section; not forcing responses but interpreting them and following trough. Elyse would kick back bit by bit inching away from the in motion Ash halting her with every clash of the blades. Slowing her and letting the force travel trough her into the ground beneath her feet. It had been awhile since Elyse had used fineness in her fighting but Ash had the sword skill to bring it out in her.

Elyse would find her opening when the momentum would subside and it would become apparent that the attack was failed in breaking trough and catching her off guard. Still staying a crouched position with her knees bent Elyse would break into her own flurry of slashes as her style was known to do best. With out having to be key on strength control any more Elyse let her dominant right take hold of her blade again. In the next instance her blade would move from Ash's clear line of vision and stay just below her parochial vision. Her body would slid to its side much like a fencers style and she'd begin with a slash up to cut Ash from her leg and straight up hr right shoulder. Then the cut would change in a series of diagonal, and horizontal sweeps from her shoulder to her right hip, to her mid section, and to her right shoulder. She'd not stay in one place as she'd shift swiftly to her side and just before changing to the right once again throwing her shoulder out it's socket to extend suddenly close range in fluent motion with her strike for her right shoulder. This change in reach would at least nick the girl. Elyse wouldn't wait for a parries as the usefulness of her free hand popped ht e shoulder back in and her position came to a guard . She pushed forward to draw Ash to a stand still; and if this worked she'd sue her strength to make her think she'd push her down. Elyse would then cross her hind foot over the front twisting her body to push her away from Ash and she'd take the chance with the power of this move which should have disturbed her guard and cut her from her right side.

Ash landed lightly, feeling a bit cheated considering Elyse had managed to block every single one of her thrusts. Her arm moved mechanically to block the myriad of slices, chops, and slashes Elyse now rained down on her. Her arm was vibrating by the time she'd parried the last one, and she knew she was feeling the effects of Elyse's superior strength. Then came that strange, dislocated strike again and Ash was tired of parrying and riposting with no reward for her effort.

Instead of blocking, she turned her shoulder into the attack and Elyse's heavy blade lodged itself in her shoulder. Without hesitation, Ash clamped her free hand down on the blade, keeping it in place as she extended her right arm, now riddled with blood, in a perfect stop-thrust, body arching away while her arm descended, stabbing downwards just above Elyse's collarbone.

The movement should have wrenched her already-damaged shoulder, but Ash felt only the slightest discomfort. So much adrenaline and energy was pounding through her that she already knew she wouldn't feel a thing. It was one of the advantages to her highly competitive attitude. She'd do anything to score a touch or draw blood and her body accommodated her, dulling the pain at least until after she was done-- win or lose.

Elyse wasn't shocked or put of her guard as her blade made a greater contact with her opponent than intended. It was just a point of improvisation on her part that really wouldn't take to much thought as her free hand was already in play to do its part. Aislinn had preformed much like a member of squad four with her self sacrificial counter and it reminded Elyse much of her self in the past. Ready to take on anything to mow through her advisory, but two people of this same type both can't prevail when fighting one another. Experience would prove to be Elyse's key as she would move her fore arm up and into place to be pierced by Ash as Elyse's blade was already lodged in her arm it wasn't a point of her trying to escape. It was rather something she wanted to push forward. Though the girl could grab the blade would her hands be hard so as to not be cut? Only so many tendons needed to be severed for her hand to be useless and Elyse was pushing forward upon feeling her contact. Keep moving forward, keep pushing on, don't stop until you make them feel something. This was her personal fashion and Ash would have to take a few pages to what she put into her self to make it work. The force would push the blade and she'd start to jimmy the girls arm off by using her blade as a crowbar. It should off gone all the way trough as the woman wouldn't be able to feel exactly how much trouble of blood loss she was in from her adrenaline rush.
Elyse would be lodging her arm in with her free arm but her fore arm was out stretched to meet the tip of Aislinn's blade. using the blunt mass of her arm Elyse would use the amount of lag her flesh made to push the blade just over her more vital areas and past her shoulder.

Now bearing down her legs strength another notion of power was added to Elyse movement. Taking into account the most basic of thing s in fighting. She used her low stances concentration of her leg muscles by bending them and pushed her self up to her full 5,11 stature. Moving forward even more in Ash's direction this would push the blade full or at least finally trough the girls arm. Spreading her stance Elyse would try to gain control and move Ash down to the floor. Healing her her dislocated shoulder in the same instance.
"Che, kid you've got to learn hurting yourself just means you can't keep giving it to them! so whats the point if you don't making'em remember you!...Chiyudou #5- kai Kizu! hehehehe!" Elyse would laugh in a lustful dillarium as she was thrilled to have her arm pierced by this girl. the pain not effecting her barely at all due to her own natural ability to numb pain in her extremities.
"Make me wake up kid. this has only been the easy stuff!" In truth this wasn't nearly enough to force to Elyse into such a corner to have to use her shikai, and for her to use it on Ash would be a mistake on Ash's part to ask for. Yet to each his or her own.

Aislinn was in a bit of a dilemma at this point. She had successfully landed a strike-- in her eyes, it was a complete success in the capacity that she'd managed to impale Elyse's arm, thus drawing her blood. The fact that she was losing volumes of blood from her own wound was trivial by comparison. Still, by executing this particular maneuver, her sword was stuck, embedded in Elyse's arm. At the same time, the taller girl was pressing her advantage, practically sawing at Ash's shoulder in what seemed to be an attempt to take her arm completely off. That wouldn't do at all, but she couldn't afford to lose her weapon.

She bent her knees-- or rather, was forced to her knees-- under the weight of Elyse's relentless pressure. She removed the hand that had held Elyse's blade in place to begin with. It had sustained a sizable gash across the palm from the keen edge of her opponent's blade, but it had served its purpose. She drew it to her chest and released her grip on her own blade, leaving it hanging from Elyse's arm for a moment.

In that moment, she rolled forward, effectively dislodging Elyse's blade from her shoulder in a fine spray of blood. As the somersault neared completion, she reached up and wrenched her own blade from Elyse's arm. The entire motion carried her under Elyse's guard and around her right side. Wasting no time, she lept to her feet, driving her blade in a quick thrust at Elyse's seemingly unproteted ribs. Her sword arm felt a little stiff, but she couldn't discern much feeling from the deep cut she'd sustained. It was bleeding heavily, soaking her white top and arm a deep crimson, but, at this point, Ash could have cared less. All she wanted was to fight Elyse at her full power and land a few good strikes before she was spent.

Ash's self-destructive phase was in full swing at this point. She didn't-- refused to-- care about the heavy blood loss, instead choosing to focus on the battle at hand. If anything, her movement had become faster and more fluid, apparently unhindered by any injury sustained.

Elyse would be also in dull swing of her movements as the ever true to her style Ash maneuvered another escape from Elyse's favorite close combat range. She role free and pull her blade fro the tendons and meat of Elyse's arm as well, causing a good bit of blood to fall, yet it wouldn't be nearly as much as Ash. given how fast her heart had to be pumping blood to keep her moving at this point with out feeling pain, he body must of been pushing itself next to deaths door to keep moving. Even if Ash could pull her self enough strength to do something a bit impressive in these last few seconds or at least few minutes. Her time was on a stop watch now and her time and strength would only diminish as time went on.
This fact made Elyse a bit sad in her heart, but her delirium kept her in motion to attack with ample force. Yet to still be in truth not going near her full assault capabilities. With the loss of the stand to hold up Elyse's weight of coarse her body would fall down to a position similar to the one she was holding earlier on knee to the ground. Her blade still in motion from how much force she'd put behind it trying to wedge the girls arm off was moving into position to wrap around her body with her dislodging tactic and come to parry the on coming blade for her ribs. her other arm would be shaking a bit, but as Aislinn should of taken into account she wasn't the only one who could run on adrenaline.

Yet again admittedly Elyse's high was more controlled than Ash's and her movements had thought and reason behind them. They rained down experience in these excruciatingly accelerating bouts.her fist would slam closed as she would spin her body upon the sensation of Ash's blade meeting with her own that had come into play as guard. This motion would aid or rather be her parry; pushing Ash's blade to the side and having Elyse rise whipping her arm and blade around herself in an accelerated speed and power aiming for Ash's side. With a diagonally placed slash as so she couldn't simply duck it or jump over the attack with out having it hit something. Her now bloody arm from the two holes that were made from the blade piercing her forearm and upper arm in one was now heading for a devastating punch for Aislinn's head. If this connected she'd knock the girl out by hitting her hard enough to push her brain into one corner of her head.
this would be a T.K.O and not matter how strong one was they'd be able to be knocked out if their brain was shock. Though ones experience and well trained body could allow for them to wake up faster than normal. Yet it was something Elyse doubted Ash had at this stage of skill.
She's just a beast trashing about, while I'm a tank setting of rounds...Hmm, whose better or worse in this match. This is so funny. Elyse couldn't help but still feel a oneness with Aislinn as she fought on much like Elyse in her early years. Fifteen and just joining a squad, ready to do anything. Yet her training under Revlis for three years did do something for her; It made her strong willed and skilled in her battle style. In truth the quickest way for Ash to advance would be to find a teacher.
PostPosted: Wed Oct 21, 2009 12:41 pm

Ash found, with some annoyance, that she could no longer lift her sword arm above her shoulder. She attributed this inconvenience to severed muscles in her shoulder. Still, if she bent her knees and lowered her center, she'd be able to compensate for as long as her arm held out. There was no telling how long that would be. Her fingertips were cold and whitened by blood loss. Her pounding heart was both a help and hindrance. It was delivering massive quantities of adrenaline to her system, dulling both pain and fatigue, but the faster it pumped, the quicker blood flowed from the gaping would in her shoulder.

She recovered mechanically, pulling her blade back to a guard stance similar to saber. In this form, she'd be more ready to parry the slashing cuts that Elyse was so fond of as well as retaliate with those of her own. True to form, Elyse aiming a heaving, diagonal slice across Ash's body. Ash parried with an angled blade, locking the two weapons together. Knowing the taller girl would overpower her with ease, Ash took the opportunity to duck away from the punch aimed at her head, pulling her sword down with her.

From this low position, she was under Elyse's guard and she cut a broad slice at the woman's abdomen. The ground tilted for a minute and she nearly lost her balance, but she blinked and the sensation faded. Thought I had more time, Ash mused, recognizing the dizziness as a symptom of extreme blood loss.

The speed at which Ash was amazingly able to keep up with parrying Elyse's strikes and also find place to lock guards with her was astonishing trough out the fight. Elyse wanted to know if Ash was rather a genius in her sword technique with the skill she was displaying, yet her thoughts would be drawn to a end with Ash's reoccurring attempt to duck Elyse's guard. She'd already established that she and Ash were moving on a similar fighting pattern as they were moving forward. So it was no surprise to her that she'd opt to move in rather than away to regain some form to take on Elyse. it was rather a smarter choice, but in another drop of truth either wouldn't come to a great ending result. She was close by the extension of Elyse's blade, though her blade was making a reach for Elyse's gut it was still her breaking some distance physically. Elyse was left open more so because f her fully extended standing position. Still in play was her angled guard and her only need was to make the gap of moving her arm from her upper right to her waist to bring at least the hilt to guard.

To preform this Elyse would go into action as she say and rather predicted due to her earlier thoughts and the flow of battle that Ash was continuing to use. It may of been the trend of her style, but that was unknown to Elyse. What was known was used to her advantage, and put into giving her an edge in speed in her almost simultaneous movement with ash out of the guard. Her body sifted back to try and shake her fix on her opening of attack. Her arm speed for it's position of guard to at the same time cut down to aim to nick Ash's neck. The timing was off only just a bit and Elyse's adrenaline charged movement would make the time. Yet it was the stagger in motion that gave her even more of an her needed edge to preform her move. When meeting her hilt with the blade shed quickly draw back just two inches to push forward like a wall of force, as her blade would skid down the side of Ash's blade. With elyse skidding down to her knee again and sifting to the side of the low positioned Aisilinn.

her green eyes a blaze with confidence her smile sinister and yet soft. her blond dyed hair would dace to the side and she'd come to a stop beside Ash her blade locking with hers aiming away from the two. Elyse not moving her free arm this time laughing to her self lowly glancing over to Ash.
"Well if don't beat all. I wonder who would you say is worse for ware right about now. My arm was popped back in this time and shouldn't be as strong as normal. if I were to do this.." She'd pop her arm back into it's joint and her strength to the lock would start to force the blade down to the floor with Ash's less than perfect to preform health at the moment.
"See, now games on again...You really need to stop running a mile a minute kid. Take it as it's comes and just keep moving is my motto."

((You'd come to notice that m RP style use's every post to build stronger reactions to things. Rather than creating something new in my actions every time that stand alone. Chaining them together into a series of conjoined action makes the story more believable and reasonable. Also it literally charges the words and purpose.))

"'S no reason as I shouldn't keep on," Ash was almost thankful for Elyse's proximity and their locked blades. She had somehow parried Elyse's strike to her neck, but she knew just from the feel of the reverberations in her arm that it had been a weak maneuver. As it was, the tension produced by their body-to-body lock was likely the only thing keeping her standing, if only barely. She glanced over at Elyse, blue eyes overbright and red-rimmed in a quickly-paling face. The wound was taking its toll on her body, but she was unwilling to give in. She matched Elyse smile for smile. "Just wanna see how far I can go,"

Her chest was heaving after just a few words. Why was talking so damned hard? Her vision was definitely fuzzy at the edges, but the center was hyper-focused and she could see Elyse's green eyes with startling clarity. She was cold, too... It was an uncomfortable feeling spreading up her sword arm.

"How... how far..." Damn... Why had Elyse stopped her movement? Fatigue was really catching up to her. The adrenaline that had been animating her thus far was dwindling by the second, choked off by her sudden immobility. "'Fore I have t--"

She didn't even finish the sentence before her knees buckled and she fell into Elyse's side, doggedly refusing to loosen her grip on her sword even as she slipped out of consciousness.

(Makes sense too ^^ Seems like something I'd try to emulate.)

Elyse would grin a bit as the girl would keel over bearing her fangs till the end. As she slumped in Elyses direction she'd kiss the girl on the forehead. With her smile turning more warm ow she'd take Ash's blade form her hand and stab it into the ground.
"You did well little Ash, who ever thought you to fight would be proud of your zeal. Now lets lay you down."
Putting her down as gently as possible elyse realized how bad the gash in her arm was due to her also giving it way to come into her body. Elyse wound as simple as it was would have some of the blood already coagulating. She'd have to move quickly to heal Aislinn and she was quite cappable with her shikai.

Stabbing her blade into her own gut Elyse blade would quickly be absorbed into her skin in a liquid luminous metal state.
"Heal your wounds, Namueh..."
Elyse demeanor would drastically change to that of a much more soft and gentle maiden as her blade reformed, sweating out of her pours in white golden scale chain links. Forming a full body chain-mail (excluding her head) would form which would automatically come to start healing her injuries and soothing any any pain. An white dancing aura was given of from this chain-mail which would fight of all ailment and heal Elyse as much as she needed. Clapping her hands together she preformed a move call soul link to fuse her aura, so in such herself to Aislinn to heal her wounds rapidly. The wound would be healed in just under a minute and she'd be no worse for ware. With the aura she'd feel a warmth of a motherly touch wrapping around her, and lulling her to a calm. It was soothing and healing in every way, even in mental trauma.

"Come on now, wake up. you should be fine now. i really hope you learned something from this. I'd even say I'd love to have you as a student, but I not so strong as a teacher."
PostPosted: Wed Oct 21, 2009 4:09 pm

After a minute, the sickly paleness that had stolen over Ash's face settled back to a healthier pallor as her skin easily knit back together under Elyse's ministrations. Her forehead, creased with anxiety and discomfort, smoothed out as her breaths deepened to a healthier rhythm.

As if on cue, her eyes flicked open, bright blue and clear, no longer hazed with pain. She was silent at first, trying to take stock of everything around her, mind working to catch up with what happened happened. She'd been locked body-to-body with Elyse. Think I was gonna break, retreat, and fleche... She didn't remember completing any of those actions, though. The fact that she was on her back suggested she had fallen or blacked out. Either one would have been incredibly embarrassing. At that point, she became aware of a presence kneeling over her. The bright green eyes were unmistakable and she flushed mightily as she realized what must have happened.

"Elyse," Ash said the first thing that popped into her head. Her tone sounded a little surprised, and she might have been a little out of it, still. Feeling foolish at being laid out on the ground like some weak invalid, she sat up. She was pleased to find herself in perfect working order. She rotated her right arm in a small circle, finding no stiffness. Overall, she was quite impressed by the woman's apparent skill at healing. "... Thanks," She couldn't think of much else to say, and, on the whole, she was rather embarrassed. The flushed tones had not left her cheeks.

Elyse would continue to send her gleaming warm smile at Ash. When her healed arm would fly up and slap her upside her head. Elyse's shikai kind of forced a more elegant expression and cadence in hr, but her actual feelings couldn't be hid in her actions wich remained hers. so when she saw that flushed and embarrased look on aislinn's face she became a bit ticked.

"Why are you embarrased, you're human and losing sometimes happen. be happy that you didn't get your a** blown to bits and smile damn it!"

One could imagine the strange contrast between and confusion of seeing one expression and hearing one tone. Then the detail of context would be completely against the grain of what the surface held. Shaking Ash now Elyse was trying to get it into her head that losing is sometimes the hazard of being a warrior who wants to jump leaps and bounds in strength.

"If you wanna get strong you need to know the big pcture and not only whats in focus. Youwere happy to land that strike, right! so you'll be happy to go the distance next time. give it all you got to keep giving it out as hard as you can! You lost your way when you forgot about "standing"..." Standing was in Elys'es opinion was the most glorious end where one would be found dead standing from the trauma to their bodies. The enzymes in the body that was rushing trough the muscles to keep on moving on the edge were cut in circulation in a sudden death. This state of the standing death. A near animate statue of vigor. It was her honor to be such a creature to sustain this and she taught that losing other wise would be useless.

"Standing dead, is an honor. Kneeling because of an early jump to win is not the way of the female titan! Which you've got the potential for Aislinn!"
PostPosted: Wed Oct 21, 2009 5:19 pm

"But I lost. I fainted," Aislinn said doubtfully, clearly still hung up on her apparent failure. Too preoccupied, in fact, to actually mind the slap that caught her upside the head. Elyse sure talked grandly, words only augmented by her lovely aura that ensured she cut a striking figure. But Ash couldn't agree with her words. "Doesn't seem too terribly titanic t' me,"

This was, of course, why she never fenced first epee. She became far too wrapped up in her loss-- and a personal vendetta against her conqueror. She knew she had problems with getting past failures. All the same, she could stop mulling over each fight in her mind, seeing her movements again and again, picking out where she'd gone wrong. If only I'd parried her. If only I'd pressed my attack. Could've. Should've. Didn't. Then she usually got angry and that was something she was trying to avoid here. Elyse was genuinely trying to help her, and, despite the fight's untimely end, she had thoroughly enjoyed herself and hoped this would not be the last time the two of them sparred with one another.

She knew taking Elyse's cut to the arm intentionally was rash. Ok, stupid, if she was being blunt. She just lost it in those situations. Many times, reverting to such self-destructive tendencies had served her well. She'd won many a match by suddenly attacking aggressively and dangerously. But then, there weren't the same stakes around here. In Soul Society, a misstep meant a potentially fatal encounter with the wrong end of someone's blade. It was both easier to act rashly and dangerously and easier to truly regret those consequences. Ash bit her lip, looking down at her top. Her top was soaked in blood. Picking Aislinn's face up with a gentle touch to the bottom on her chin, elyse would turn her face towards her.
"You can't be like this. Things will always be unpredictable in a fight, and you truly surprised me for a new shinigami. Yet it all comes down to how we carry our selves after a match that helps use grow. If you can't get it into you thick head that you are going to lose sometimes. You won't be able to train properly and you'll lose all the metal stance you have when faced with a true enemy. Take advantage of the ability to have a force backing you like the seireitei, and all your friends within. We fight together and you pushing forward for your self is not the way we do thngs around here. Your progress is aresult of those you win and lose against, they give you the experriance and the knowledge of yourself. so here's my bit of knowledge to give you after losing...."Elyse would grab her sides even harder, and gaze at her with her strong and kind green eyes.
"You need to stop being an idiot with this need to win. Surviving a strong fight with your skills about you and a desire to keep fighting is more valuable than the win it's self! Endless Winning woud never allow you to see the heights you've yet to reach. so you have a new goal now. Get as strong as me and come kick my a**, this is not a dare but a promise! You hear me!"

Letting go of her and pushing her away from her, Elyse would undo her shikai and return to her former self her hair dancing back to er shoulders and her energy was being sealed, her blade reformed and would find it's way to Ash's neck. Smiling at her now Elyse would say to Ash again, "You have nothing to be ashamed of. Yet the doubt you hold over the trivial is something that is truly a shame. It holds you from your true place with the titans of battle. I'll promise to keep kicking your a** until you learn how to think beyond the win, and think of surviving for the build of power. ten we move on to the meaning of victory. Stand god damn it, or I'll just cut your throat here and now."
Elyse was forceful and kind but here she was serious. She wanted her to get up and be what she could. If she couldn't stand when it was just her self stopping her. what could Ash do when it came to the hollows and Arrancar. this was a point to break her apprehension, well at least enough to start moving towards a mature mind set of fighting.
