(A day which began ominously ends in an unprecedented tragedy, and the humble little town of Inaba still smolders in the wake of the terror wrought by the Hetero Trio. Citizens have been displaced from their homes, many have perished, and those who remain do so with the knowledge that things may never be the same.
...
With the town now in lockdown by the police, citizens within the blockade are forced to return to their daily lives. In a testament to the indomitable spirit of human beings, Inaba tries to pick up the pieces and keep moving forward...even as several people are still missing following the tragedies.
...
A Memorial Service is held in the wee hours of the morning for those lost in the fires and attacks; school is canceled for the day in their honor. The School Festival scheduled for tomorrow is being considered for rescheduling, but some are pushing to continue with it as planned, hoping to heal in their own ways.
...
More tragedies have been promised. The Investigation Team has received a spark, however, which could swing the tide. But in the depths of the hospital, their leader seems all but forgotten.

When will he awaken? And when he does, what is this source of this new power that he holds?) Thursday Morning... April 26, 2012. It is a foggy Thursday, and Inaba attempts to pick up the pieces after the terrible incidents. Thin trails of smoke still rises in some areas where the fires were worse, and students displaced by the attacks are asked to settle in to their temporary homes today. School is canceled...tomorrow's Festival is under consideration for rescheduling...and the missing students and citizens are currently being searched for by friends and what few members of the Inaba Police Force that can be spared.
Many who were overwhelmed by the tragedy now begin to take stock in what they have left...friends, homes, family...and for those with the power, a counter-offensive is on their minds. But where will they go? Who are they searching for? And what will they encounter?
So many questions...fewer answers.
You are exhausted following the ordeal. But you still have to move forward towards the truth...

Inaba is still on shock after Hetero's attacks on the town, but the city itself is attempting to move on. Even in the midst of a lockdown and incredible terror, the citizens try to go about their daily lives, unsure what else to do. A Festival will be taking place soon at Yasogami High...the town looks forward to another distraction from the terror...and hope that event will go off without a hitch.
Meanwhile, the Investigation Team has rescued Leon Mori, who has obtained the facade with which he shall face life's hardships. The team is one member stronger, but the enemy's strength grows as well. Who will be stronger when the two meet again? What is the purpose of Hetero's destruction?

Night falls on the town of Inaba and the citizens have had a full day for the weight of yesterday's nightmare to settle in upon their hearts and minds. Homes have been burned, people left scrambling for places to live, and some were left dead...but with nowhere to go but forward, the town moves on with its despair. Meanwhile, the Investigation Team has rescued another victim...and Hetero continues to improve his forces.
The Festival tomorrow is creating considerable buzz, and as a result, the decision has been made to allow the Festival to take place. But the night still stands between the town and the morning...will anything happen like yesterday's incidents?
Will the Midnight Channel be on again tonight?

Periodically, images will appear on the Midnight Channel at midnight on a foggy night. When Soji witnesses these images, his account will be placed here in the Announcements for everyone to see. These images will be visible at the same level to everyone with a Persona at the time, but will always be clouded and somewhat vague to those without a Persona.
The following recap is written in a first-person, real-time account by Soji Seta [feel free to recount your own experiences in your own posts, at your homes]! [4/27] Midnight Channel [12:00 A.M.] There was something on the television! The screen kept flashing in and out of the image, but then it finally focused on a man strung up on a cross. It was the famous silver-haired detective himself....Akihiko Sanada! He already looked like he had taken a beating. Then a figure had appeared beside the cross, but it was not Hetero. It was a dark-haired girl wearing a mardi gras mask. Some might reconize her and some probably won't. "This is what happens to people who think that are protectors. Only Hetero and I can save you from what is to come. We will bring salvation," the young girl said as she then stood in front of Akihiko. The cross was made to be eye-level with her. She smirked under her mask as her hand had went around Akihiko's neck. "No one can save you from the hell you are in. Just embrace the fact that you will always be alone." The girl made her grip a little harder on Akihiko's throat and laughed to see that he could not do anything about it. She finally let him go and she then faced the 'camera'. "We will make people suffer who think that humanity can serve the greater good. The darkness is the only way that justice will be served, because in darkness you can truely see what's real and what's not."
The 'camera' then focused in on Akihiko as he was breathing heavily. ""Ren...Mitsuru...don't worry about me...and...sorry about this..."" The girl then slapped Akihiko across the face, leaving a hand print on his cheek. The screen then went black and all you could hear was a scream. The scream then disappeared, leaving the screen blank again.

(The day after the worst tragedy to strike the town of Inaba has passed with little incident for the citizens of the small town, but for those who are in the know about what has really been happening behind the scenes, there was yet another ordeal for them to undertake in the retrieval of Yuuki Haruko and Leonardo Mori from the television world. Lead by the seriously injured Soji Seta, who escaped the hospital, and Yosuke Hanamura, Leon was rescued and obtained his persona to fight alongside them in the future. However Yuuki, unlike the others, was taken away by the evil Hetero into the Data Dungeon World and bent to his will

The gathering dark continues to fester in the TV World as well, several young citizens having been pulled into Hetero's scheme and given the powers to do his bidding. Twisted, loyal, and strong, they will prove a difficult task for anybody seeking to oppose him in the future. But why is it that he is gathering up all his forces? Few people know...and only time will tell

The town of Inaba attempts to continue their rebuilding process for both their homes and their hearts, a Festival being held tomorrow at Yasogami High School to celebrate a special anniversary for the school. Many will be in attendance, an the event looks to be very interesting; one must wonder, however, if everything will go off as planned.

What will happen once the Festival begins? The Investigation Team will be mostly in attendance to find out...) Friday Morning... April 27, 2012. It is a clear Friday, and the town is still in shock over the events of two nights ago. Still, they attempt to move on with their lives, with no other way to go about things without breaking down. The town remains in lockdown, but there were no public incidents on Thursday...will the peace remain?
You wonder whether or not the Festival will go off well, or if something else will happen. Optimism hasn't been rewarded much lately...but you think it might be a good time.
Will you go?
It is now Early Morning! Some of the booths are now opening, while other events [the pageants] will not take place until later.

The Festival continues at Yasogami High, raising the spirits of those with the heart and mind to go out and try to have fun in spite of the tragedies still looming over the town. The resilience of human beings, the ability to move forward in the face of impossible darkness...Inaba continues to press on in the midst of their darkest hours. Still, evil creeps further and further into the streets of the town, permeating every corner of the town's everyday life. How far can it go before the light is gone?
The Festival continues...soon, the 'Miss' Yasogami High Pageant will start. Contestants should make their way to the Auditorium to prepare...

The Festival has come to a close in a surprisingly quiet manner, but in the wake of the Festival, the darkness continues to spread throughout the town of Inaba as the moon rises higher into the sky. Everyone knows that the tentative peace will not last...it's only a matter of how soon the next incident will come.
Many are leaving...many are planning to fight back. But only a chosen few will have the opportunity to alter the fate of the town and protect their friends. Some jump at the call, some let it pass them by...and some fall into darkness. Which is the right path for each person? Such a thing can only be decided by...that person.
The 11 o'clock news breaks the stories of several small tragedies throughout the town...the murder of another local high school student, the suicide of another...and the death of a mother and her daughter, the parents of Daisuke Yamamoto. And on each of the bodies, a strange symbol is reported as being carved into them.
For what does it stand?
Will the Midnight Channel be on again tonight?

Standing in an empty room that those who had been there would now recognize as the final room of the Data Dungeon World, Hetero again stood flanked by some of his newer recruits...his evanescent green eyes focused on the camera. His expression was as blank as ever, but if he was here, then he obviously had a message to deliver to the viewers at home. And so he did... "Tonight, many of your citizens learned harsh lessons. That humans with the arrogance of swine...will die like them. That those false prophets who claim to see the future...cannot even see their own deaths. And those who cannot reconcile with what they truly are...will fall upon the sword of power when given to them," he began in his usual empty voice, showing not one hint of remorse for those who had suffered at the deeds of which he spoke. "Not all who cry out for our salvation will receive it. Only those who believe may stand among us. And those who cannot...remain our targets. So it must be...and so it is, even for those who may share our means...but with a different end in-mind."Something in his empty expression, just then, promised danger for the viewer at home...as if he were looking straight at them, or someone in particular. "Stay out of our way." And no sooner had he said it than the message disappeared...and the Midnight Channel was gone.

(Another day has come to an end. The Festival at Yasogami High is over, and the town settles down for the night. However, things don’t pass by so peacefully, with the deaths of a few citizens at the hands of an unknown assailant, the grisly murder of a local girl, and the suicide of another. Peaceful nights are in short supply of late, it seems, and the town continues to spread rumors like wildfire in the wake of the growing nightmare.
...
Reality continues to dwell in the forefront of the minds of the Investigation Team..and now, with a new group on the horizon which might help them in their struggle, it becomes possible that the tide is turning in their favor. Yet, who are the mysterious new people who appeared in the Shopping District? And why has 'Jin Shirato' chosen now to reveal himself to Chidori, reviving her ability to use the power of persona? Questions abound, answers do not.

Time moves forward. In his sleep, Soji Seta receives a visit from a well-known ally...and another. But whom? And what does it mean?) Saturday Morning... April 28, 2012. It is a rainy Saturday, and Inaba continues to move forward days after the burning of much of its area. Incidents around town the night before begin a whole new batch of rumors in the morning, raising questions as to whether or not the government lockdown is having any effect in stopping the incidents...except for outside the town. Many speculate that they are actually meant to be contained within the town, and not actually brought to an end at all. Most dismiss those as rumors, however, the reality of the incidents cannot be denied.
You are exhausted. But with the Festival behind you, the search for the truth continues to linger in the forefront of your mind...
It is once again, Early Morning...sirens can be heard from several locations in the town. Police barricades prevent entry from the locations of several incidents, including the Yamamoto Residence, the Akasaka Residence, and an abandoned building in the Downtown Shopping District. School is scheduled to resume on Monday, the 30th. Will it really be safe by then?

Akihiko has called the 8 Members of SEES-2 to come to the Caesar's Gym for training. Shikari, Haseo, Miyuki, Rose, Mikael, Riika, Mikuzaki, and Daisuke should go to the Gym as soon as possible. However there is someone else who has been called there as well...who could it be?

Training for the members of SEES-2 continues. Elsewhere, an upheaval in the ranks of the Dark Side raise interesting questions as to their future intentions. And at the Riverbed, Mitsuru receives a special visit...and a warning. The gym still awaits its final visitor...but who could it be?

The following is a Special News Report brought to you in conjunction by the JSSDF, the Japanese Parliament, and Channel 11 Inaba News. [4/28] Channel 11 News Special Report: Lockdown Inaba! [11:30 P.M.] Good evening. Tonight, we will be providing an update on the terrifying situation here in Inaba, and elaborating upon what efforts our government is making to ensure that peace and stability is, eventually, restored to Inaba. We will also have a special report from the military group specifically assigned to neutralize the threats to our town...a task force under the command of the JSSDF which calls itself 'Embryon'. But first, an update on the situation. ... Earlier this evening, several strange incidents and fighting the streets were reported by citizens both in the Downtown Shopping District, near the Samegawa FloodPlain, at the Inaba General Hospital, and on the outskirts close to the Amagi Inn and the Kirijo Dormitory Complex. Several hospital staff members were found dead or in critical condition, several more were admitted to the hospital from damage elsewhere, and at least one patient has been reported missing. The total number dead and injured is still being tallied, however...and no official word on when we will have more information is available at this time. The descriptions of the perpetrators have varied, with some matching descriptions of the trio that terrorized Inaba a few nights past during the Caesar's Gym Tournament, but some descriptions have not fit the description. It is unknown at this time if these new alleged criminals are in any way connected to the trio which attacked the Gym, but an investigation is currently underway. ... In other news, the Japanese Government has issued a statement tonight declaring the Inaba Area a 'disaster area', and has begun sending a temporary portion of the JSSDF to enforce the local blockade and aid in restoring peace and order to the town. Government officials were quick to state that the city 'was not under a state of martial law', but that the JSSDF officers 'do have authority to do what is necessary to end the threat in Inaba'. And while voices throughout the Japanese mainland continue to decry this situation as an outrage, the Parliament has authorized use of the Special Task Force: Embryon in the elimination of any threats to National and Domestic Security in the town of Inaba. ... And that's the recap of tonight's developments. Here in a few moments, we will have a message from the Special JSSDF Task Force: Embryon, which will be working with cooperation from the Japanese government to neutralize the threats to our town and restore order. So please, don't go away. ... ... ... ... And we're back. Now, as promised, a message from the Special JSSDF Task Force: Embryon, which will be working round the clock to eliminate the threats and restore order to Inaba. Here, representing Embryon, is the organization's leader, who has requested to be referred to by the code name "Lord Balmung". ...  "Good Evening. As you were just informed, I am Balmung, Head of the Special Task Force 'Embryon'.
As of 1200 hours this afternoon, my team has been assigned to investigate and neutralize the growing threat which has disturbed the peace of Inaba. According to reports, our enemies in this town are beings with unnatural abilities and powers...and we believe that the reason your local law enforcement until this time has failed in putting an end to this crisis is that they lack the proper abilities and training to combat them.
That is a problem which 'Embryon' does not have. My men and I have been trained, raised, and exist for the sole purpose of putting down specialized threats such as the one facing Inaba right now. Though we are starting from scratch, I assure you that with your cooperation we will begin hunting down and capturing all those responsible for the disturbances very soon. So please, do not hesitate to assist us whenever we request your assistance, and if you notice anything at all strange or unnatural in the behaviors of those around you, inform us at our headquarters immediately.
If we work together, we will bring a swift end to the terror gripping your homes, and everyone will be able to go back to their normal lives very soon.
And now I would like to leave you with a message all those responsible for the recent tragedies...if you think that an abomination like you, an anomaly in our world with unnatural powers, can escape our gaze...you are sorely mistaken. All those who upset the natural order will be eliminated and punished for their crimes against humanity."

(One of the quieter days in Inaba has ended with an exciting duel between the newest protectors of the town, the SEES-2 Group, and agents of Hetero's Black Hand. Elsewhere, Takaya's Revolutionaries have begun to make their moves, kidnapping Yuno and announcing their presence with authority to members of the Investigation Team. Much has happened...but the town itself remains mostly unaware of these developments. And consensus seems to be that it is for the best...
...
Tomorrow promises to be much less forgiving...missing persons, new enemies, and now an increased intensity on the local lockdown indicate that the coming days are only going to become more difficult on the Investigation Team and the SEES-2 Members. Takaya's group...Hetero's group...and now Balmungs Embryon Task Foce keeping an eye out for supernatural phenomenon...just how many more people are going to get involved in the town's struggles?
It is a question with no answer in sight. But a more apt question might be...why are all these things happening? What is the source of all this supernatural uproar?

It is a rainy Sunday, but the weather is likely to clear up by evening.. Inaba continues to move forward days after the burning of much of its area. An increasing number of incidents in the town and the suspicion that something supernatural might be at work has lead to the lockdown being turned over to the Embryon Special Task Force...another group with unusual powers meant to bring peace back to the town...but at what cost? Speculation that they are actually meant to ensure townspeople stay contained within the town, that they are more of a threat than a helpful ally, spread around the town slowly, in whispers. Most dismiss those as rumors, however, the reality of the incidents cannot be denied.
You feel unusually refreshed this morning. What new developments await at the changing of the day?
It is once again, Early Morning...it is a relatively peaceful morning with construction efforts on hold until the rain slows down. School is scheduled to begin tomorrow...but will it be ready in time?
