As Blade went down, the Riolu lost his grip and rolled off of him and into the wall that he'd managed to hit earlier, how he didn't have a clue. It seemed this was his fate for today, smashing his head on things! Sitting up with a groan, he rubbed at the forming bump. "I must become more balanced." He nodded to himself. "Aya, hold on to him!!"
Neko walked over, and picked him up "Maybe you'll keep out of trouble if I hold on to you." Just then, the male was accused of stealing someones Pokemon. She couldn't believe it! As a rule, she'd not jump to conclusions but her suspicion was up now. Years of dealing with Team Rocket made you weary.
"What? How do you know this man took your Bidoof?" She asked, staring holes in him but making sure before condemning him. He was obviously denying it...well she'd hear them both out at least. Neko looked over at Poke, a big question hanging over her head. She had mentioned him taking things but never this. Wouldn't she be more concerned?

*looking Blade over, he could see that there was no big fluffy bidoof on him* yeah, was it in it's pokeball? and how are you sure it was him? *at this point giga had his piercing gaze on blade, studying his face. he could tell that man wasn't lying, or at least he didn't believe he was. but for all giga knew he could be a theif that could fake being truthful*
=thinking about how to speed this little problem up, soot decides to put his two cents in= why not just search him? I mean he is down...

"....He did what?"
before, poke did not want to have anything to do with this, but once she heard that this man was accusing him of stealing a pokemon. That...was a different story.
She turned around, marching straight up to blade, looking him dead in the eye. On quick glance she noticed that he was wearing a large, black coat, and she frowned even more.
Noting the difference in her trainers attitiude, Aya could see that this man was the bad guy, especialy when she heard he stole a bidoof. Hearing Andrew she nodded. "right!", and once he was picked up she jumped straight to his shoulders and on top of his head. It proably wouldn't do much to keep him constrained, but it may make his shoulder start to ache after a while...if not make him look a little silly. "One move and I'll ice ya" she warned him.
"...I don't know how this started...nor do I know who is speaking the truth..." she told blade sternly. "But if theres pokemon involved, I can't let this slide. " Her attitude seemed much more serious now. "Blade, Take off that coat, and show every single item that is in it. Show me every pokeball you have, and release every single pokemon thats inside it. I want to make sure I know which pokemon is in each pokeball. and don't pull any bluffs..." she straightened up and backed away, folding her arms. "Cause I know for a fact you will be outnumbered ad out-matched." She knew that Blade had some trouble dealing with some of his pokemon, but she also knew that neko was a very strong pokemon trainer, not to mention her own set of pokemon.

Looking at everyone for a moment, Blade shook his head while placing a hand on his head. This certainly did not go as smoothly as he would have liked, and now there was this whole shenanigans of the guy accusing him of stealing his bidoof.
"I took a few things, but no pokemon, I rest assure you of this," he muttered while glancing at the guy with the Caterpie.
Then, looking at Poke, he let out a sigh. Letting out everyone was not going to be a good idea, but at the moment he couldn't think of any other way to prove innocence on the matter.
"Fine. But you better know how things could go once he's out."
He had a bit of trouble removing the coat with the Glaceon on him, but he managed. The ice type was making him feel a little uncomfortable. Once the coat was off, he started to shuffle through its pockets and tossing them onto the ground. There were several lock picks, two small wallets, a hot pocket, a ziplock bag of squashed berries, another wallet(his own), and a pocket knife. Which basically just left his pokeballs and his sword still on his own person.
The thief went ahead and opened one, revealing it was empty, "This is Gouku's pokeball. He should still be around... somewhere."
Next, Fou-Gai, Kaen, and Freedom were brought out. The three looked a bit confused as to what was going on, noting the pile of stuff on the ground and the group of people all around. Of the three, the butterfree was the most frantic as usual.
"What is going on here?" asked the Charizard once he emerged from his own pokeball. Bahamut stared over everyone with a rather stern expression. From what he could tell something serious was going on, but he couldn't quite figure out what.
"In a moment Bahamut... Blood Vain's gotta come out now."
That said, Blade let out the Blastoise, who immediately turned about and made a swing at his trainer. Normally, he'd be more prepared to jump out of the way, but the guy was flatfooted. Not to mention he had extra weight on him, so as a result, he ended up taking most of the aqua-tail to his gut, effectively knocking him down as well. The final pokeball he had with him rolled out of his hand and opened. Nothing came out.
After finishing his attack, Blood Vain looked around, noting the amount of people standing by. Only one of them had any sort of familiarity, and if he recalled correctly, she had a few rather strong pokemon at her disposal. Grumbling lowly, he crouched down and took aim at Poke, but did not attack just yet.

Raieth watched Poke demand him to empty his coat. None of the items she was familiar with. However when it got to the pokeballs she was fascinated. She stared at the first three pokemon released. Her mouth opened in awe as the Charizard appeared. ((Shakes fist in jest at Blade))
But when Blood Vain was released, she felt something change within her. Like something in her brain just clicked.
She stepped forward toward the angry Blastoise. <Why do you attack the human?> There was no malice in her voice but her stance said she was ready for a fight.
Tick stared in horror as Raieth approched the huge water pokemon. "What are you doing? He'll kill you!" Tick was frozen by fear next to the humans.
((Yeah I think her brain broke. She's gonna get her a** kicked so hard. Ah well she has to level somehow. twisted ))

"I'm well aware of the consequences" she said to blade as he started fishing things out of his coat. She noticed the wallets (and was sure only one of them belonged to blade), and the other items. She wasn't to impressed by the wallets, but that was to be expected. Now for the pokeballs
She knew who four gai and gokou were, but wasn't so familiar about the butterfree. But then she saw the charizard, and poke appeared taken back. She didn't know blade had a charizard..much less one which looked like this. If she wasn't mistaken, it was a shiny charizard, and apparently it had taken a few lessons in armour from a cubone.
now it was blood vain, and whiel poke was expecting him to be hard to handle she didn't expect him to take a shot right after he came out. Ays squeaked and jumped off blades back before she oculd be hit, jumping back to pokes side and growling back at the huge pokemon.
For a minute poke seemed to relax. She didn't not see any bidoof pokemon so she assumed he was telling the turh. But then as he fell, another pokeball dropped from his hand and opended. She frowned. He had 4 pokemon out, one unaccounted for, and 6 pokeballs. Where did the extra poke-ball come from?
"sir, is this your pokeball?" she called to the other man, motioning to the one that blade had just dropped. She paused when she saw blood vain taking aim at her with one of his canons. She stood her ground but secretly hoped he wouldn't follow through with his attack. A hydro pump to the stomach would proably hurt..quite alot.
"Blood vain I suggest you do not follow through with your attack. Your trainer has been acused of stealing and, since he is currently unable to stop you then I will show now hesitation in kicking your sorry squirtle a**. And believe me" she narrowed her eyes at him "I have plenty of eletric type pokemon to help..."
She paused when Raieth stepped in front of the blastoise. She could tell tick was terrofied of Blood vain. It was to be expected, since fire types had a severe disadvantage against water.
"Raieth, careful there. He's not a pokemon you want to mess with!"

"He what?" asked Bahamut while looking towards Poke. The charizard glared at the dark colored Blastoise, but decided that things were under control for the time being, so instead he made his way over to his trainer.
"What is going on here?"
While that was going on, Blood Vain grumbled at Poke's reply before shooting the one known as Raieth a sharp glance. He had never seen anything like her before, but he was certain that she'd bleed all just the same if he struck hard enough. For now, he kept his aim locked onto Poke, but he responded to Raieth.
"Pathetic weak fools like him don't deserve to breathe."
Turning his attention back towards the gym leader, he glowered at her for a few moments before standing up straight. He knew when he was outmatched by far, and while he could probably take out a good portion of those who were here right now single handedly, he didn't feel it was quite worth it for the time being.
Even so, Freedom was spazzing out over their heads, muttering numerous things to himself about how dangerous the situation was.
The other guy, who had finally freed himself from the string shot, stood up and moved over to pick up the empty pokeball.
"This is mine alright. I just bought about 10 minutes ago too!" he said before narrowing his eyes down at the fallen trainer.
With a groan, Blade rolled over to start pushing himself to his feet. He was definitely going to be feeling that hit in the morning. But before he could get up much, something pushed and basically pinned him to the ground. The other guy basically just stepped on his back with one foot.
"But this isn't Bidoof's ball... WHERE is my bidoof?!"

Seeing that he wasn't going to attack her, she relaxed her stance. But didn't drop her guard, the warning from the others hadn't fallen on deaf ears.
<From what I've seen all humans are physically weak.> She gestured to the humans behind her. <Why single this one out? Is it because he holds your pokeball?> Rather than taunting, as some may have asked these questions, she really was just curious.

*watching as the accussed trainer give his coat a shake down, gigaus noted the three wallets that fell. well at least he knew the man was a theif. when the pokemon were relased, he stared at the Charizard with the bone helmet on* 'Charizard+Marowak?' *he thought. even with the odd equipment, he watched intently as Blade emptied his coat*
soot:=the little catrepie perked up at the sight of his own kind when Freedom came out= oooh, a butterfree~ =he stared at the floating bug 'till his attention was thrown towards the angry water type, which caused soot to frezee in horror=
digit: -also amased by the pretty butterfree, digit made an effort to grab Freedom for a hug-
*giga's eye's shot open wider as Blade took a aqua-tail to the gut, from his onw Blastiose no less* neeah
*gripping digit tighter, worried for the little egg, he changed his stance to dodge any attacks that might come their way* 'not good at all' *normally he would have tried to subdue the dark pokemon, but his team was a little 'cracked' at teh moment*
Mrs. Raieth, please come back here. he just attacked his own trainer, he could attack you. *gigaus almost commanded the blue woman, worried this could go from bad to very worse in a split second. of couse, he didn't think Poke's words helped much until Blood Vain left his offensive stance*
*looking over to Balde and the man he had tied up, he could tell the thief was in a bit of trouble. mabey he did steal the Bidoof, but at the moment he didn't care* 'so long as the Blastoise is out, I can't be off guard'

Raieth flicked her tail at Gigas in annoyance. She stared at the black and red Blastoise her blood quickened her muscles twitching. She hadn't felt this alive, well, ever. A sharp toothed grin crawled across her face. <Perhaps, he is not as weak as you say.>

poke seriously wondered about Raeiths understanding of how strong pokemon could be. True, she wasn't sure how strong she was, but unless you knew what you were doing, it wasn't very smart to take on another pokemon. However, she didn't seem to be listening to gigaus, so she'd have to wait to see what would happen.
Right now though, she had to worry about the man who had a missing bidoof.
While aya was growling and looking displeased at the multiple wallets on the floor, she listended to the other man. Now she could see where things may have gone astray.
"So..let me get this straight. You bought 10 pokeballs, and now your bidoof is missing." She could see the man easily misplacing the bidoof with the other pokeballs, or evens ee the pokemon walking out on it's own accord. But she couldn't see how blade had gotten the pokeball
"Alright blade, tell me your side of the story. I want to know how you..." She didn't really want to say "steal" out loud...

"I would appreciate it if you didn't step on my trainer," Bahamut said to the stranger. The guy was a bit intimidated by the Charizard but he didn't let up just yet.
"Not until I get my Bidoof back!" he snapped back before looking over towards Poke, "Got that right. And he was the only one around right after I noticed my Bidoof was gone."
The Charizard narrowed his eyes at the man. While he didn't exactly agree with Blade's habits, he saw no reason for him to be stepping on the guy to make sure he won't go anywhere. But, for now he did nothing. He would rather not make this situation worse than it was by attacking the man.
With the bidoof's trainer's foot firmly on his back, Blade wasn't able to get back up for the time being. Glancing over at Poke, he let out a sigh.
"In this case, I just... picked some pockets. Mostly money to get by for awhile, but seeing how all my pokeballs are filled up, I figured it wouldn't hurt to have an extra. I saw this guy buy a bunch and thought he wouldn't really miss having one less. Made sure to go for where he put the empty balls before making the move and once I had it I checked to make sure it was empty. Didn't see any Bidoofs around."
He winced a bit as the guy put more weight into his foot.
"Liar!"
The Blastoise grimaced at the odd looking being, as well as the one attempting to call her off.
"You could say it's that. There isn't a human out there worthy enough to say they've captured me. And I plan on making him pay for his actions."
Freedom was too busy panicing over the whole situation to really notice the Caterpie or Togepi below him.
On the way back to check on what happened to his trainer, Gouku paused as he felt as if he was being watched. Looking around, he scratched his head, before noticing a pair of eyes staring right at him from a bush.
"Wah! Don't stare at me like that!"

*giga simply moved to the side when Raieth ignored his warning. mabey she had the power to take down that demon, books sometimes did have misleading covers. moving to a planter outside a store, he set soot and digit down* soot, make sure digit doesn't wander off. digit, just play with the flowers.
*after that he turned back to group. so this blade guy is a thief, but he didn't seem to have the Bidoof* sir, he doesn't have your Bidoof. not unless he can make it invisable. *giga moved closer, just incase something happened* check your balls again and make sure that it's not in one of those...

Having recived her answer Raieth changed the subject. She glanced over to the human pinned to the ground. <What is all this about anyway?> She tilted her head to the Blastoise. <What is steal?>
