I have to say Tucker, Basque Gran and to an extent, Envy. I hate the anime version of Envy, but I adore his characteriation in fanfiction as well as his sense of humor.

Yeah envy would have to be my least favorite character on the show... he seems cool at sometimes but other times he's just...yeah... and what he ends up doing... I have to hate him for that xPP

There are few charecters that i hate from FMA, But Brigadear Genral Gran and Envy are the only two i truly hate with every fibre of my being.
Sorry Envy fans. I can't forgive Envy for killing Hughes AND Ed at the end of the series.
