Roy glanced to the damn thing… it was pretty big to be a scorpion… oversized bug that they were. His mind began to drift to thoughts of raid can’s and the like as an evil grin crossed his lips. He glanced to the huge thing as he noticed it rearing its tail back.
This was a good time to test the waters. His hand still in his bag, he pulled forth a kunai and began to whirl it around a bit between his fingers. He glanced to the creature. It let forth a roar and soon came towards him.
Plucking 4 kunai from his bag, he used the 4 fingers of his other hand to hold them and soon fired the items off at the creatures eyes in rapid succession.

The blades would all pierce the shell of the thing, proving that it must have still been fairly young. Older ones wouldn’t have been dented by a kunai in the least. Especially from a boy such as himself.
This wasn’t exactly sitting well with the giant bug either. A deafening roar came from the beast as it came barraling towards Roy and struck twice with its tail. Trying to impale the boy.

Too easy. Roy slipped about the things tail and soon slipped on top of it. It was a little too easy to go all out on this thing so he decided to use this to get in some training with his new best friend.
He landed on top of the scorpion this time and reached into his bag. Something began to flow out from the bag, a moving liquid. It became like a chain and attached itself to the boys wrist. The actual chain continued into the air and became a rather unique shaped kunai that landed within his hand. He began to poke the scorpions shell to find a spot that one of his earlier kunai had dented in. He then began to target that area, firing tossing the strange kunai into the point about 4 times.

It was still a little foreign for him to use such a tool with a chain equipped to it but he got used to it quickly. The other 3 strikes pierced deeply where the first one failed miserably.

A blood curdling screech, left the beast as a blast of blood shot from its back. Roy hopped off the creature and sighed a bit… what a pain this was. Before he could even get settle well, he heard something else coming from the ground. Glancing over to the ground, Roy began to groan. He knew this wasn’t going to end good. The very ground below Roy began to shatter and fall below him. He couldn’t stop his decent and thus was sucked into a pit of scorpions. 5 to be exact. He did a quick glance around the area and noticed what they were. 2 were bred for power, 2 for speed A groan left his lips as he sat there… what a damn pain in the a** this was. Roy began move his hands quickly and slammed them into a boulder that was nearby. He was prepping his special jutsu. Hitomi looked at the scorpions. There were four in front of her. One had massive claws, one was slightly slimmer, and more sleek than the others, and two had larger tails than the others. She sighed from her hiding place. If she was going to do this, she needed to be smart about it. She looked at her surroundings until she saw something that might work. There was a sheer opening in the rock, a large wedge that had been taken from a cliff. It would work perfectly. She calmed herself before she pulled three shuriken from her pouch, checking Kon-kou's position in the sky, and turned around her corner, flinging the shuriken towards the sleeker scorpion.
Sneak Attack:
This skill is measure your ability to hit an opponent in a weak spot when he is not aware of your precense. You can only use a sneak attack when your enemy is not aware of your pretense. An example of this is when someone is walking down a hall and the ninja jumps in front of him stabbing a vital area with a piercing weapon or object. When you make a sneak attack you gain + 2 in your attack roll and add 1d6 damage per 10 ranks in your damage roll.

Kon-Kou took her chance, and dove at the soon-to-be injured scorpion, watching as the shuriken pierced its hide. In its weakened state, the scorpion had little chance of avoiding Kon's surprise attack. She opened her talons as she dived, hoping that the next thing she felt would be them ripping through the beast's armor. If we can kill this one, the others should be easy. This looks to be the most combat-efficient, even if running away is all it's good at.

Hitomi watched as Kon finished the scorpion with a sickening crack as its body was ripped open by her talons. Hitomi ducked back towards the chasm, throwing three more shuriken at the thick-tailed one as the scorpions tried to close the gap between them. They had completely ignored Kon-kou, because she was out of their reach. If this works, it'll be a good workout... If it doesn't... Well... It'll have been a good run.

Kon-kou dived down at the thick-tailed scorpion as Hitomi loosed her blades. Kon opened her talons as she judged the distance to the chasm. Hitomi would be there in the next few seconds. And these scorpions would be there at the same time. That was good, if Hitomi was thinking what Kon was. In that thin of a place, the scorpions couldn't maneuver, and Hitomi could take them at her own speed. Kon hoped that was what Hitomi was thinking....

Hitomi turned and faced the scorpions, balling her fist up and charging the thick-tail with it raised and ready. She was aiming to destroy it with brute force. The chasm was just a back up plan. If I absolutely have to. Hitomi gave herself in to the feeling of the fight as the scorpion lunged it's tail at her, and she aimed a punch directly above and between the scorpion's eyes, hoping to crush it with this punch. Or at least to damage it enough for Kon to deal with it.
