Character Name: Tori Ruthe

Hobbies: Art, guitar, and writing
Job: He's a traveling zoologist, the zoo's strongly relies on him for his powers.
Biography: He had always hated his parents because they strongly despised the fact that he had become infected so he moved out when he turned 17 (He got one of the court order things that lets young adults move out early) and ever since he's been working at a zoo and taking care of himself. He first found out his powers when he found a lost hurt dog, he began talking to it, and was shocked when he heard the dog talk back. Then the second power appeared when he was walking down the street and saw a boy drowning in a river, he was to far away to help in time he cried out for help and suddenly a surge of water pushed the boy onto the shore. Ever since he found out he was infected he has kept it a secret fo fear of th confederacy.
Powers: He can talk to animals and control water.
Skills: He's excellent at guitar and has a high charismatic aura with animas and get them to help him whenever he needs.
Weapons: he has a custom pistol called the lucky seven and he hs two types of knuckle weapons tipped with wolf claws.
Other: He travels the united states helping zoo's ad other animal related places with thier animal problems.
Home: America, his hometown is Eagle Point, Oregon.
