Shera turned slightly in her sleep as she laid there. Her sleep seemed peaceful enough as she exhausted her powers for the time. She could not heal herself or others for a time, least for a day. It would take that long before she could heal again. She had to let her body that long before she attempted again. Eventually she’d open her eyes when she heard Azrael speaking, she didn’t move though from where she laid. She just turned underneath the deerskin blanket. The scent of the newly healed forest calmed her heart greatly from the deathly ill forest before. She didn’t feel as uneasy now, but she feared for her life and the life of Azrael and Shinn. She knew she could not remain for long with them for their safety. Her heart could not handle it if those that were chasing her found her and hurt those near her.
Kokoro silently watched from his perch in the tree. He would smirk silently. He knew what to do as he would teleport straight into the den of Azrael. He’d quickly snatch up the newly awakened Shera. He’d hold her by the back of the neck. “I’m taking her, if you want the healer. Chase me if you can.” The demon would then teleport outside into the cold of the night giving Shera no protection against it. He knew exactly what to do as he stood outside in the middle of the forest just waiting for them to come. It was a game of cat and mouse. He wanted them to chase her while Shera would slowly become frozen by the cold. He wanted her close to death so that she would be easier to capture.

Miluiel jumped as she looked up at Azrael, she blinked back tears as she looked away from the fire, and from her gloved hands. "Y-yes, she was." Miluiel said softly, "Oh! It's not a problem, really. No worries, this is ultimately your home." Miluiel watched him a moment longer with warm eyes, and then she turned away, looking back at the flames. "Her power is amazing." she said looking at her hands.
The elf's ears twitched right before it happened. Suddenly there was someone in the room with them. She spun around, jumping to her feet. She growled as the creature left, she could sense his darkness just outside. Miluiel rushed past Azrael forgetting her cloak in her rush. She could see the creature, a black outline in the night. "Give her back!" Miluiel growled softly as she ran at him hoping that she would not wake those sleeping. Her feet running lightly on top of the deep snow as she charged at him. In her run she pulled her glove off her hand.

Kokoro only smirked as he would teleport again this time into a dead tree of the forest that had not been touched by Shera’s light. “Not likely elf. She’s something for my collection. Come up here if you don’t freeze first. I think I’ll play with her while I wait.” He said this in a matter that sounded like acid in his voice. His hand would then raise up as he would continue to hold Shera by the back of the neck. He’d dangle her over the edge of the tree giving her feet no chance to touch it slowly strangling her. He was sadistically toying with his prey. “This is all good fun, but you see I need her alive so the longer you delay me. The longer I just might think to hold her like this and kill her. Run along little elf.”
Shera would try to scream out as he squeezed her neck only to find that she needed her breath. She’d have to hold it as long as she could as she dangled there. Her body was feel light and frigid from the cold. She could feel it creep upon her as she became amazingly still hoping to make the one that had her believe he killed her already.

Miluiel stopped at the base of the tree, she glared up at the stranger. "I told you to leave her alone!" Miluiel growled as she tossed her gloves off to the snow beside her. She raised her hands, pointing her fingers at him. "I warn you!" she said as her fingertips began to glow with a light blue color. She focused on the man as she began to draw the moisture from his body, and from the air around his head, making it increasingly dryer. "Let her go to save your pitiful life!"

“And if you don’t stop, I snap her neck from up here or worse. I’ll oh why bother with a pathetic elf that forgets the elements about her. I think she’s dead however. She’s not moving anymore. If you want her, catch her. You made me lose my toy, if I find she’s alive. I’ll be back again! Toodles pathetic elf!” With that, Kokoro would not only raise his arm higher but then throw Shera straight towards the ground from the dizzying heights. He knew she couldn’t fly nor halt her decent in her current shape as he would teleport from his current position letting the elf try to save Shera’s body if she could.
Shera meanwhile used what magic she had gained back to create a bubble about her body which would bounce across the ground before she smacked straight into a tree hard. It’d knock her clean unconscious with a sharp cry and some blood being shed. The back of her head was injured as she fell into the snow unable to do anything else. She couldn’t help Miluiel get her back or heal the wound to her head as she laid there bleeding in the freezing snow becoming increasingly cold.

Miluiel had dived for her, hoping to catch her! Cursing she ran to her side. She had forgotten her gloves in the snow, but she had forgotten about them already. She lifted Shera and quickly wrapped her head in some cloth. Already the elf was beginning to shiver as well as the cold dug into her bones. She held Shera tightly to her as she hurried back to the tent. "We're almost there." she said thought shaking lips as her teeth chattered in the freezing temperatures.
Miluiel hurried her back into the tent where she lay her down beside the fire. She placed the blanket over her and quickly began to check her vitals. This she did quickly, knowing exactly what to look for. She ran her hands over her wrist, her neck, feeling for fore head.

Shera just shivered violently from being in the cold so long. It was going to be a long night, but this time she didn’t have a fever to fight. She had a head wound to combat. If Shera woke up again, she’d have one nasty headache to cure. Shera would mumble stuff incoherently but soon that would stop as she turned her head to reveal the marks where the demon had her by the neck. They were already forming bruises. Her body was shivering so much however that the bleeding didn’t look like it might stop any time soon, but it did out of sheer will power alone.

Miluiel applied pressure to her head, trying to stop the bleeding. 'Please,' she prayed, 'save her, save her life, and help me to control my powers.' She prayed that she would not suck Shera dry as her bare hands pressed against her head. She had her eyes closed tightly with the effort of hopefully controlling her powers.

Shera head would stop bleeding with pressure applied to the back of her skull. She’d also start crying cause of the pain. She was still unconscious from the hit to the skull. Her sensory to pain was not out however as she laid there getting warmer from the blankets and fire. The demon that had attacked her succeeded only in injuring her.
Shera would awaken for a few brief seconds to move Miluiel's hands from the back of her head cause it hurt. The amount of pressure applied hurt too much. She'd fall back then on the skins into unconsciousness once more.

Outside a man with silvery white wings landed gracefully. He had been tracking down a dangerous demon and it seemed he missed him once again. He closed his eyes to try to pick up its presence but instead noticed a werewolf tribe where a few non lupines went into one of their constructs.
"How curious. I should investigate this matter so long as the trail went cold again." Celeron said as he walked over to the flap. "Hello in there. What do we have here hmm?"

Shera might have been injured but she had manners. She bare had the energy to get up and to Celeron in greetings. She’d get pretty far before the cold and her wound would get to her. She’d drop to one knee pulling back hair revealing the bruising around her neck. The wound on the back of her skull was the real cause of her pain a she was barely conscious at all.. Eventually she’s just fall back into unconsciousness shiver badly from the cold of winter not being near the fire pit of the den. Blankets were set up there specifically for her to lay down and get warm, which she should have been doing. “Sorry, no time for introductions…” That was her apologies to Celeron as she blacked out again.

Celeron frowned as the young woman passed out. Her hair was unusually white considering how young she looked. Celeron carefully picked her up and brought her to the fire.
"I'm sorry to intrude but I am presently in search of a threat to everyone. Has anyone seen a strange man with green hair in the area. He is a dangerous foe and should not be confronted." Celeron said to everyone present.

Shera would gain consciousness again for a few short times. Her eyes of red seemed to make her indeed different from most humans. Her hand went to the back of her head as she cried a little. “His name is Kokoro…he chases after me…” Her words came softly before again she passed out the pain from her head being too much. The marks on her neck was the signs she was the target by the man. She’d lay there quiet now.

Azrael ran up next to Miluiel, the scene had gone out of control before he was was able to handle things as he had followed them out when Kokoro took Shera. He turned and growled when he saw the man walk into his home uninvited, but he relaxed when he saw that he had no harmful intentions. Azrael left and then returned with a bottle of salve, which he gently applied to the marks on the throat. "Here... this will help with the pain.... I am sorry I could not get to you in time." He apologized to both Shera and Miluiel.
Azrael looked at Celeron. "I will not turn you away, since you are here now. But may I ask whom you are?" He asked.

Shera couldn’t hear anything said to her. The next time she would awaken would be when her head stopped hurting and was healed. It needed to be bandaged. Her body just remained limp as could be but was shivering terribly as she needed to get warm and soon. She was away from the fire and closer to the cold. The wound on the back of her head had even begun to bleed again.
