Was it wise to eat food offered by such a mysterious fox? Not like he had a choice, at least in his own mind. He stood as he was nudged, and followed the female to the kitchen. So she thought he looked cute... And then it hit him! Kitchen? Meal?! She was going to eat him after all, wasn't she. But the blush bore deeper into his cheeks as he trudged on. This building wasn't too threatening, actually, and he was curious. Perhaps if she proved innocent he would ask her some of the questions he was thinking... Perhaps.

Minuit began to scavange in the fridge and took out some fish that were caught earlier by Star and given to her. She put a whole pile of them on a plate and pushed it towards the awkward fox, but first snagging one off the plate for herself. "Enjoy, they are fresh and were given to me by a friend. Now what is your name? I have already told you my name. Do not be so quiet, you can talk." she urged.

"Kenan!" He was quick to reply and follow any orders the female might give him. He sniffed at the fish, and, finding their scent indeed fresh and untainted, removed one from the plate and nibbled on it nervously. Hesitantly, as he did everything else, he summoned the courage to ask a question, "you said your eyes are strange, but why are they like that...?" And then, thinking himself rude, he added, "if you don't mind answering."

Minuit sighed. "I do not know. I do not even remember if they were at one time normal. But I think I scared my parent, and that was why I was abandoned. But the lady Kazuyo took me in and she never had a problem with my eyes, thankfully, and though the others here are wary at first, I tend to stay out of the way, else my demeanor tends to spook people. Though not quite as bad as I spooked you. Would you like something else?" she asked as she got them both some water to drink.

"You room is lovely," she said, looking around it. "Where are the spare rooms at, may I see some?" she asked, already having decided to stay here for a while. She really could not help feeling comfortable here, and this was very new to her. She continued to look around his room, waiting for him to be ready to continue. "Your room is fairly small, so can I assume you did not bring a family with you?" she asked, grinning at him.

Sunny chuckled. "No, no family. I am a single bachelor. Though I could easily fit one more fox in here if I wanted, but no it is not big enough for a family." He headed back out of the door. "The spare rooms are this way. Kazuyo loves having guests, she is planning on building a fourth floor, to make room for all the creatures who live here." He walked for a minute then stopped at another single room. It was fairly close to his room. "You can used this room, all the rooms are cleaned so that won't be a problem." he said as he opened the door.

"Ah." The blush momentarily left Kenan, as his cautiosness around this fox began to fade. "They're not... That... Bad" They truly weren't, either, but Kenan wasn't used to them, and they were different. In truth, however, Kenan found them very mystifying. He shook his head in a no when offered something else, and finished the last bit of fish he had left.

Minuit was next to him in a second, never making a sound and took the dishes and put them into the sink, nearly falling as she stood on her hind legs. "Okay, next time I just leave them on the floor," she mumbles to herself and quickly makes her way back to Kenan. "Kenan is a nice name by the way. What do you want to do now?" she asked, automatically including him.

Vergil cocked his head to the side. "It shouldn't be that much harder then getting out of the pool originally." He thought to himself a bit. "Alright, but maybe I could do it somewhere else eventually." Normally once Vergil had an idea he went with it and never stopped. "I really don't see what's weird about you. I have almost the same marks that I did not choose. It's just the toilet paper that I am wearing is my choice."

"She won't mind that I just pick a room?" Fai asked, seeming confused by this concept. "Well, this place really does seem very nice," Fai said, testing the room quickly and deciding she could be quite comfortable there. She liked the feel of the room, and it was very airy. She smiled, then stretched for a second. "Well, this room will be great." With that, she walked out of the room, and said,"So where too next?"

Pumpkin gave him a smile. "Well I guess I have to give you that point as I cannot argue with you there. Though wearing toilet paper is an interesting choice in accessories if I do say so myself. Would you like to go for a swim? The water feels great." Pumpkin asked, moving to stand closer to him as she waited for his answer.
Sunny smiled. "No she will not mind, and yes this place is very nice. I am glad that you like the room." He double checked the room and closed the door. "We can go wherever you would like to go. There are only additional bedrooms up here and on the other wing. Shall we head downstairs to explore some more?"

"Sure, that sounds great," she said, smiling over at him. She made a mental note of where her new room was, and his room as well, and then walked back toward the stairs. She walked beside him cheerfully, stopping occasionally to lick her paw-it was sore from stepping on a pine needle earlier in the day. As she walked down the stairs, she was careful not to limp so that she would not fall. I do not want to fall, that would hurt and it would be very embarrassing.

Sunny paused at the bottom of the stairs, waiting for her and noticed the slight limp. He wondered what happened as he led her towards the infirmiry where Kazuyo or other creatures who hand hands treated the injured. Sunny opened the door to the room and said, "I do not know how you got injured but you hide it well." He saw Kazuyo in the room, and went over to her, grabbing her sleeve with his mouth and yanking, pulling her towards Fai. The woman laughed and said, "Calm down Sunny, I will look at her."

Fai looked over at him in surprise, she did not realize he had noticed. She shook slightly as Kazuyo approached her, because she did not know this woman. She looked over at him, a little scared, but did not leave. She decided that if Sunny trusted this woman then she must be safe to trust. However, she still could not stop herself from being worried as the woman approaced her. She took a deep breath and said to herself I am such a coward, I should not get scared so easily. I can't help it though, people are hard to trust. She looked over at Sunny every couple of seconds to reassure herself.

Sunny smiled at her reassuringly, seeing that she needed it. "This is Kazuyo, the lady I was telling you about and the woman who owns this place. She takes in all the creatures you will find here and gives them a home. She is really kind and knows medicine fairly well so you have nothing to worry about. She is great." Kazuyo held out her hand and waited patiently for the girl fox to trust her enough to give her the injured paw.
