"Ahh...I get it now..." Amaya spoke to herself in a near whisper. The bunshin she had created hadn't been able to do the technique properly, but in its mistake, she picked up on a few subtleties that could be adjusted. She stopped running then, taking a short break and released the concentration on her bunshin. It disappeared in a cloud of smoke as she turned her gaze to the sky. It must have been nearly a day and a half or so since she'd sparred with Raisuke and began to learn the Getsuei Odori. Fatigue wasn't getting to her in the slighteset, but the constant cold was starting to creep its way into her bones. It was going to be a pain, but she was going to half to return to Iwa soon to get away from the cold for a little while. Of course, she could also continue her training in Iwa instead of returning here, but then she would have felt like she had been beaten by a bit of snow and wind, and she couldn't have any of that.
Just then, a heavily coated chuunin could be seen running towards her. Amaya narrowed her eyes curiously until the chuunin finally arrived before her, handing her a scroll. She took the parchment, unrolling it and reading over the first few sentences, then looked to the chuunin with a nod of thanks. The ninja gave her a salute then took of across the lake and beyond her sight. After reading through the entire message Amaya rolled the scroll back up and took off running back to where she had first started her training to retrieve her satchel. She would need to high-tail it back into Iwa for the mission.

"Got it." Spotting her bag right where she had left it, she hustled over to it. The scroll for hte jutsu was still laying on top of it, so she rolled it up, tucking that and the message scroll into her bag. While she had it open, Amaya took a big gulp from her canteen of now ice cold water, then shoved it back inside. She slung the bag over her shoulder and started her trek back to the village.

Szayel's smug look left him when he saw the transformation of the younger girl. Not from the display of power that had blown her cloak away, but from the actual transformation. He knew of the Henka clan but he had never seen a transformation like that with his own eyes. It was.. new to say the least. But as he saw the attack that the other woman performed he was confused slightly. Was the younger girl the only one of them that actually wanted to rip him apart?
Then whom seemed to be the leader of the three got right up into his face making demands, but giving him a choice. Wasn't it Szayel's lucky day? Well atleast the man didn't spit when he talked.. "I will go where ever you wish. I'm not here to fight.." He was clearly submissive to the demands as he showed no signs of resistance.

The gorge would begin to shake and rumble as harumi was trying to break the chakra reinforced stone dragon that pinned her against the gorge wall. But then the rumbling would stop, was that a good sign.As the rumbling would stop hyoumaru quickly looked up at the cliff where harumi was pinned, this was bad. "...dammit....ok lets g!" Suddenly it was like the dragon made of stone massive fissures came rippling half way down the dragon untill half of it literalt exploded in to dust, harumi was in basically a crater up in the canyon's wall, standing there arms slumping down.
Jutsu Name: Final Stage - Kyuukyou Description of Jutsu: Grants the anima a larger boost in skill, and allows for animal transformation. Cp Cost: 100 + 10 for every post. Damage: None Requirements: Anima must be level 25 and jounin. Training: With the branch leader or elder (who has mastered this level) for 2 months. Special: +10 mod in the responding skill and ability. (or +14 if there is no ability with the animal) Because of the painful transformation, it takes 1/6 of your health to transform to animal, and another 1/6 to turn back. Owner: Branch Heads and various elders.
Harumi would hold her arms out to with her head back as she let out a devastating roar, as it echoed around in the gorge it was so loud that the roar would literally shake the ground and crack all the ice, the snow would actually be stirred up as if there was a massive wind, from that single roar that was so loud many would have to try there damnedest to stay on there feet. AS she roared it was a incredible sight, harumi's forearms and shins would begin to pop and snap as if breaking as they extended in length. Her spine begin to pop and snap as it also extended, as well as her rib cage poping out making it larger two ribs at a time. the her face, her entire jaw structure began to snap and pop extend foreward some, her entire body began to extend out thick but short black hair. She now looked like a humanoid cat, but that transformation was simple horrifying. Then she would leap off the wall towards sazel, but there was a great amount of distance between them he could surely move before she got close enough right? she was flying threw the air like a bullet but he would have enough time to move, but suddenly it was as if she kiced her legs and changed her direction, she did this several times going threw the air at him. He legs were so powerful that the kicks pushed out so much pressure that the air could not disperse fast enough and literally acted like a platform for her to jump off of. She was essentially flying as she could change her direction of her jump mid jump, and she did several times she was quickly closing the gap between her and sazel and it she would begin to pull her fist back to swing once she got close enough.
Suddenly a fist of stone would come between them and literally catch harumi and grasp around her tightly as a fist, Shishimaru had literally used her earth and chakra manipulation to catch her mid flight much like a curve baseball and would keep her tight in hand, she would look to hyoumaru and nod ever so slightly. Hyoumaru would nod back to her, then look to sazel. "In her Kyuukyou nothing will hold her long, so i suggest we go NOW!" Hyoumaru would leap and begin heading back with sazel...basically in tow, because if he didnt follow then he would not be able to get out of stone nation fast enough to save his life.

As the girl seemed to go beserk even farther Szayel would almost start to panic. "Gate ooo..." Before he would get half way into what he was saying though, I large fist came up out of the ground and caught the girl. Right as soon as the leader had told him to follow, he did without question. Lets how the Tsuchikage was less insane than that girl..

((JIN! Forgive my small post, also just remind me about a trainer, I have to add something into it))
Keiko got up, "Okay, I'm cold. Plus you need the scroll...which means that I have to find it. So, training is over...for today." She started walking away and then stopped, "Come over sometime in the next week, okay?" She kept walking, it was time to go back to the warm. The snow and the cold wasn't for her...that was for sure.
"I need ******** this ungodly place," she mumbled to herself.

Giglamesh would come running in at a ungodly speed from the anbunai canyon he was heading for his favored training spot, which was at the current time exactly what he was looking for. Someplace secluded, some place quiet, a place where he could train by him self in the quiet with no interferences. The gorge was his answer to this place, perhaps this was the reason of why he liked this place so much. Giglamesh acted like a blast of wind as he entered the gorge sending a large wave of wind to blast away some snow as it finally caught up to him. Giglamesh wassent breathing heavily but his heart was beating alot faster than normal. Giglamesh would set his casket down on the Tsukami lake's embankment. He would open one of its double outward swinging door and sit on the other side of the casket he would reach in and take out a piece of paper, a sticky note to be exact. He would take it in his hand and look at it.
[[Elemental Recomposition Training Elemental Recomposition is a chakra control technique in which one gathers their chakra and grants it the abilities of the element which their chakra naturally favors. This level of training requires gathering ones chakra and charging it with their element to a point where they can see it affect physical objects. Samples of this training include:
Fire = Clasping a leaf or sheet of paper in hand and scorching it Water = By using a bowl, the user gathers water from the atmosphere into this bowl and must fill it beyond a certain point. Wind = By taking a leaf in hand, the user must gather wind and focus it till it cut’s the leaf in two. Earth = Taking dirt or sand in hand, the user alters the molecular structure of it to become a stone. Lightning =By getting a light bulb, the user charges the bulb with their lightning chakra till it turns on.
You have 5 turns to break the DC. If, by the 5th roll, you have not broken the DC, it is classified as a fail. You must beat this DC to be classified as a pass. You must pass 5 times to be considered complete.
[Fire elemental chakra recomposotion] DC: 70 (1D20 + 1 per 40 in Chakra Control) 18+6, 11+6, 7+6, 11+6, 20+6=97 (passed the dc at 4th roll) Passes: 1/5]
Giglamesh would think back of what the book instructed him. ...Ok....to add my natural fire affinity to my chakra, i have to burn a object. "...Well it shouldnt be that hard...but ill have to suppress my natural Physical chakra...else it could hamper the result..." Giglamesh would hold the sticky note between his thumb and his pointer finger he would then hold it out in front of his face and stare at it, which such intensity...his stare could probably burn a hole threw it. He would concentrate on his chakra, the cat said with those paper he was fire and wind affinity, and he brought out his main by simply forceing the chakra out in to the special paper. The difference being this paper was not special and he would have to apply his fire affinity to it. Giglamesh would begin to mold his chakra within his kurenkai, trying to get it to take his affinity, but the problem he didnt know where it was located with in him so he simply thought of fire, and burning.
Then giglamesh would begin to try to flood this chakra in to the paper, if he had done it right then the paper would catch on fire. As the chakra flooded in to the paper and th open air, even so slightly the edges of the sticky note would begin to darken in to a rich brown. This darkening would even so slightly and slowly creep its way to the center of the paper, as it did the edge behind it darkened more from that rick brown color, to a dark brown, then as the burned paper got further a shade of the magnificent color black.
But the paper was not supposed to burn it was supposed to catch on fire, he would continue to flood chakra in to the sticky note that was showing the signs of heat damage by burning and turning brown the black as it intensified. But there were still no apparent sign of fire, the paper was beginning to curl, but that was still a sing of incredibly intense heat, not a characteristic of fire. But then it finally showed its head smoke began to ever so slightly appear off of the edge of the paper, right as the brown burns reached the center, it was working surprisingly. Giglamesh would continue to flood and flood more and more chakra in to the paper the smoke would begin to become more and more apparent, and the burns increased as well from the temperature.
The brown burns had reached the center, the dark black burns from the intense heat not far behind, smoke was beginning to bellow off the edge of the paper, but these were not the goal of fire chakra. The goal was fire, and the meaning of this exorcise was to catch the burnable object on fire, but it didnt seem to be working as well as he had hoped. But just then he saw it the edges of the sticky note, then were beginning to burn with red embers, then as he moved his hand slightly fire would creep up the far side of the sticky note. He had managed to do it the sticky note was on fire, it wassent a super intense flame but it was fire none the less. All his focousing and concentration had gratefully paid off, he was able to burn a stick note whit nothing but his chakra.
Giglamesh was still flooding chakra in to the paper, he had become so accustom to doing this with physical chakra in normal combat that it was now nothing more then second nature done on the subconscious level. Until he realized this it was now his second nature to keep doing this untill he forcefully stopped this flood of chakra. But suddenly as the fire was slowly creeping over the thick sticky note paper, it was as if the fire flared violently nearly incinerating the paper sticky note within a instant, reduce it to nothing more than ashes in the wind in a heart beat. Giglamesh shook his finger slightly as it had burned him, but he didnt care about the pain he was incredibly surprised of his accomplishment. If all his attempts ended this well...when he tried wind chakra recomposotion next after the fire....it was going to be cake.

[Fire elemental chakra recomposotion] DC: 70 (1D20 + 1 per 40 in Chakra Control) 6+6, 20+6, 20+6, 1+6, 15+6=92 (again passed the dc at 4th roll) Passes: 2/5]
He had managed to do it, with surprising ease as well, which he had actually planned, with the exception of the ease part. He had fully come prepared for this event, the sticky note was simply stage one which he had passed with flying colors. Now however it was time for stage two, stage two was cloth. More specifically the cloth wrap of which he uses to bandage wounds and a number of different things. Giglamesh woul take out a tight roll of his wrap and unravel it some so a end about a foot was extended. He held the tight roll in his left hand and he would grasp the foot long dangeling section with his right, then he would hold it out as if presenting somebody with great honnor either a weapon or a cloth that had great importance to somebody. He would being to concentrate on the chakra within his kurenkai as he focused on the idea and properties of fire.
Then with his chakra in the right mind set he would begin to flood chakra in to the wrap which was in his right hand being held by in his palm with his thumb pressing down to keep it in place, do the small yet harshly cold wind of the gorge would not blow it out of his grasp rendering it useless attempt. The air was quite frigid giglamesh's breath appeared as if he was smoking a cigar, and while all he wore was he anbu like attair and his white coat, his concentration was so focused it was as if he didnt even realise is was cold, despite his upper arms and shoulder completely exposed to the blistering cold tsukami gorge. Giglamesh did not shake nor shiver, most from the village hidden in stone were accustomed to heat from the wasteland like area of the stone nation. But giglamesh had came from a foreign land which ironically matched up well with kirigakure, both inhabitants wise, being noble and honorable, and climate wise, having incredibly cold and snowy winters yet warm and beautiful summers. Being accustomed to the type of climate made it where giglamesh wassent as effected by the sheer cold weather, granted he hadnt been to his home land in nearly three years, but it something that stays with you....just as if he did return the hoot climate would not bother him from being so accustomed to it from Iwagakure.
It started to happen much greater speed then it did with the sticky note, the edges of the loose wrap began to darken and turn a shade of rich brown, but this time the burns crept much faster to the center. In nearly no time at all the edge were black and beginning to curl, and the putrid stench of burning cloth swirled around him, and again much faster than before smoke began to bellowed out from the inside of the cloth wraps weaving around its edges. He was developing much faster rate then he did previously, and this was even after adding a extra difficulty level. The cloth by no means wassent flammable, much like the paper sticky note, however it had a increased difficulty because it was woven together to increase the strength of the fabric cloth wrap type gauze. Because of this weave it was a a considerable higher difficulty level than the paper sticky note, both were flammable but because of the grin and layer type design of the cloth wrap it would prove to be much more difficult. The irony being giglamesh seemed as if he was progressing thew this difficult even faster than he did the first stage which was the paper sticky note.
In no time at all the edge began to glow with embers, as smoke and the burns began to reach the center of the cloth, the edges of the clot wrap, much like the paper sticky note, caught on fire. Giglamesh would twist it and the fire would spread around the edges of the cloth of which he held. Again like before he actually managed to complete this stage of the exorcise faster then he had predicted he was going to be able to perform. Which was good, but still a shock if this continued who knew how easy the wind chakra recomposion was going to be, since he already had a idea of the fire chakra recomposotion he would have a idea of what he would have to do, and such make wind chakra that much easier to learn.
Again like before though he had managed to complete the current stage difficulty of the fire chakra recomposotion, but forgot to stop flooding the chakra, he was to caught up in the idea that he had actually managed to do the increased difficulty so easily. Was his chakra really that much greater than he had thought it was? As he continued to flood the chakra in to the cloth wrapfrogeting to stop as the flame were already created. the fire was spreading preety fast over the cloth, but as his chakra came in to contact with the flame it acted much like a accelerant and the fire violently flared as if the center of the cloth where he held it had a incredibly flammable fuel on it. Giglamesh would drop it to escape burns on his hands of damage to his precious glove, on the ground the fire still stirred and burned rapidly, giglamesh would grab the tight roll of cloth wrap and remove it from the burning loose section so he could use it in the future. He would watch as the piece of cloth wrap burned violently at his feet till only a black pile of ashes remained.

[Fire elemental chakra recomposotion] DC: 70 (1D20 + 1 per 40 in Chakra Control) 13+6, 15+6, 11+6, 11+6, 6+6=86 (passed the dc at 4th roll) Passes: 3/5]
The cloth wrap, which was harder to burn than the sticky note, succumbed to giglamesh main fire affinity applied to his chakra even easier than than the stick note had. He was making incredible progress, the idea of applying ones affinity to there chakra sounded as if it was a easy thing to do, however it was much easier said than done. Most didnt even know for sure what there affinity was, and for that matter didnt know where is was located in there body to be able to channel it in to there chakra. But giglamesh had already figured out that its not something exactly inside the body as it is, something that affects the body. He may not be right but giglamesh saw the affinities as a brain wave, a algorithm that wassent seen, touched or heard, yet it had more control over the body then it was ever imagined. Much like the world and nature, every thing came from the earth, every thing was affected by the earth, even there human nature. This brain wave algorithm was in everybody, yet this same wave differed from person to person. Not always the same elements, but always set to the five elements, with exception to the two mutations between wind and water, and earth and water which created ice elemental and wood elemental chakra. Both of these two chakra are nothing more than incredibly rare mutations, but they were also elements created by these brain rhythms. Some times these algorithms would not only procure the bodies elemental properties and affinities, but even at times their exact nature. Fire would act irrational and destructive, water tends to act cold and influential, earth usually acts hard headed or mellow, lightning end up acting with out a pattern yet guided, and wind desires to be free and independent. These of course were not true or set, but under most situations these patterns could be seen within those with the matching affinities. But it was time for giglamesh to move on to the next step, he had done the cloth wrap easily, and now he would attempt the cloth wrap again...but instead of single piece he would attempt it on the entire roll, which was tightly rolled and much higher density than the cloth piece itself to it being together so tightly much like a solid flammable object.
Giglamesh would take the wrap in his right hand, and he would begin to concentrate flooding his chakra in to the cloth wrap roll, as he did so he would simply focus on the ideas and characteristics of fire. Destructive, engulfing every thing it touches, damaging consuming....yet there was such a beauty to fire. So elegantly flowing and dancing on the slightest breeze, yet the very idea of its dance caused destruction. Giglamesh wassent really surprised by this being his main element, because in the right of the characteristics of fire he was nearly a exact copy, when it was his time to dance the only thing that came about was destruction, some times for himself, sometimes for others. The meaning and controlling factor behind giglamesh the flame always changed, but the beauty and destruction of what came out as a result of his dance was always the same destruction.
As giglamesh flooded his chakra within the cloth wrap roll, almost instantly as he began focusing on his fire idea and affinity the roll would begin to smoke from within its center, this time instead of the outside in it was like the affect started at its center. It was nothing more than the smoke rising from the bottom where he held it where the burn was originating, but let him believe what he wants to. The burn was continuing to spread from the bottom and the center of the roll rapidly because they were the closest parts to his hand that was flooding chakra in to the cloth wrap roll. But from sitting on his casket in the harsh cold weather of the tsukami gorge, he was beginning to lose concentration some his arms were cold and nearly shivering. He was getting cold, but he had to push harder he was so closed to being finished, then cold nor winter it self would not be able to keep giglamesh from his goal of fire manipulation which he would not surrender to until this fire manipulation was mastered completely, he had to do this, plus he liked the cold here created a affect of pumping adrenaline to make him more focused and determined to push him self to his limits.
Then as giglamesh looked he seen it, a small fire protruding out form the bottom and center of the cloth wrap roll. Once again he had done it the small flame slowly consuming more and more of the flammable object, which it would continue to spread its destructive ways untill it had nothing else to burn. Much like giglamesh he had different reasons at different times, yet it was true just like fire he would spread and spread his destruction further and further until there was nothing else to burn, leaving behind only the ashes of death behind in his wake. The fire was slowly spreading as he continued to flood his chakra as well as his idea of fire affinity within the cloth wrap roll, slowly making the fire spread till it too was nothing but remains of black ashes within his hand.
As giglamesh continued to flood chakra within the cloth wrap roll, like adding a accelerant to a flame the fire would suddenly flare violently withing giglamesh right hand. He would rapidly drop it from his hand and it would drop to the soil it violently burned as if the cloth wrap was soaked in gasoline before being tightly rolled up, keeping the moisture of some of the gas deep in the center of the roll because of how tightly it was rolled. It flames roared up nearly a foot by giglamesh right foot, and the heat it produced felt incredibly good in the cold grasp of the earth spirit's gorge. Even the earth gods next in the earth nation was a wasteland, while it wassent cold and snowy in the rest of the earth nation it was jut a lifeless as it was here, barren nothing to see for a large area except fro nothing. But that may of been why giglamesh liked it so much here in Iwagakure, quiet desolate, where he could be alone with himself when he needed to be, "they" sent him here...but he was glad they did it was the place he needed to repent for his past wrong doings. As well as to grow and adapt as he was ment to because he would never of learned to manipulate fire in the way he just did in the land where he came from, if he did he would of probably been shaped and disgraced because of his odd characteristics, but instead he fit in with the freaks...but even compared to them he stuck out because he was such a great deal stronger than most.

[Fire elemental chakra recomposotion] DC: 70 (1D20 + 1 per 40 in Chakra Control) 15+6, 12+6, 12+6, 12+6, 3+6=84 (passed the dc at 4th roll, three 12's in a row O_o) Passes: 4/5]
With the second attempt a complete success it was time to move on to the next difficulty level. This next difficulty was a large increase because not only was he going to burn wood, but he wassent going to use his hands but his feet and threw his boots. Giglamesh leaned back still sitting on the one side of his casket he would lean in and remove a simple piece of wood a small two by four and slide it out, which he would then set it on the ground of the embankment and literally just put his left foot on it. He would begin to flood chakra threw his left leg and down in to the wood, and he would begin to dwell on the idea of fire. He still didnt know where the element affinities came from, his best idea being a brain wave...and if it was...what better way to add your elemental affinity to you chakra your concentrating on than, thinking about the element and trying to focus it in to the very same chakra your concentrating on.
The two by four laid on the soil of the embankment of the tsukami lake, and giglamesh seemed as if he only had his left foot atop the piece of wood, when actually he was attempting to flood a massive amount of chakra in to the board trying to also apply his fire affinity to that very same chakra. He had barely just started and already burn marks where creeping out from under his boot, the would incredibly rapidly turning black creeping out from under his foot like the slow grasp of death. He was useing his foot as most would think it would be harder to use there feet to exert chakra, and because it not the most common way to release chakra to alot of people it most likely would be more difficult. However giglamesh had a few jutsu where he did focus the chakra in to the ground threw his feet so he was already accustomed to doing this, even his jutsu Hannafubuki Chiru Hitosashi, the cherry blossom spreading dance, giglamesh used the entire chakra for the technique threw that of his feet so he wassent that differental to useing his feet for chakra as some wold believe. Not to mention giglamesh had a incredibly high level of chakra control for his age and rank, he was only a chunin ranked shinobi, however he had already defeated and killed many jounin in combat at this point, several of them with ease.
It wassent long before nearly the entire surface of the wood plank was black from temperature burns from is chakra. From being dried out so heavily steam was rising out of the wood, but as that "steam" turned black giglamesh knew it wassnt steam but. The edges of the wood plank were beginning to warp and curve from the heat and soon to be fire. It was funny every time giglamesh had picked out a task of which he thought was going to be a great deal harder than the last, it seems to progress even quicker that the last attempt. This however would be proven to be correct with his last attempt he had up next for his last attempt to prove he had mastery over the fire chakra recomposotion, this next one....it wassent going to be easy in the slightest and on a entirely different skill level that that of the last few tests he had done....not even on the same difficulty page even.
As the Chinese proverb goes "Where there is smoke, there is fire." And it was completely true. Not much after the wood plank turned black, its ends began to curl and wrap, and smoke began to roll out, ember began forming at the ends of the fire, then there it was fire had began to flare out from a few spots on the wood plank under his left foot had began to catch aflame. First the sticky note, then the cloth wrap, then the tight cloth wrap roll, now the wood plank, all had succamb to the fire affinity and giglamesh chakra. The next task however was going to prove to be much more difficult, on a entirely different scale than that of his last four attempts. He wassent looking forward to the next one, it was going to prove to be a much larger hassle then he last few attempts, but in his mind it was what he needed to prove he had complete control over his ifre chakra.
Much like the last times he kept flooding chakra in to the wooden plank as he did before with the other items, and much like before it caught on fire quite rapidly and also much like the previous attempts after catching on fire and he kept flooding chakra in to the object, the object then would heavily flare with flames. Mush like the center of the board was soaked with a flammable liquid and the flames finally reached it the wood board would violently flare outwards nearly blasting apart. The sound on splintering and popping wood came out from the board as it violently went up in flames, giglamesh had moved his foot as to not cause damage to it and he sat above it for a minute to to try and warm himself some to get ready for his next attempt. He would stand and begin to walk away from his casket unsheathing one of his katanas from his right side with right hand as he was getting ready to perform his next attempt, which was going to be nothing short of a performance it he was going to be able to pull it off as his next attempt at fire chakra recomposotion.

[Fire elemental chakra recomposotion] DC: 70 (1D20 + 1 per 40 in Chakra Control) 13+6, 7+6, 17+6, 6+6, 10+6=83 Passes: 5/5]
Giglamesh would remove one of his katanas, from its sheathe at his rear right side and he would slowly slide it out to his right side and bring it around. Then he would hold it pointing downwards out of right hand straight up in air before violently stabbing it and coming down to on knee, stabbing the tip of the katana in to the sandy embankment of the lake. the was the last test to catch something one fire that wouldn't burn. Sand was affected by heat and fire, but being a mineral it didnt have the chemicals and enzymes making it possible to burn. At a certain temperature sand would melt and then turn in to molten glass...but it was probably way out of giglamesh power level to heat the sand to glass. Hell it was proably out of the leage of some kage to perform such tasks. But he was going to use the chakra like a fuel giving it something to burn, and channeling his chakra and fire affinity threw the soil to emerge as fire. To tell the truth giglamesh didnt even have the slightest idea if this was possible but he was surely about to see. He began to flood chakra useing both his hands in to the katana, and from there he would control flood the chakra even further in to the soil. He actually had to concentrate to make his chakra not turn to a physical like state as he didnt want to use that when learning this technique. But this idea...to make fire erupt from sand which was not even flammable..this was simply preposterous...wassent it?
Giglamesh continued to heavily heavily flood chakra using both hands in to the katana and down in to the soil around him, but sand didnt burn so it didnt have a tale tale sign that it was working like with his previous attempts. First the sticky note, it burned at its edges and the burn crept inwards and the burn intensified and intensified till it smoke and the eventually caught aflame. Then the piece of cloth wrap, its cotton fiber began to darken and curl as well before in time its outer edges caught on fire. Then the cloth wrap roll, the fire and burns did the opposite there they began to move outward from the focal point of where his hand was located, the burn and fire the moved outwards from that point. Same as with the piece of lumber using his foot the burns crept out from his foot and intensified till they caught on fire....so if the first two on smaller objects began to show signs all at once form the chakra being completly threw it..the exterior would show signs before the enterior...and with the larger objects in which it took more chakra control and chakra those burns and marks extended out wards from where the chakra was placed in to the object...there fore the ground would fist show signs around the blade before ......but how will i know the signs? He didnt know how the sand was going to act to his attempt at fire chakra, as they only way he knew sand even remotely functioned to fire was at a incredibly high temot it turned to sand.
But how could sand be affected by fire, then only way he could think of was get warm, but he ouldnt feel that threw his blade, and then he would notice it. The snow that sat on the ground of the tsukami embankment, was starting to melt around the blade, and slowly the melting would be down to the bare sandy soil of the embankment, slowly this melting snow crept out away from the blade further and further until there was a somewhat large area of melted snow around him in a large radius around the blade's tip which was in the soil. Giglamesh was holding the blade with both hands flooding chakra down in to it pushing it in so he would push the chakra out in to the soil, and as he kept pushing the chakra would continue to be pushed away. He was successfully applying his fire affinity to his chakra once again and even on something that wassent naturally flammable it was starting to show the signs. It was still uncertain if fire would be seen, but it was showing the signs of heat, which was the first stage of fire.
Then the second stage of fire reared it head, in a non regular manner. smoke exposed itself not as burned gases being released in to the air, but the moisture between the grains of sand were beginning to evaporate from the heat which was intensifying. A large radius around the blade the snow had melted, and now where the snow had melted steam was rising upwards around giglamesh giving him some heat he so greatly needed. As giglamesh keeled on only his right knee both hands on the katana which was stabbed down in to the ground slightly, He was motionless focusing on his chakra, the steam rising up around his giving him a very ominous appearance, much like how Arnold swara...sen...nager.... appeared from the future as terminator, rising from the one knee steam mysteriously surrounding him. But this wassnt a movie or special effect...well it wassent a special effect exactly.
Then it happened, something he didnt really think that was going to work, with odds heavily against him and nothing more than a simple idea behind it, it happened. Small flames began to appear out of the sandy soil on the embankment, in several places around giglamesh. He did he, he actually managed to do it create fire with nothing more than applying his fire affinity to his chakra he was able to create fire. He would stop flooding his chakra in to the blade and soil and he would remove the blade from the ground and stand. He would then hold his left hand out, the hand of which he wassent holding a katana looking at his hand. "....by applying fire affinity to chakra....the chakra can become a medium for fire......and physical chakra can take on properties of elements....so perhaps if i...."
Giglamesh would begin to concentrate chakra around the out side of his left hand, the chakra was completely visible and was that of physical chakra, but then it turned red and giglamesh's left hand was on fire, but the fire did not burn him. "...and so a man that controls fire...became a god among insects." Giglamesh would wave his hand around that was on fire, the flames would flicker, then he would close his hand to extinguish the flames, only to open it back up another flame in his palm. He would create and control fire as he saw fit, granted it was only his fire he had this control of, but perhaps he could change that. He would then hold the blade out and slide hi left thumb and pointer finger over the sides of the blades, as he did it was like he was using something to catch the blade one fire, he would slash it a few times moving around before stabbing the blade in to the gorge's wall holding it there. As his physical chakra crept up the wall so to did the fire, If he could touch it he could catch it aflame. Then something suddenly came to him. "..Wait...ninjutsu is nothing more than than chakra exerted from the body in various ways, usualy throw in some way or form...then what if i was able to use both physical chakra and fire chakra....over my blade to use throw it off as a range attack....useing the fire chakra to give physical chakra a elements but focusing that same fire to a much greater extent....." As he was talking to him self giglamesh radio would buzz one time softly, then as he continued to talk to self it would buzz again much louder. "God dammit....This is chunin captian Gogandantes over....What do you mean a mission.....With Roy takamichi?...i dont understand why its us two?.........fine ill be there ASAP.....a** holes..." Giglamesh was holding the radio talking in to it as he pressed the buttom on its side to communicate with them, they had a mission in store for him they would tell him about it once he got back to Mission H.Q. which was not his current objective. Giglamesh would re sheathe his katana and pick up his casket placing it on his back and he would begin heading for the mission distribution center.

Rai would arrive in the gorge in a short time. And it was as he had expected it to be.. colder than hell. He was better prepared for it this time which would help. But it couldn't even hope to completely take away the chill. Nothing could take away this cold. And Raisuke knew he would be here for a while. It may be hours or even days that he might have to wait for his sensei. After all, there was no way for Giglamesh to know how long he took on his first step of training in the Canyon. Unless he was spying on Rai. Which wouldn't really be much of a surprise. It seemed like that man had eyes everywhere in one way or another.
After a few minutes Rai would get to looking around. It would seem as if someone had not been here too long ago. There was what appeared to be fresh footsteps. But they were heading the other way. Whomever was here had already left this area. He was probably better off. Training with Giglamesh-sensei always made him look weak. He knew it was so that his strength would grow.. but that didn't take away the embarrassment. With that thought, Rai would close his eyes and cross his arms over his chest. Sighing gently he took in the cool air. He was ready for the long wait that he would have to go through waiting on his sensei.
While waiting, Rai got to thinking. Why had his sensei not taught him any new jutsu? He pretty much just always beat Rai up. Sure he might have been teaching him endurance and building up his pain threshold.. but that would only go so far in a battle of shinobi. Rai didn't have that many skills. He would be so much stronger with jutsu at his disposal. Maybe that was why his sensei led him down here. Hope only got you so far though. Rai would have not be so impatient and just wait...

Then suddenly....snow ball to rai's face...it was a softly packed snowball...but still thrown from giglamesh's hand so even a fluffy non packed ball of snow...had some spin to it. "Good.....ok now its time for purge two!... sit on the side lines...make the maximum number of clones you can, concentrate on them completely with out dividing you attention....focus them to attack me...here is what makes it part two...you must concentrate on them and your chakra...and well as them combating against me on the defensive....and you must replenish your chakra using your natural reproduction of mind and body to create the chakra while doing the other two.......understand? good ..now lets begin." Giglamesh would hand spring backwards several times on to the ice, using his chakra control and the wall walking technique he was able to flip backwards several times incredibly fast like a acrobat with out slipping a single time. This what was going to make it difficult...he was going to have to concentrate on his chakra so it didnt become flawed and become damaged, as well as focus on them fighting HIM of all people, and he must of had some other plans to for replenishing his chakra...but what devious idea could he be plotting?
