Wait, really? In the Savage Species Multiheaded Template, it says that making secondary attacks with your creature count as primary attacks for each head you have, but I could not find anything that said that all the heads could attack on an AoO (or a standard action); there is even a heavy debate as to whether it is really possible for a hydra to do so, even though its combat description says it can (because its statistics do not support the claim).

EDIT: or did you mean that since it takes a slaying of all 30 heads to kill a lernaean creature, that you'd get an AoO per attack on a head; that'd be correct by my understanding.

No no no no no no, that is not correct. Attacks of Opportunity grant ONE basic attack, and ONLY one basic attack, no activiated abilities, no spells, no spell-like abilities, no supernatural abilities, just ONE straight-up basic melee attack.

This means that:

1) Opponent attacks Dragon Descendant
2) Dragon Descendant ancient ancestor power activates, interupting the orignal attack (D.D. gets AoO before the original attack lands) with one basic attack
3) Opponent's attack is calculated.
4) Because of Improved Combat reflexes, repeat for each attack against D.D.

This is a powerful ability, of course, which is why I use it. There are plenty of ways around it, such as using AoE spells, cast defensively, or attacking at range with either a ranged weapon or ranged spell, or by using an attack option that does not provoke AoO.

I am simply very good at what I do, such that I have managed to compile, with the use of several investments of feats and class levels, a build where I've covered these weaknesses.

EDIT: It occurs to me that you might have meant that the opponent to the monk attacks the monk 5 times on their turn, in which case you would be entirely correct.

I recently came in to a large number of DnD books for chicken scratch, but the problem is that I've been using the three core and crystalkeep.com for so long I'm stuck in old routines. And I could memorize the cores and .com fiarly easy, but 20 more books? No wai.

i was thinking that each head would be treated as a separate entity for AoO. thus each one would hit someone every time they tried to attack you.

go for it. also as you guys have said you can have a small number of epic feats but for now no epic level spells unless your race allows it. and i have found a few builds that will allow it. but otherwise you can have the allowed number of epic feats.

wow am I going to be the only non-extremely broken player here? If so I think I may add half-ogre, arcane blooded, woodling as well. It will take time to make the corrections though.

I would've just stayed with the skeleton build for my original character, but when he said he'd be ignoring all +LA I knew shenanigans would ensue and counteracted preempively.

I just find it way too hard to implement all those templates. I am now a Tanarukk Arcane-blood woodling. I gave up on the half ogre right now. i don't want to get any stupider XD

My brain just had an orgasm, my character is super buffer, he knows every sorrcerer/wizard spell, ALL divine spell, and is a twentieth level psion.
Plus for Arcane and divine spells can cast up to 38th level spells...
