Umicho heads into the cave, sitting in a corner. She wraps her tail around her and smiles at Daniel.

((Mmm, well I meant, do we just want to assume they've come and gone with House? Or what? XD Your call.))
Daniel looked around a moment before lying down in the middle of the cave, wrapping his tail around to his front paws and stretching his wings one last time before he went to sleep; they just barely could stretch half-way in the cave. He then looked up at Umicho with a brow raised.

Umicho looks smiles as Daniel stretches his wings out. He took up most of the cave by himself. So amazing. Her eyes sparkle as she closes her eyes, thinking about the big lion near her.

Daniel pulled his wings back and rested his head on his paws, closing his eyes and drifting off, his mind dancing with thoughts of taking Umicho back to meet his dad...

Daniel looked around a moment and sniffed the air, "Hmm... We should be pretty close. I can smell the opium." He continued forward, checking back at the now-adult Umicho. "I hope he's nicer than usual, but I can't promise anything..."

Umicho trots after him, looking around for Daniel's father. The smell he mentioned made her grimace a little. "It's alright. I don't mind what mood he is in. I'm just happy you brought me with you." She smiles at him warmly, keeping up with him much more easily now that she is fully grown.

Daniel nodded, "Good, thinking like that is a good idea," he said with a bit of a chuckle. As they rounded a rather large grove of trees, there was a lion lying under a tree, bits of red flowers lying around him. He had a cane under one paw, and he was resting his other paw atop then, and his head atop that. Daniel walked a bit closer to him, "Long time no see," he said with a bit of a smile.
House looked up, obviously aware quite some time ago that there were others approaching. "So, you decided to come back," he commented with a smirk. "Who's the girl?"

Umicho watches the big lion resting on the cane, staying behind Daniel a bit. She offers up a charming smile and speaks shyly. "My name is Umicho...Nice to meet you Sir." She stays near Daniel feeling comforted.

House raised a brow, "Sir? Do you think I'm actually his secret master? Or perhaps mistress... Is there something you're not telling me?" He narrows his eyes at Daniel and kept a light smirk on his face.
Daniel shook his head and sighed quietly.
"Well then," House stood now, with a bit of difficulty, "It seems that my reputation precedes me, by the way you're sticking so close to his side. I'm Gregory House, Daniel's father, as I'm sure you're aware." He brought his gaze back to Daniel now, "She pregnant?"

Umicho stammers hearing him. "N..no. I was just trying to be polite...I'm sorry..." She sees Daniel's reaction to his father's words. What House says next catches her completally off guard. Pregnant?! "Daniel saved my life. I feel safe around him...I'm not pregnant...." She can't help but blush deeply, then turn her head. She had no idea this was how she would be greeted.

Daniel frowned at his dad, "Would you stop it? Of course she's not pregnant, we've just met."
House cocked a brow, "Pfft. Waste of an evening it seems." He bent and picked up his cane in his maw before limping toward the pair, examining Umicho a bit more closely. "Pretty one... Doesn't seem like your type... How'd you manage that? Good catch!"
Daniel backed away from his at his last comment, letting out a snort of disapproval. "As she said, I saved her life." He didn't comment that it was his fault she had been in possible trouble in the first place...
But House's attention was back on Umicho, "What wrong with you, hm? Why Daniel? Now that you've met me, don't you think he'll end up like his daddy?"

"Nothing is wrong with me sir. Why not Daniel?" She frowned as she watched the older lion approuch her. She would not let anybody talk to her like this. "What if I like him? He's so kind and caring. He saved my life! Would you do that?" She blushed then realizing what she had just said. She looked away from Daniel, not sure how he'd react.

Daniel raised a brow and stepped away from Umicho a bit with a smirk on his face. This was her battle... He'd fought with his dad plenty of time before.
House looked over at Daniel, "She's feisty... I like her already." He was then looking back at the lioness. "Of course I wouldn't save lives. My knowledge of herbs and their capacities goes completely unused, and has my entire life. In fact, maybe I just make it all up... I could've sworn that Opium is a great pain reliever, but hey, I might be making it up. It's probably good for sunburns if you rub it on them. No, wait... That's aloe, I think." He cocked his head to one side, "Gosh, now you've just gotten me doubting myself all over the place.," he added with a sardonic grin.

Umicho noted how Daniel stepped aside smirking at her. He obviously did not hate her. She planted her paws and looked House in the eyes showing no sign of giving up. She had started this, and she would finish it. "Would you dive over a cliff to aid a lion or lioness that could've drowned or been killed on rocks below? I have no knowledge about anything called opium, but I do know healing properties that rosemary, thime, fox glove, and several others. You don't make natural remedies up."
