I thnk I figured it out... I think he wants the people involved with the old S-13 to know about it, but doesnt wnat to involve newer agents. Therefore, he posts quickly, hoping the older agents will see it. But he doesn't want to risk the newer agents finding out about whatever it is, so he deletes his posts. Notice that all the threads he's posted in are fairly old, and are in places that only older members would ever have posted in. All we know for sure is that Exp. 664 might be involved.

Could experiment 664 be a mind controlling organism and it has finally taken over the good Doc and he still is in some sort of control because he is able to delete the posts. He seems to be posting more and more frequently which would be a sign that he is losing control.

No. It's a project. Not an experiment.
Experiments go in the ELT. Projects are early stage prototypes in Tech Development... where mostly we gather information to make out a plan for an item we are designing.
