I would think if all 12 of us are active then our top 4 can be our elite 4. But If not all of us are active....then Idk.

Skill Level: I never thought of analyzing my abilities, but I would say that I am fairly decent.
Knowledge of EVs/IVs: EVs are Effort Values, they raise the overall stats of your pokemon gradually per lvl. Each EV is acquired from fighting specific pokemon or general pokemon types. Geodude raises one Defense EV, and Tentacruel raises 2 Sp. Def EVs. Up to 510 EVs can be distributed, and only 252 can be counted for each Stat. This would mean that for a special sweeper, Speed would gain 252 Evs, Sp. Atk would be given up to 252 Evs, and there would be 6 Evs remaining to be distributed. As for IVs, I dunno if those are the points that are gained by natures and stuff.
Why you want to be a Gym Leader: I really like to be challenged by other people. I like to test my intelligence and try to see if I can defeat my foe. I am also very energetic about doing this! ^_^
I hope that this isn't closed... I really hope so.

Why you want to be a Gym Leader:Cause well umm I want people to Fear my mighty ground type Pokemon and there awesome power and it will give me some good battle experience

applying for: flying gym (i shall take advantage of the house rule razz im taking a chance being a flying type tho) im confident in my water types, but i wanna see if i can beat kyrenx at his own game razz
skill level: decent
Knowledge of EV's/IV's: EV training is pretty simple, just throw pokerus and a certain item (i usually go with macho brace) on a poke and kill a certain poke until your calculator reaches 252 (unless im going for a more mixed EV spread) throw 252 in another stat, and 6 in the last
IV's im not the best with, I know that it has to do with breeding and you can have up to 31 IV's and that they increase stats, but aside from that, IV's isnt really my area of knowledge

@ Sateru - I suppose we can do that, though I'm still a bit lost on which pokes to use for my team in this tournament, I may have to give my entire team a complete makeover. pirate
