((Oh, yay! We finally have a third team member. ^^
And darn, Jubei doesn't like Emi and Hiro. Ah, well, I'm expecting some character development, on Emi's part, anyway.))
Emi walked into the exam room, yawning. Hopefully I can finish up quickly, so I can take a nap.
She found her assigned seat, and looked around, watching all the other participants. She spotted her other teammate, Rikou Akimichi, and gave a small, semi-friendly wave, surprising just about anyone who knew her. For a guy, Rikou isn't that bad, I suppose. At first I thought it would be horrible on a team with two guys, but Rikou turned out to be less troublesome than most, including Hiro.
Emi turned back to the front of the room, and waited impatiently for the exam to begin.

((Just give Jubei some time. And Minron has made the scene. Sweet. Remember when we played as the Demon Brothers?))
Jubei took his seat in the exam room, excited to be taking the exams again. It was then he saw Rikou Akimichi, the son of Choji. Since the exam had not officially started, he waved at Rikou. Jubei had always enjoyed spending time with Naruto's friends, especially Choji. He was the only one that could eat more than Naruto and himself. Of course, Rikou could hold his own against Choji, but Jubei had expected that.
Jubei saw Emi waving at Rikou, as well. He studied her expression and she seemed to be thinking, most likely about Rikou. Her expression was not one of disgust, so she probably had no problems with him, which was a bonus. However, Jubei had the feeling Emi did not like him, since most found Naruto annoying in his youth, too. Regardless, Jubei was prepared for the exam, as most of the questions on the written test had been learned in his current training.

Taking a seat at the back, Mai scanned the room dilegently. She saw a few faces she knew, from the last chunin exams, and some she didn't.
Mai also saw her team mate, Jubei, but couldn't locate the third. Mai sighed, then leaned back in her chair, refusing to gives little waves or smiles. She was serious about this test, and wanted to answer all the questions, even if you didn't have to.
When she had her heart set on something, there was no pausing, or stopping Mai. The same went for her temper...
"Hey.. Guess I'll be sitting by you, cutie." A male voice said.
Mai turned her head to answer who was talking to her, maybe with a fist.
But what she was met with was beauty. The boy next to her had black, messy locks, that were shoulder length, and had brilliant blue eyes, that sparkled.
Melting instantly, Mai started to talk back to the boy, and soon they started chatting away.
All too soon, the procter arrived.
((Don't worry, this guy will tie into other things. He's not some regular Joe. xd ))
To hell with this!
I'm not gonna waste more time...
I won't wait to find prince charming.

Jubei's ears perked up when he heard the word "cutie". He turned around and saw Mai talking with an unknown guy. Jealously started to slowly rise within him, but he turned around and decided to ignore it, despite the lovey-dovey looked Mai had on her face. He saw the protector come in and was immediately excited.

The procter explained everything, just as he had last year. Mai was zoned out during it, and couldn't help stealing glances at the boy beside her.
But as soon as the test began, she was all systems go, and had already finished the 3rd question, 3 minutes in.

Rikou didn't expect so many greetings from others at a time like the Chunin Exmas, but nothing went as he expected and he had accepted that a long time ago. Rikou never waved, it was not his style to have. Instead, he made eye contact, smiled, then nodded at them. It seemed silly when he had to knod at multple people, but he never waved at all. First he nodded with a smile towards Emi and then towards Jubei. Both were quite good friends of his, but mostly he was friends with the Nara family because his father and Emi's father were very good friends. In truth, he viewed everyone he knew as an equal friend, never picking someone thinking they were his best friend. Rikou knew each of their father's well, Naruto because of his Hokage status and Shikamaru becasuse of the friendship shared with Rikou's father, Chouji.

Emi listened to the proctor, bored, and started the exam. She finished the questions quickly, aware of all the people trying to cheat off of her answers, and put her head down, pretending to be asleep. She half-listened as people got kicked out, caught cheating too many times, and tried to stay awake until the end of the exam.

Jubei, along with the others, had received the appropriate training that would guarantee them a perfect score. These questions, although incredibly difficult for Genin, were common facts for a Chuunin of their calibur. Jubei was able to read and complete the questions quickly, turning over his sheet when he finished.

Hiro entered the room a little late because he was using the bathroom. He entered the room and found his seat all the way in the back. He saw a guy down in the middle area with long hair and was slightly chubby. They guy looked strangely familiar.
Hey wait a minute that's Rikou! I am glad he made it.
Hiro than noticed that a guy with dreadlocks was flirting with Mai. He saw Mai getting her first ready,
Hehehe I feel sorry for that guy. Well I could use some entertainment.
A couple seconds pass by, but she did not punch him.
What?! What just happened?! thought Hiro.
Than the proctor came and began talking about the exam. Hiro began getting really bored and started day dreaming. Before he knew it fifteen minutes passed by since the test began. He noticed his sister already finished.
Show off, thinking to himself.
Hiro noticed there were still a couple of hours left for the exam. He used his show possession jutsu on Emi. She was a little startled and her hand began writing something.
"Hey wake me up when there's couple of minutes left, love your dear and much better looking than you brother." Joking with his sister at the end. He than released her and slammed his head on desk. Within a minute he was asleep.

Emi wasn't sure how much longer she could stay awake, when she felt her brother's shadow possession jutsu take over, and began writing on her own paper. Startled, she looked down at the writing.
"Hey wake me up when there's couple of minutes left, love your dear and much better looking than you brother."

She felt Hiro release the technique, and immediately began to erase the writing. That stupid, vain, condescending, stupid brother of mine. When this exam is over, I'm going to give him a piece of my mind. Even if it does keep me from taking a nap.

Hiro woke up suddenly looked at the time with his droopy and dead tired face. Than he put his head back on desk to go back to sleep. He quickly jumped back up,
5 minutes left?!?!? Darn you Emi!
Quickly writing his answers on the test. He was able to fill out four questions before he gave it up. He tried not worrying about it too much though. He knew Emi would get all the answer right and Rikou getting at least three out of the ten or more. Including his four answers should keep his team safe for now. Hiro looked down onto Emi grinning his teeth than breaking his pen.
She just has to be the devil child. There is no other explanation. But wait... does that also make me a devil child also since I am her brother. What am I thinking?! She's driving me crazy! I need a nap.
He fell back asleep without a care for the world.

((Sorry for waiting on replying to you Solomon, I remeber that well, too bad it was short lived.))
Rikou was suprisingly able to make accurate answers for the test, thanks to his mother that helped him study. She was quite smart when it came to written exams, Chouji needed to cheat for his when he went into the exams as a kid, but he was still young compared to Rikou's age. The time was drawing closer to its end an Rikou still needed a few more question in order to finish, but he was calm despite the closing window of time. One of his many words of wisdom was that those who rush, often make mistakes. Rikou took his time on the fifth question, confident he would answer it in time before the exam was over. Rikou could feel the answer picking at his mind like a vulture picks at his food. He had the answer half ready on the paper, he just needed to finish it quickly.

Just as the time was about up, Mai finished her test, all 10 questions.
3...2...1...
"Times Up!" The procter announced.
Everyone who was left, stopped writing, and those who didn't got thrown out.
The procter droned on and on about how if you didn't answer the last question, you'll be unable to become a chunin next year, but if you got it wrong, it'll be your whole team who didn't become chunins.
Mai stayed, of course, because she knew that it was a trick.
Then, it was over and the next procter, came in to get them ready for the next test. Well, what was left of 'them'.
After this, everyone was asked to file out, nd head over to the Forest of Death. This was when Mai and the boy next to her, named Akira, walked out together, talking again.
Completely ignoring Jubei, her other teammate, or the other's, Mai was warped into conversation with this guy.
