After finishing his last kata, Sho drops to the floor to grab his breath. He looks around the dojo and can feel the spiritual vibes of past warriors who used the dojo just as he did.

Sho gets up and cleans the dojo. Once done he walks to the end of the dojo and bows showing his respect, he then steps out and closes the door behind himself. Putting his straw sandals and grabbing his bag, Sho makes his way to the 7th Squad quarters to find his new room and get settle in.

Kuuri suddenly was seen walking into the dojo.. He was sweating from over usage of his 'Rush'... He'd been practicing increasing and decreasing the amount of spiritual weigh down he put on also.. That just made him feel more weak... His prized possessions were still on his back as he slipped his shoes off.. throwing them against a wall randomly... He'd read the sign but really... Did he have to leave the swords..? Someone might steal them.. they were worth something and were just as good as a zanpakuto without its shikai... His grandfather had made sure of this..

He watched other people, one just leaving as he entered.. he scoffed as his eyes rolled.. "Whatever.." He walked towards a punching back and eyed it for a second.. seeming to be thinking about something... He suddenly thrust out a palm, reistu following it closely.. "HERE!!" He slammed the hand filled with the kidou 'Thrust' towards the bag.. sending it flying upwards.. it hit the ceiling making a small crack... when it came down towards him he did it again, this time dealing out a double thrust.. It crashed up, hitting the ceiling and causing unnoticeable pieces of the roofing to fall... The chain holding it snapped from the sudden burst of strength as the bag fell to the ground.. a hole in its center... Kuuri laughed slightly as he sat down on the slowly deflating bag.. He didn't get weary from using the thrust without words anymore..

He also never thought to think of what would happen if he said the full words to enhance the spell 10 fold... Or had he..?

Layla walked in... "Hhmmm, fancy that" she said to the shinigami training, and walked tover to the secret supply closet ^^.

She pulls out one of the wooden strike training puppets. She walked over a little before setting it up. She bent low, stretching her legs, before leaning all the way back in a bridge-position. She then gracefully completed a backflip maneuver in slow-mo, as if a balerina. She stepped forward slowly an in an instant she was on her other foot, assaulting the wooden dummie with a barage of kicks. She spun her body instantly around in a kick and twisted her body upwards connecting a knee as well before landing on her feet.
She smashed her forearm into the spot where the head would be, and then assaulted the pegs with blasts of random parts of her arm. She moved so fast that it would seem even if she were fighting someone who's not a dummie, it still wouldnt effect her.

"Aaaahhh, come on. Only if you promise to take it easy on me. You're 4th Seat, and this is my second day here in the Sereitei. But, oh I can't ever refuse a pretty face.." she confessed, innocently. Her facial expressions changed though, being serious. "What are you proposing exactly, eh?"
She slowly leaned over, not taking her green eyes off of him. Though the way she leaned, her bosom completely detailed itself right in front of him. Doing so, she set her zanpakuto on the ground..
I hope he's fun with me, I like boys and their games.
"I guess I'll give you the honor by saying 'ladies first'.." she said in an odd tone that made it sound as if this were foreplay with her.
though, it was true strength attracted her more than size.

Lalya grinned at him, this was a good sign. She thought his mannerisms were cute.
She crouched low, stepping out with one foot. Her arms raised slowly, and were not in fists, but were fully pointed and extended. Her legs gleamed in the light, gently covered in a slight layer of sweat from before he entered. Once her arms met about shoulder-high she stopped.
Suddenly she lashed out, reflecting so in the slight wave of reiatsu; and came flying at him with a kick. She went soaring into the air, launched by not only pushing off her back leg, but using that momentum only to transport her to her other leg; to use that to actually push off combined with her current speed. She was now hurtling at him, with her left knee extended. Her hair was blowing in the breeze, making her look graceful even in an attack.
But it was a trick, for with a slight smile she spun the attack into a 360 spin, revealing a kick to be her true striking move in this trick.

In midair she stay floating, and blushed slightly. Her senses were accute, and she could notice his finger on her skin like an illumination to shadows. She could not help seeing him smile, how quaint. She gently nodded at him; for she knew what respect was and of what power he held. Then immediately followed it by extending her other foot straight out in front of her, to collide with her 4th Seat superior's nose!
She felt bad now, for he was a sweet guy, and she really wasn't in the mood for breaking a sweet guy's nose. But she knew it was definatly necissary. He was not mocking her, but could have been and that was the upsetting part. Layla needed to get strong enough to beat this guy one day. So after her attack, she did a corkscrew-spin and released herself of the finger-hold, landing on all fours in front of Toushiro. Her skirt was raised a little, due to its size and her, position. She was now stretched out, and kind of resembled a human impersonating a stopsign. She was more like a spider, awaiting the mov of its prey from the ground, eagerly looking up at Toushiro.
She had hoped he was pleased with her..

((I know about autohit, that's why I never actually said there was any impact. I just made a motion that was meant to break your nose. Totally up to you if you'd like to be able to say a chick busted your nose open or not xD you could just make a post if his nose is bleeding or not))
"Aaaaww, don't tell me you're going to walk out on your date? I haven't had this much fun in a long time." she said, playfully.
She liked Toushiro, he was nice. Besides, she hadn't had this much fun with her clothes still on since back at the Shinigami Academy. And technically it wouldn't be fair if she did all the work by attacking, and not getting attacked in defense, like with most men.
"Besides, it would seem disrespectful for the 4th Seat to turn me down in the middle of a fight. Trust me, there's not a better way to make a fool of someone than that. And I don't take to that kindly myself, its on of my rules. I try not to tolerate it, for the seretei's sake."
Order and justice above all is required of everybody, shinigami or not. But we being who we are, should be noble enough in status to be able to respect eachother. Instead of the usual squad; multi-squad, squabble... I like the 'teamwork' concept, and I wanna see what you can do for my own gain of knowledge as well.

Layla saw Toushiro come at her ribs, so she jumped in the air, performing a cartwheel without using her hands. She could feel his intensity when she did it, for his fist made it close, fast, and it was practically something that she was touching in the midair acrobatics. She saw the other hand expecting a couner, so she didn't want to dissapoint.
She spun aroung in a spinning backfist, but oncu looking at him again, she quietly said, "Hadou #4 - Byakurai" pointing at his chest with her finger.
Lightining came out of it in a small, thin blast, heading straight for Toushiro, and tis is at a very close range too.
