Sorry for the confusion!
The links I posted are just the tracklists from musicbrainz.org, a gigantic database of track listings for ideally every musical recording ever. You can't download anything from them, just see the song titles.
But if you want to hear Tappi Tíkarrass, feel free to add me to your AIM buddy list (my SN is dormetemuloj) and IM me whenever you happen to see me online and I'll gladly send you what I have. I don't get on very much during the week because of school, so be patient I guess? sweatdrop I do get on at least once a day, though.

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=EXAJR3VH domokun (That's where I found it in the first place. The song titles are way off, though, as the songs were evidently tagged by some lazy person with no knowledge of Icelandic. The (presumably) correct tracklists are in those links I posted before, though, if you want to see the correct titles)

I was going to reply to this yesterday, but apparently that was shortly before Safari froze and I forgot about it. ninja
Here's the complete track list of Bítið fast í vítið. So yeah, the titles are actually correct, even though they're technically very incorrect. :] In Icelandic, 'illt í efni' means basically that something bad is happening or about to happen. Iltí ebni is written like it'd be pronounced. I have no idea about the other titles though, I mean, London is pretty self-explanatory, but the others.. I don't know. 'Lokað' means closed, but I don't know if 'lok-lað' is supposed to be something else. And Óttar is a male name in Iceland, 'ótti' is fear, that's all that I can think of. On Miranda, the track listing goes Miranda - Name? Doesn't mean anything in Icelandic at least Skrið - 'Að komast á skrið' means something like 'to get things going'. Kríó - Sounds like childish gibberish, or like a name of a playground. Kría is a bird. Íþróttir - Sports. Tjet - No idea what that's supposed to mean. whee Lækning - Cure. Drek-Lek - Dreki is dragon, leki is leak, only things I can think of. Doesn't seem to mean much.. Beri-Beri - The ailment? Hvítibjörn - White bear (Polar bear). Sokkar - Socks. Með-Tek - Usually written without the hyphen, it means recieve (information, usually). Get Ekki Sofið - Can't sleep. Mýrin Andar - The swamp breathes.
Thanks for the songs anyway! I'd never actually listened to them at all, I like it. whee

Icelandic bands? Where to start? ;] Lay Low is very popular and very good, in my opinion. Mugison, Benni Hemm Hemm, Ampop, GusGus (I love them, you can find a few videos by them on youtube, I have one on my profile as well :]), Pétur Ben, Jeff who?, Hjálmar, Benny Crespo's Gang, Botnleðja, Brain Police, Jagúar, Ham, Dr. Mister and Mr. Handsome, Hairdoctor, Trabant.. I could go on. I don't know how easy it'll be finding any of those though. razz

Hello peoples. I've taken an interest in Icelandic lately, so any advice would be appreciated, and any suggestions of websites or books too. Resources for Icelandic are pretty scarce, but I want to learn!;_;

I've actually found that. Quite nifty, but before I can use that, I need to figure out the Icelandic alphabet. Most of it is pretty straight forward, but I'm not finding much information about some of those really weird compound letters, and I have no idea how to pronounce Ö.
