A quick question: When you say that we can use the Psionics Handbook, do you mean the older, 3.0 edition one? (Not the complete or expanded psionics handbook). Because if so, I think I might want to try a gestalt psionic warrior.

you can use any of the psionics books. although i would prefer anything from 3.5 but I will allow 3.0

blues are a goblinoid race from the psionic handbook 3.5(called the expanded psionic handbook) and have a lvl adj of +0. here is the benefits of the race if you'll let me play:
-2 str, +2 int, -2 cha.
small size.
30ft land speed.
darkvision 60ft.
Naturally psionic: gains 1 bonus power point.
+4 racial bonus to move silently and ride.
auto langs: common, goblin.
bonus langs: draconic, elven, giant, gnoll, orc.
favored class: psion.
otherwise ill just play as a human.
first roll!
