Tom gave her a thumbs-up sign, and re-summoned the bludger. This time, he sent it hurtling five inches below her left knee as she zoomed away.

Bella gasped a little, but she didn't jerk away nearly as much as she headed towards the goalpost again, throwing the Quaffle in before she headed for the other goalpost.

Tom felt a cheer begin to erupt in his throat, but he quickly stifled it and said, "Alright, now I'm just going to back off and not hit any at you for the time being... you just keep scoring goals, and see if you are comfortable with that bludger flying around, yeah?"

Bella nodded. "Gotcha!" She said as she quickly kept flying towards the goals again. The bludger got close a few times, and she flinched less and less as it got closer or farther. She smiled after a few more goals. "It's getting a lot easier!" She cheered as she flew over to stop next to Tom. "Thank you!" She cheered as she gave him a quick hug before she rebalanced herself onto the broom, smiling.

Tom's eyes widened, as he did not expect that much energy from her so early on in their practice. He steadied himself and ignored the flush on his face. "Er... you're welcome. Uh, what next?"
Grinning, he awaited her suggestion.
