She scoffed, love? No way! Flirty her never! She shook her mane once again her tail swishing back and forth there was just never any way that he would get it in his mind that there could be absolutely no way she liked him. Watching him out of the corner of her eye she decided not to respond to his absurdities at all.

"So I'm right and you don't want me to know so you don't respond? I know it's hard to find the words so you can be quiet if you like." He casually walks up to her and rested his head atop hers. "Though it would be much nicer to get a response so I know which one I was right to. Should I make up my own answer?", he added that with a wink even though he knew she couldn't see it.

Blinking a few times, this stallion who she didn't even know his name in fact she knew very little except for his arrogance, was touching her?! The pure shock of it all was enough to push away the butterflies she was feeling from his touch. Backing away as quickly as he had rested his head she was in complete shock. Unable to speak or move for that matter, she wasn't sure it was new it was odd. She had butterflies like she had just ran miles and miles after eating a large and healthy portion of food, but there was a warm feeling coming over her. No, it couldn't be. She had overheard other mares since she came to live here but looking at this stallion it couldn't be he couldn't be...there was no way...was there? Finally squeaking out softly,
"You....how did you do that."
Her cryptic question making sense to her but probably falling upon confused ears, since the poor stallion had no clue what she could possibly be speaking about in those few words.

He looked at her funnily, "Well it's a motion of moving ones head and resting it. I'm sure you've done that before." He stared at her not knowing if he answered the question or not. "Have I done something wrong because I don't believe I've done anything wrong." He decided to sit down and stare at her blankly wondering what exactly she was talking about because he was almost sure he hadn't answered what she had asked but couldn't figure out what it was she was trying to ask him.

Whining as she looked at him dumb fondly
"I don't mean how do you move your head I mean...how did you make me feel like that?!"
Giving him an odd look as she watched him, he must be trying to trick her in some way.

Eyeing her while his mouth dropped open to speak but just hung open for a moment. "I don't understand what you are saying? All I did was lay my head upon yours I didn't make you feel like anything other than you feeling like yourself?", his eyes crossed out of confusion. Staring at her blankly now, "Maybe you ate something bad and my head resting upon yours caused your stomach to jump with anxiety because you never though a vision like me would rest his head upon yours and that caused you to feel all funny or something?" He stops talking and strikes his sexy thinking pose well he thought it was a sexy pose though it probably was just comical looking.

Hearing him becoming self absorbed and conceited again she laughed ah it must have just been nerves, the fact that he touched her unexpectedly that's all it was. Because now she was fine now she looked at him with a little contempt. How arrogant could a stallion be?
"You only wish you look sexy doing that"
She laughed as she flicked her tail, she knew his ego would take a sudden blow this that comment.

"Oh really?", he smiled at her and gets an idea and his eyes start to almost shine. "If I only think I look sexy then why did you get whatever feeling it was that you got that you blamed on me?" He decides to act on his idea and see what the outcome will be. He walks right up next to her and decided to do something he found strange but had seen others doing through out his wanderings. He smiles happily at her and looks directly into her eyes then he starts nuzzling her cheek. He found this to be an odd thing to do but figured if he got a good reaction then it might be worth it.

Again with the touching! However, this time it was a bit different. It made her feel...happy? Whining slightly at the odd feeling.
"What...why are you doing that?"
Trying her hardest not to allow him to know that his closeness made her...heaven forbid...happy.
Her gems began to sparkle and shine, sure she might have been able to hide her emotion but there were signs that allow him to see her emotions.

Noticing her gems starting to sparkle and shine he started grinning. "I don't know what you are talking about for I am doing nothing at all." He then kissed her slightly on the cheek then wandered to a nice spot under a nearby tree and sat down. "You are glowing there Lucinda. Are you hiding something from me?" He was so happy he seemed to figure something out but he doesn't know what it is but at least he found it.

The kiss on the cheek only made her gems sparkle even brighter. Hiding? He seemed to sure of hisself and yet she couldn't tell if he was even the least bit uncomfortable like she was. Peering at him she cocked her head to the side,
"What are you getting at? What are you trying to pull...What...do you want me to say that I'm in love with you?"
Just as she said the words love with you, she blinked, did she just say love?

His eyes went wild at her words. What had she just said? He started gazing at her showing no emotion at all. "If that would mean you weren't lying to yourself then that is what I want you to say.", he retorted thinking to himself that she thought he was sexy for he didn't really understand what that love thing was for he never had been around anything of the such.

Shaking her head she turned away from him and slowly tried to make her way back to the stream. Saying just loud enough over her shoulder
"Well fine I have been lying."
There was no way she was going to allow him to know how she felt

"If you are going to speak why not do it so that I can hear you?", he said as he got up and caught up beside her. "Why are you walking back in this direction? Water and myself don't mix well. Have you grown tired of being around me?" He suddenly stopped walking beside her. "You hate me then Lucinda?"

It was definatly not hate...but she wasn't really sure what it was. It was bad enough that he made her feel this way and yet be so full of himself and arrogant like he was. Sighing softly she stopped and looked at him,
"The stream was nice and cool. I'm sure if wont hurt you too much"
Not saying a word about her feelings to him however.
