"My name is Warren, nick" Warren said as the turned a corner, he spotted a good 3 story high building not to far from there location. "Ok, were going to head up there and get a good look at this place." Warren ordered and they crouched and ran across the ground into the building. "Ok take point, and lead us to the top"

Seth took off as soon as Dansmith got in, the Warthog's engine sprung to life.
Seth shifted into third, increasing speed.

It felt as though all of the Covenant's attention was brought down upon them, plasma flew and splashed about the dirt and the hog as they barreled down the road.

"BANSHEES!" A distant voice yelled over the COM. Seth looked up just in time to see the streak of purple and the flash of green to veer the Hog to the left.
The explosion caught their backside and kicked up the hog's rear wheels. They clipping the side of a wall--but they stayed in motion and intact.

Seth's body was beginning to cool with wind from the heat from the plasma. Seth keyed his HUD and brought the NAV marker into view.

Infront of him there was a small hill. "Hang on boys!" He yelled into his COM as they went flying off the hill and landed with a thunk, a swerve and then they kept on driving. "You both still with me?" He asked keeping his eyes on the road and on the sky.

Ashton pulled his rifle to bear, and dropped a frag grenade behind them: some chopper-bikes had picked up on them, flanked by a queartet of grunt-driven Ghosts. The frag impacted uselessly against the massive front wheel of the Chopper bike, and it only seemed to anger its pilot.

The Banshee's swooped around for another pass. "Doing as good as we can be, Ell-Tee! Karr, keep firing, man, last thing I want to do is end up on some steaming platter with the likes of you guys, filling another brute's stomach!"
Dansmith aimed to his right as a ghost came up astridd them. The little beast piloting it looked over to him, snarled, and attmepted to shoot at him with its plasma pistol. He shot it with three bursts of his BR55, and the floating machine sputtered and fell back, crashing into another ghost, and the two of them slammed quite effectively into one of the Chopper bikes. Three down.

The M41 continued to blaze on. The angry swarm of rounds pinged off of the purple hull of the Banshee as it screeched by.

"Yessir I'm still here." Anthony said, laying on more suppresive fire.

"This is Bravo One-One-Six, en route to NAV Marker 6. Echo Six-One-Five, you are go for EVAC..." In the sky, Anthony could faintly see a black cloud streaking the sky. "Target in site. Not in LTD range, moving in closer."

"alright anything else you need me to do until then?" nick asked looking over the ledge to see if he could see anyone or anything. " heh, never thought that i'd be fighting one of the biggest battles on Earth of all places." nick stated.

" hehe really, thats pretty scary the worst thing thats ever happened to me aside from losing my sqaud a few hours ago is a couple grunts just came in to our camp in he middle of the night and tried to take us prisoner the worst part was trying to get they're blood off our armor." Nick said with a slight chuckle turning back around to face warren, and said "but ya the covenant are pretty tricky," he paused for a second. "I'm just glad i've never had to deal with the flood." nick said with a grim face

Warren looked over the horizon and saw a giant purple like insect thing walking towards there position. "Nick, is that a scarab" The Scarab opened fire on all the guys Able location, wiping the entire group out. Warren tackled Nick down the stairs and into the building, hoping the Scarab, that wiped out most of Able, to his knowledge, didn't see them. "Stay very quiet" Warren ordered.
