Lily got up and out of bed. She felt good, being she was a morning person. She got dressed and said a cheerful"Hello" to Jen. She then went down to the common room to see who all was still down there.

Instead of replying to Peter's jibe, Remus moaned like a ghost before sliding along the wall. He continued to lean on the wall as he slid, and eventually met the open doorway. Still leaning. He fell flat on his face on the bathroom floor.
"Oh, bloody..."

Sirius abandoned the task of buttoning up his shirt and scurried over to go help his friend. Picking the boy up by the crook of his elbow, Sirius muttered, "You know, sometimes you come across as utterly useless."

"Thanks, you too," Remus muttered without paying attention to what Sirius had even said, hoping it had been something good as he rubbed his face vigorously and walked into the bathroom to shower.

As hard as she tryed, Lux just couldn't keep her eyes open. She would begin to nod off only to jerk awake again. She curled deeper into the armchair. It was so comfy and the fire was so warm. She began to feel as if she was covered in a warm blanket. Lux fell into a state of semi-consciousness where she couldn't tell dream from reality. Her mind began to wander.

Hoping to a higher power that Remus would do no more damage to himself, Sirius made his way down to the common room. On the way there, he spotted Lily and gave her a good-natured wave.
He sat down in front of the empty fireplace, in a chair that was unoccupied. He said nothing to the girl that was in a chair to his right, for he could tell that she was passed out, far beyond the natural realm of the universe.

"Ummmmm. Chicken in the toaster." Lux mumbled as she drooled on her own arm that was supporting her head. "Run in the moon."

Peter followed Sirius out shortly after, hearing the girl's mumblings and furrowing his brow in confusion at them. He gave Sirius a questioning look before giving a jittery little chuckle. Then he saw Lily and his face turned scarlet and he began trying to make his hair flatten out a bit.

Finished with his shower and feeling refreshed, Remus walked smoothly down the spiral staircase and sat beside Sirius. With an awkward glance at the babbling girl, he scooted his chair an inch or so away. "Morning," he said, not even remembering his behavior earlier.

Everything is so loud. Why can't things be quiet. Lux slowly opened one eye and realized what happened. Ah damn, I fell asleep. This is embarassing she thought, as she spotted the people who had taken the rest of the chairs around the fire. They were the 6th year boys. When Lux was in a new place with her parents she liked to sit quietly and listen to other people talk. Some people called it eavsdropping but Lux liked to think of it as getting to know your surroundings. So she stayed where she was, trying not to move.

"So," Remus said, noting Sirius's chuckle. "What did I do this morning? You know I never remember anything." He blinked confusedly and looked away from the fire. "Waking up in the shower is weird," he commented.
