When Mai had ng slide off and then saw his arms stretch out for her to slide off. Mai carefully slid of Rains back and into his arms. "I see," she said a bit disapointed. She rested in his arms. Rain didn't look back and just moved on a bit. She wasn't sure what was going on. She could tell something was wrong.

Curling his arms around Mai's body Sang held her close to his chest as he walked up to a wagon gently lieing her down in a makeshift bed of sacks and a blanket. "You going to be all right on your own for a bit?" he asks softly pulling the blanket up to he neck.

Mai was glad she was on ground now, for the time being. "Yea.... I think I'll be fine," she said. "They still don't trust you enough?" she asked She shoved the blanket off. "It's way to hot for that. she complained.

"All the more reason to stay wrapped up" He comments pulling the blankets back over her. "You'll brake the fever that much faster and be on your way to recovery." he comments with a gentle smile as he lightly runs a few of his fingers over her cheek. as his eyes looked into hers.

Mai wanted to complain much more but found that she didn't have the power to. b]"Fine," she said. She felt like she was burning. "But isn't it if the fever is high..... it can cause brain damage. ((It does)) she asked. She looked into his eyes when he looked into hers. She reached up to kiss him.

Smiling with a bright smile he lightly kisses her lips. "True, but i don't think that our escort or my self would let that happen." lighlty rubbing her forehead to pull a few hairs from her face and check her temp. Sang keeps his eyes locked on hers.

Mai smiled reaching up to kiss him again. "You think so, huh?" she still felt like she was burning though. She smiled slightly, reaching her arms around his neck. She smiled, even though her face showed she was sick, there was gratitued and passion somwhere in there.

"I know so." Smiling back he gently rests his head on hers for a few moments his eyes never once pulling from her as he kisses her a few times before slowly starting to head out of the wagon. "Get well soon ok? We need to get you over your ear of heights." he jokes as he turns back to her

Mai closed her eyes. "Of coarse I'll get better. she opened them again. "I don't plan on dieing out here..... way to hot," she said. She sighed slightly. "You can't stay with me can you," she said looking a bit depressed.

"No, i need to tend to Surete." He comments with a gentle smile. hearing a soft croon from his dragon his face brightened up a bit more as he looked down laughing lighlty. "Hopefully i wont he to chose between y two loves in the futcher."

Mai nodded her head slowly. "Alright," she said although it was more a mumble. Sleep had started to possess her and she only hoped for a cooler place to come. She wished there was a cold lake or something she could hop into. She felt like she was burning up. She wanted to get rid of the blanket but new she shouldn't. She rested her head closing her eyes. .Longing for sleep hre wish came true. She fell asleep. She was fine for the time being. She would hopefully stay that way.

Watching Mai starting to fall Asleep for a few minuets Sang left her Wagon with a smile. Keeping pace with the caravan for a few more hours till they stopped for the night. Having Found Surete a few minuets after the Left Mais side they almost didn't stop talking the hole time. first it was something more like a lovers quarrel as Surete complained sabout Sang riding on Rain instead of her and takeing care of Mai so much. but that got cut a bit short When Sang commentsted that she was starting to sound like a spoiled brat. after a few minuets of stunned or erie silence, Sang never could figure out witch it was. The two started talking once again just starting to catch up as they worked to better understand what was going on between the three of them. but with the rest came some well deserved rest for Surete. Even with the little Spell around her neck or not she wandered off a little bit to find just the right plot of sand to bask in. sucking up the last bits of the sun heat on the sand as sang Started to groom her. her size hadent increased that much so this was more of a treat than anything to make up for the days happenings.

Mai woke up after a while. It was darker outnow and it was a lot cooler out. She rubbed her eyes with her hand. She felt a lot cooler, and she could tell her fever haddefinitly gone done, but still not completl butit waslow enugh it wasn't a hazard. She rubbed her forhead because e real pain wasthere, it was just a bad headache. She couldn't stay down any longer. Mai stood up and got out of the wagon. She could feel chillsgoing down her back and brought the blanket with her. She notcied Sang grooming his dragon. She walked over. Rain had already fallen asleep and she wasn't the one o wake her up if it was not nessisary. "Sang?" she asked sort of sleepl walking up to him.

"Mai?" He asks momentarly as he looks behind him." your suposed to be in bed." HE comments gently as he lets a soft frown grow on his face but he gets back to grooming Suretes wings. Her eyes were now back on MAi and her groans of enjoyment had faded slightly but could still be herd like a purr from her neck.
Calm down Surete! shes not trouble for us."

Mai sighed. "Sorry, I couldn't sleep. I've slept all day to. I'll beve be able to sleep tonight," she complained. She shivered. Her head pounded, she looked at Surrettee, who didn't seemed to pleased with her. [b"Plus, I'm feeling a lot better. Aside from my headache," she said.
