"What we need to do right now, Warren, is devise a plan of action" he said staring down the younger Marine. "One more outburst like that and I'll have you Court Marshalled" Hammer stood even straighter, "that goes for the rest of you as well." The blue bombardier eyes flicked along each of their faces knowing that they were all eager to take to the fight, but first he needed to answer a few important questions. The Commander turned to the First Sergeant, "Karr, what was it you asked before?"

Anthony didn't look at his fellow teammates. Probably because he could feel their glances stab though the back of his head. "Sir. If its ok with you, I need a List of Supplies we're going to need. And then I also need an updated Roster for the Company. Seeing as how we are newly formed, I figured I would round them up for the Lieutenant, give him a break." Anthony paused for a moment. "Also sir, if you have meeting times, objectives, and any other information, I'll be happy to distribute it."

"Adams and I will be leading this Op." said the Commander looking over the faces of the Sergeants again. "Dansmith, Koles, Warren, Karr, you'll be a part of Able Company; Karr, you're third in command." Michael looked up at Lipton and extended a hand from behind his back, "the Major here will do his best to organize a second team in case we don't make it back." The Commander stepped away from the table and smirked. "We'll be fed Intel on the Op. from a new friend of ours; everyone, meet Angel." In the center of the table a hologram appeared of a naked women with long hair down to her butt. She glowed blue and purple while transparent symbols traced down her well shaped breasts and curvaceous body. "Good even, Gentlemen; I'll be glad to help when I can."

Mendez leaned back in his chair and watched the bickering go on between the Sergeants until Anthony cut them off and Hammer pounded them out. Shaking his head, he turned his attention to Anthony who had asked for an updated supply list, an updated roster, and different information. This guy was always on the ball. Giving a slight nod of approval towards Anthony, Mendez turned his attention back to Hammer.

Warren still found Karr a bit of a mystery, the man seemed like he had broke, but yet here he was all orderly and performing his duties. He may have judged this one to early, time would tell.
There was also Ashton, A low ranking medical officer. He knew the most about Ashton in Able company. The man seemed to be generally concerned with for his fellow soldiers. He should ask him later if he had anything for head aches.
Then that gunnery Sargent, He may outrank him. but the mans experience gave him a huge confidence boost to challenge a higher office. At a different time he might have looked up to this man as a role model.
Then there was there leader, He had been very quite threw the briefing so far, and hadn't stopped his company from arguing. But the man must have been analyzing us he figured. The question was is this man a genius or did he have no clue as to what he was doing.
Warren snapped out of his day dream to notice the A.I. on the table. He frowned at the computer intelligence. He always had a problem with A.I.'s something just about them bothered him. He was on the first team and that would be enough for now.

Ashton stared at the AI's holographic embodiment. "Well, sir, I'll say this: these AI's sure know how to keep troops in high morale. No disrespect, of course, Angel. Just glad I won't have to see you for most of the mission... I might miss a few shots if I did." The AI was silent, though seemed a bit offended. Well, at least she can't hit me he thought. Then, something struck him: s**t, but she could cut of my O2 supply... hmm, better watch my tongue before I trip over it. Remember, Dansmith, she ain't real. He smirked to himself, then continued. "Thank you, Commander Hammer. What sort of resistance should we be expecting, and when can we suit up?" Ashton also wondered how they would board the Station, but he supposed that would be a problem solved later on. He did a quick mental check of where all his medical and technical gear was located, then, satisfied, relaxed. That was, he relaxed until one more urgent question came to mind. "Sir, I may not be authorized to know this, but what of the Spartan we have on board? Will he be accompanying us?" Things would be a whole lot easier if they had a Spartan in their ranks (or, more likely, if they were inthe Spartan's ranks). Then again, if they needed a Spartan, they were wading into the Muck of Hell to begin with.

Seth kept on watching the group, his eyes moving along with the current speaker. "Don't get too big for your britches Marine," Seth commented to Dansmith offhandedly. It wasn't to tell him to stop, or an order to back off, just a lowly spoken comment. The term SPARTAN rang some bells in Seth's head, he had memories.
Seth's thoughts immediately wound up back in the present and he addressed the AI Angel directly. "Angel, exactly what kind of A.I. are you?" If she was a smart AI their jobs just got a whole lot easier.

Angel nodded at the marine and gave him a light smile blowing him a kiss of mockery. "We have no idea what to expect, so we'll expect the worst" he said, "this might just be another crap shoot but our orders are to go in and retrieve whatever it is." Angel looked over at the Lieutenant, "I'm from O.N.I. Sector-III Nav.Spec.War; a "smart" A.I. if you will." Michael stepped forward again and Angel turned to look at him, "suit up immediately; BR55's and MA5C's. This briefing is over, any questions?"

Understood Sir! Warren pulled himself out of his chair and headed for the exit. He stepped out side and walked quickly to the side to let the others pass. He stretched quickly. He was going to wait for the Lance Corporal and ask him about his head ache. Can't have that screwing me up.

Ashton sat there, not really knowing how to take that. Well, she's gonna be a character and a half, neh?. "Sir, assuming the fact that you asked, I take it we are not authorized to know of the SPARTAN's personal mission?" He asked, already half out of his chair.

Mendez almost laughed at the Marine flirting with Angel. The old ONI spooks always knew how to make an AI for the Marines. Getting up out of his chair, Mendez worked his way past everyone towards the door. He always liked having the best pick on ammo.

Before the Commander could reply the Captain stood up and spoke, "the SPARTAN on board our ship is strictly confidential and under no circumstances do I suggest you venture to speak with him." The Commander nodded his head, "Adams, stay please."

The Commander spoke just as Seth began to shift his weight in order to rise. Looking up at the Commander questioningly, he quickly erased the expression off his face and let it return to it's normal watchful state. "Yes sir." He assented softly. With that he eased back into his chair, keeping his eyes off anything specific, waiting for the room to clear.

Ashton knew when to shut up. "Sir! My appologies, sir." As he left, he cast Angel a sly wink, a joke. Smiling at this strange turn of events, he was glad to have something to feel good about before the s**t hit the fan. And he wasn't so stupid as to think it wouldn't.
He pulled from his pocket the DataPlug that contained most of the arbirtary and obscure, though vital, medical data he would need. Uplinking a network directly to Angel, he then started downloading the information directly into his brain as Long-term memory. Highly efficient way of learning, though it took an extreme amount of conditioning to get to the point where he could absorb even a minute's worth of information. As it was, though, he could learn 3-hour's worth of medical knowledge within 2 hours, or 1 if it wasn't too dense. He did this once every night, and always before a mission: excellent refresher. Angel made sure he recieved "training" on all the new medica procedures and practices.
Stopping outside the doorway, he noticed M. Sergeant Warren Henry waiting for him. Seeing him point to his head and grimace, Ashton quickly pulled out a small tablet that contained a myriad of drugs specifically for what the Sarge needed. He handed it to him, saying: "Don't eat it all at once." (Even though the pill was only 10 mg.) "You coming to suit up, Henry? I thought yu'd s**t a brick the way you were antsing around in the Briefing room there."

Karr nodded. "Understood sir, but if you dont mind my consern, a Commander on a Priority mission like this? I'm sorry sir, but your safety might jepordize the purpose of the mission. Not saying your company wouldn't help us, but just saying a ranking officer in the field of combat is risky sir." Anthony blinked and thought again for a second. "Also, whats the stock of Sniper Rifles? I'd like to get one out of storage if that is ok..."
