Foxtrot landed hard on his paws with the headbut, and looked back at her.
"And if this was a real fight, we'd be trying alot harder to hurt each ither," He meowed, then sprang at her, paws out stretched, but claws sheathed. He knew Spottedheart was strong and proud.

Spottedheart ducked under Foxtrot, rolled onto her back, and started kicking at him. Pain pulsed through her legs; they were hurt the most from the fall.
"Erk," she winced, but continued the practice fight.

Foxtrot got thrown off, her, but managed a half landing. He shook himself, and noticed this was causing Spottedheart;s sore limbs pain. He wished she could admit it hurt so they could stop, because unfortunatley, he was to proud to give up. He looked at her on her back, tempted to attack her underbelly, but instead circled her.

Too sore to be irritated that Foxtrot would give up the chance of an open attack, she rolled back onto her paws and swung a forepaw at him as he circled. She didn't want to admit it, but she was getting tired.

Foxtrot so wanted for them both to just go and rest, but, they were both too proud to give up. Foxtrot ducked her paw swing, and swiped at her other paw. If she fell, he'd be a ble to swiftly pin her. Even if she got angry, at least it would get it over with.

Due to her soreness she was slower and fell when Foxtrot swiped at her. Now pinned and annoyed she tried to change the subject.
"Weren't we hunting?"

Inwardly, he sighed relief. Any other day, that match could have lasSpottedheart was a stong and determined cat, but the soreness had gotten to her, making her slow.
"Oh, right," He meowed, stepping away. He shook himself before looking around. The silence was eerie.

Spottedheart stood up and stretched, wincing as she felt pain in her limbs. She strained her ears and opened her mouth, listening for prey. She couldn't hear or smell anything.
After a while she did hear something, but it was only her stomach growling with hunger.

Foxtrot stopped his ears from twitching as they usually do when he heard a small noise, spottedhearts stomach.
"Huh...How about we take the prey we have back to camp. maybe then we can eat and rest. Moonstar shouldnt complain since we were hunting and the queens have been fed."

Spottedheart nodded in agreement. "That sounds good."
Her body ached, so she was really glad to get a chance to rest. She found and picked up her prey, then waited for Foxtrot to get his.

Foxtrot gathered his prey, darting off to retrieve it, but was back in a few seconds. He was glad they had made this good of a catch in this season though. He smiled inwardly.

Spottedheart smiled at they amount of prey they had caught for this time of year. She signaled with her tail and started walking back towards camp, keeping close to Foxtrot.

Foxtrot followed alongside her, glad he was here with her. nothing could ever tear what they had together apart. Never.
