kittens - my children got me two little kittens for Mother's day! They are so cute, but my husband is not too thrilled.

Kasumi Ocada Economic Stimulus Check - I don't have mine yet! scream I know - we haven't gotten ours yet either, I found a website (sorry, don't remember where) that listed the dates they're expected based on the last 2 digits of your social security number - mine isn't supposed to be mailed until July!

YOU! What they might hear if they spill or break something - especially if they had just been told not to run in the house! It would usually be followed by, "you clean that up right now!"

I - using the "I" sentences (I feel bad when you spill that milk and make such a mess, but I know you didn't mean to do that) helps me to think about what I am trying to say and what I am really feeling at the time - I don't always do that, but I do try to most of the time.

Trying to stay calm when they do the most infuriating things - things that you've told them NOT to do thousands of times already!
(my youngest is PARTICULARLY good at forgetting things she's been told before!)

Y'ALL
When I was little we used to go visit our relatives down south ( I was raised 30 miles from Canada). My cousin and I could barely understand each other - she had a Texas drawl, and like a typical yank, I talked 100 mph!
