I stabbed my vein. "******** this world." I watched myself bleed. Zane pulled it out. His hand glowed over my vein it healed.
"Why?" that was all he said before he walked off of course with the knife.
I thought about it for a long time. I walked to zane's office the other day.
"Why because you only pretend to help me you don't give a damn your just doing your job I'm just your next time to get laid."
Zane gave me a fired up look.
"SO I DON'T HELP YOU AT ALL I'M WORTHLESS TO YOU?"
"THE THING I NEED HELPW ITH MOST I KNOW WHAT YOUR ARE NOW AND YOU REFUSE TO HELP YOU DON'T GIVE A DAMN YOU WERE BAITING ME THE WHOLE TIME!" His voice lowered but never lost the edge.

"Battle plans?? Well i dont think im that good at those but ill give it a try for your sake." and he itched the side of his head and said "well we will need to counter if there is an ambush or trap around these areas. How quick are you with your daggers that mite come in good use and we i will need to counter to but i dont got any quick to use weapons, so, do you think you can teach me how to throw daggers while were here." and he looked at her with a little smile.

Jean was surprised that Zeth had seen her daggers, she thought that she had hidden them well, "Well, I'm pretty good. I can hit a quarter from fourty feet. Don't you think that we need to scout into the factories before we launch an attack?"

"We mite need to know about the area so we can pull of some of are own tricks so ya we do need to scout into the factories and maybe set a few traps." Zeth taking the last bit out of the sandwhich and swallowed it "Do you got any rope, that mite come in handy."

"Rope?" she parroted, "I don't know..." She rifled through her Pocket, "Well..." she said after a moment, "I have this." She pulled out a grappling hook. She told Zeth the last time she used it the rope was 360 feet long. "Odd, a person with wings using a grappling hook, huh?" she laughed.

"Well, to some people it mite be weird but then you could behiding the fact your mutant that could give you the uper hand in battle because they would think less of you. So no it aint wierd." then Zeth grabbed the grappling hook looked at it and siad "At least we dont got to tie one of the sides" and he laughed. "What we could really use is some fishing wire, but i highly dought you got that, but lets get started on the dagger training for an hour or so and we will think up the rest of the plans before tonights rest, is that alright??"

She shook her head, "No, I'm not much of a fisher." She finished her sandwhich and drew her daggers, "I'm ready when you are!" She smiled.

Zeth jumped up to his feet and put his hand down to help her up and said "Well i hope your ready to teach me"

She took his hand and stood up. "I'l show you how to throw them first- seeing as that is a little harder." She took out one of the longer ones and held the tip firmly between her thumb and forefinger. "Here," she handed him her other long sagger, "Hold it like I do, we'll be aiming for that closer tree."
She stepped forward, "Watch how I do it and try to mimic me." With one fluid movement she whipped her hand and the dagger came out of it at high speed and sank deeply into the flesh of the tree. "Now, be aware of when you releise. If you releise low the dagger will so into the ground. If you releise high- run. " She giggled.

"ok" he smiled. He stuck his toung out and took aim and let go of the knife and watched his work and....it completely missed the tree and he felt a bad pain in his thumb and he was bleeding..."CRAP!" he yeld "i knew i shouldn't of ate that popcorn" and he started laughing histariclly.

"Oh!" Jean said as she saw the blood, "Let me heal that!" She said as she started chanting a healing spell. "It's kinda hard to get used to throwing daggers." She blushed, "You don't have to throw them if you don't want to."

"No, i want to be able to throw them or i can easly be swept off my feet by an enemy." he replied. "So after you finish healing my finger ill try again and hope i can do better" he smiled.

"Ohh, that mite help" he smiled. Then he looked at all the daggers layed out on the ground and one causght his eye he reached for the dagger and it seemed so delicate and when he picked it up he felt the lightness of the dagger and the feel of it was so great. "Hey, can i use this one? It seems pretty light." Then he thought to himself man im super strong what would i know.....

Jean nodded, "That's made out of Balsa Steel. It's really light." She stepped behind him and adjusted his posture and stance, her hands lightly touching here and there. As she adjusted his throwing arm she made eye contact with Zeth and blushed wildly, "I-if you stand like this, it may help."
((Note: Balsa Steel isn't real. Also, i've been in an ice storm and it cut off my power- sorry for not posting.))
