Terra started jogging with Cloud as she said, "Right! That might be our best bet. Who knows where we will end up. I hope we can help all of the summons out and get the one who is causing this ruckus. "Yuki caught up with Cloud, Scar, and Terra. She looked at Scar and said, "Would you like to race? To see who is the fastest out of us both. Let us race till we reach about 50 yards."

Reno blinked. "well... if that wasn't sudden..." he murmured, jogging after the others.
"Wait!" he exclaimed, "Don't leave me behind! I'm not ready to die!"
"Why do you think I always ran off after fighting you guys... I'm not stupid, I know when it's over. Now I'm asking for their help? Reno... you'r a Turk! Get your head togethor!" he thought to himself.

Scar smile dand nodded his head. " I am Older, Stronger, and Faster.....so don't expect to beat me!" Scar dashed off estimating where it was ran as fast as he could. He slid to a stop after he guessed he had done 50 yards. Dust was everywhere he didn't know if he won or not. " Look at those two! Already bonding."

Yuki took off after Scar and arrived at the 50 yard point and first. She had practice running while she was looking for Terra and while she and Terra practiced their skills. She was smiling at Scar when the dust settled and she said, "Ha! I beat you, Scar. You might be older, but not faster. Yes, they are bonding. They finally have gotten to that point. I don't know how many nights I have heard Terra calling out Cloud's name. It is good that they are bonding. Maybe her nightmares will stop."

oudg go of Terra's side bolted after Scar. Waving for Terra to follow him. " Hmmm i'll give it to you. My age must be catching up with me if I lost. I used to be the fastest wolf in all of our realm. You are to young to remember it but I won the Great Race...and I won this Scar and the Nickname the Great One in the Arena. I was chosen for Cloud because he has gone through the same kind of tests I have." Cloud finally caught up to Scar and Yuki. " Wow she's faster than you!" Scar growled at Cloud and turned aroudn trotting towards the plains. Cloud grabbed Terra's hand placing it on Yuki's back he spoke. " You need to learn to ride her! You won't make it far walking. Hey Scar wait I don't want to walk!" Cloud ran after Scar, looking back he smiled and gave a thumbs up.

Terra took off after Cloud and caught up to him when he reached Scar and Yuki. Yuki looked at Scar and said, "I remember the Great Race. My mentor told me about it, but I never realized that you were the wolf who had won it. I have always wanted to race in the Great Race. I heard that it is a honor to be picked and an even greater honor to actually win it." Terra looked at Cloud when he said that she needed to learn how to ride Yuki. She petted Yuki and told Cloud, "All right. I will learn." She carefully got on to Yuki's back and held on gently. Yuki took off and was running like she didn't have anyone one her. Together they caught up to Cloud and Yuki slowed down. Terra asked Cloud, "Would you like a ride to help catch up to Scar? I don't think Yuki would mind. Would you girl?" Yuki shook her head no and looked at Cloud.

Raiko watches as the two run off. He then turns to Barret and tries to restart their canversation from where it left off. "So I take it you all know each other?" He says feeling out of the loop wondering why he was here.

Cloud smiling and nodding did a backflip onto Yuki. Wrapping his arms around Terra a little higher than he should have told them to go. As soon as they got near Scar Cloud leapt off and landed on Scar. Scar now havign something to prove went as fast as he could passing Yuki with ease. "See ya later!" Cloud and Scar made it to the middle of the p;ains long before the others. " We'll have to wait for the others ol' boy" Scar nodded and spoke. " Yuki is fast but I bet if I train her she can win the great race like I did!" Cloud nodded sittign he began to brush Scar's fur gently.

"Great... more running..." Reno began jogging after them and suddenly something grabbed his pant leg, pulling him down.
"what the...?" he looked back. A red and black wolf stared down at him, panting.
"O...k..."
"I'm Outai... you may not remember me... but I know you... I watched your speil earlier, from the helicopter... quite a fall... you should've died."Hi... I guess... listen, I have no idea who you are... but could you help me?"
"Of course... loss of memory... expected..." the wolf helped Reno up and assissted him as the two walked.
"Wait, you watched and didn't do anything?!?!?!?"
"ummm... no..." Reno glared and sighed. He wasn't in the mood to argue with 180 pounds of raw muscle and teeth.
((Is it alright if I use dark red when Outai is talking? If not I'll change the color...))

Yuki and Terra were taken off guard when Cloud and Scar took off. Yuki just grinned and took off after Scar. He was going much faster and Yuki was doing her best to keep up. Terra whispered in Yuki's ear, "Don't try to out do yourself. Just go as fast as you possibly can." Yuki looked back at Terra and growled, "He is the legendary winner of the Great Race. I am not going to slack off and slow down in front of him. I am going to go my fastest and try to catch up to him." With that being said, Yuki speed up and and started to catch up, but it was too late. Scar and Cloud and reaxched the middle of the plains before Terra and Yuki could. Yuki kept going faster until she skidded to a stop right beside Scar. She looked at him, lowered her head, and said, "You were and are right. You are older, faster, and wiser than I. I now doubt that I will ever be in the Great Race or ever be as great as you. I am foolish. My mentor told me that if I ever met you to hold my tounge and not to ask you for a race for you would certainly win. Ever since then I have practiced running and pushing myself to beyond my limits so that If I ever met you I would have a chance at victory. Now I see that my training has not totally paid off and now I am going to work even harder to try to finally beat you in another long distance race. We are at a tie, but I hope that will change." Terra petted Yuki and said to her, "You did your best and that is all that you and I could hope for. Never give up on your hopes and dreams Yuki. I never will." Terra looked up at Cloud and then went back to looking at Yuki while petting her.

(Sure Auron sorry bout your problems. Dark red is fine for now I was only referring to regular red.)
Scar breathed heavily for a moment before he spoke. " Young one! Don't ever speak like that! You are nearly as fast as I and no one in the land can beat me! I say you have a great chance to win the Great Race. I am old and I know that the young shall replace peopel like me and Cloud one day..." " Im not even 25 yet! What do you mean like me and Cloud?" " Scar growled at Cloud and pulled at his pants leg. " Stop it! Cloud laughed as Scar through him off and pounced on him licking his face. " Stop! Stop! Your a wolf not a dog!" Cloud finally managed tog et Scar off of him. " Sorry! Couldn't help myself!" "Let's go! And for someone who claims to be old your sure acting like a little puppy!" Scar smiled at Yuki as Cloud climbed back on.

Reno finally managed to caught up in time to see the scene of Yuki pulling on Cloud's pant leg.
"Hmmm... rather unruly," he thought.
