Yuriko let go of his leg and shook her head, "Your bad leg," stood up, "You shouldn't carry me with your bad leg. I'll just need a little help getting to the steps."
I can't let my fear get in the way right now. Hisashi would want me to be brave right now. Yuriko looked at Arai, He's become more even tempered. Maybe he's more like him then I thought
Ryuu lifted Terrance up. "Arai open the door, and guide Yuriko. Plus you'll most likely need help walking."

"I'm fine, Ryuu," Arai yelled, "Besides I thought you only brought me up here to help you carry that guy to the infirmary. I'm not a weakling!"
Arai picked up Yuriko and cradled her in one arm and grabbed Terrence's legs with the other.
"Let's go."

Yuriko gasped as Arai picked her up. "Arai, but what about your leg?"
At least he's acting more noble now.
"Do what you want. Just don't drop her while you're going down the stairs." Ryuu pushed open the door with his back. "Come on let's get going."

"I said I'm fine!" Arai barked, "Ryuu, lets stop wasting time and go."
Arai lead them out onto the pool deck, blood ran down from his wound and out upon the ground.

"Who's wasting time?" Ryuu said as he followed Arai with a smile on his face. Perhaps he's even better for this type of work then I thought.
"Thank you... Arai," Yuriko tightened her grip around Arai's neck, "You're a really good friend. You're a lot like how my brother was."
Once they got down the stairs Ryuu stopped, "Why don't you put her down. I'll take Terrance from here. However," Ryuu said looking down at Arai's bloody leg. "You might want to come as well. That wound looks pretty bad."
"I'll be alright Arai," Yuriko lessened her grip, "I'm sorry, I'm just very afraid of water."

Jon shot a surprising look at Shizuko. "Are you accusing me again?! Of course I know everyone....the girls at least." He said the last part quietly.
Don, coughed into his fist to tell the two quarreling dominant twins to stop arguing and start the interregation. "Why don't you two stop talking and check everyone?" Don sternly advised.
The gun man in the room fidgeted around a bit, there was no second exit for him to leave through. He hit his pager to his other comrades.
"They've got this place sealed, little brats." he said quietly in his gruff voice. The commander of the unit scoffed in his earpeice. "Then make a way out! If you get caught it's not my responsibility. We were hired assuming that we know how to handle situations like these. Don't tell me you don't know how to bring down the house on a bunch of rich prats!" "Fine then!" He hissed back. He went through his utility belt and found was he was looking for. He rarely used it but he guess this time would be a better time than any time. He slid it into a pistol on his side and shot it quietly right into the water of the pool. Nearly instantly, the reaction started to happen, a dense thick fog erupted from the pool and rolled onto the floor of the rooftop room and filled the room with utter whiteness.
This was his chance! He leaped out from his hiding spot shot his hook and zipped out of there and through the shattered glass window.
"HEY!!! STOP YOU b*****d!!!!!!" Coughed Jon, he saw the man peep out from behind the curtains when he shot the reactant bullet

As the fog filled the air Shizuko snapped at Jon, "This wouldn't have happened if you had let people you knew leave and kept the ones you didn't here!"
"Those two are fighting like an old married couple," someone muttered in the blindness of the fog.
---
Arai blushed a little when Yuriko compared him to her brother. He then scowled at Ryuu's comment.
"I'm not a weakling, it takes a lot more than a coward's bullet to take me down," he growled, "I'll get it looked at when we get to the infirmary. Trust me I've been far worse in my life."
Arai held tighter to Yuriko and his voice softened, "It would take more work to let you down and continue on than to keep carrying you, don't worry I wont let you get wet."
A blast of fog blotted out Arai's vision.
Damn, I know this tactic. It's those mercenaries. There are only a few families that would dare contract them out and be able to afford them.
"We better get out of here, now," he said in a hushed voice, "they are gone from inside and have kindly given us this cover to escape with."
Arai started walking leading the way. He rushed past the people the twins were detaining and down the stairs towards the infirmary.

Jon coughed as the fog continued to build up. "Shut you little-!!!!" "I TOLD YOU TO STOP ARGUING!!!' shouted Don from in the fog. He groped around and found the door handle. "EVERYONE OUT!!" He shouted.
The pitterpatter of people hurrying out sounded like rain from the sounds of flip flops and bare feet.
"JON!!" Don yelled. He still couldn't move much and the rush of people running out knocked him down.
Jon coughed from the dense fog, he pushed Shizuko into the crowd to make her leave too as he stumbled around looking for his brother. "Wher-cah! ARE YOU?!?!" He shouted over the crowds yells and shouts.
"OVER HERE!!!"

Yuriko smiled, "You're really sweet Arai," she retightened her grip.
Yuriko shut her eyes and held her breath as the fog came over her. He grip on Arai became even tighter.
When the fog came over Ryuu he squinted his eyes and coughed a bit.

Hotaru arrived at the pool, she went into the pool and did some laps.
