Saber Pendragon ((-edit-Ooh I went over, is that a bust?)) AS Rule #3. The wiener dog that runs closest to 1000 by the end of Oktoberfest is the winner. In the event of a tie, there will be one more race to determine the winner. we all may go over possibly 3nodding
but will say this all who is over 1500 lost and out of race for loosing there weiner stare dog
If everyone is over 1500 then the closest to 1k is winner as per rule #2
