I have certain characters that I'll allow to be with certain members of the party.
Generally nobles of both genders go with Leliana, a male city elf or male mage will go with Morrigan, a female city elf or a male Dalish elf will go with Zevran, while a female mage will go with Alistair, as will a female Dalish elf.
Dwarves are trickier. Generally the male dwarves will go with Leliana if they're warriors, but I have to spec her to be a ranged fighter. Male rogues go with Morrigan.
Females are divided between the classes. Female dwarven nobles will go with Alistair, while female dwarven commoners will go with Leliana if they're warriors or Zevran if they're rogues.
Sometimes I change it up, but this is usually the game plan. Mind you, I haven't played all of these combos out fully.

They were together at one point Haur, Zevran killed Isabela's husband, its how she got the ship.
My character is a Male City Elf Warrior, he romance Leliana.
Kitana's is a Female Human Mage, she romance Alistair.

I made a Dalish female rogue, she !@#$%^&* Alistar. Then I started over and made a Dalish female warrior. She too !@#$%^&* Alistar except much quicker thanks to Bodan and his caravan of gifts. smile
I flirted like crazy with Zevran.
Once I found out Alistar was a virgin, that was it. Alistar fever.

True. Anders is a ******** complicated mess, Merill and I don't even get along, Isabella stabbed me in the back, and Fenris is so ******** hard to please!
I'm extremely pissed Varric wasn't an option. The sexiest Dwarf in creation and all I can do is flirt.

Aveline?! She's a pain sometimes. I don't like how she's always on Isabella's case, and she and I butt heads when I took the side of the two elvish kids who killed the guard.
I don't like the situations I forced into. I wish the Arishok didn't make me kill him.

Ahahahah wth? Anders kept c**k blocking me from Fenris. I wanted to at least be able to flirt with him, but if you do, he'll hog your chances of getting with Fenris.

I was just being nice and got all romance options to confess their love for me except Isabela, luckily Fenris settled on being just really good friends, Anders went on emo when I shot him down. Then Fenris left me when I sided with the Mages but I convinced him to come back before the final fight.

I don't have the heart to say no to anyone, just Merrill. She's a user. You do what she likes and it's nothing but smiles and praises, you go against her and the b***h goes spitting stark mad crazy.

Yeah but I managed to make her realize what she was doing was wrong. Got her to sleep with me, shot her down, killed her clan, and never completed a romance with anyone ><.
