As Zarrius placed a mental barrier over the circle and took a step, nothing happened. Absolutely nothing. From his count, he only had 8 more on the ground to go including the one he was currently standing over. 7, if he didn't count that one. Still, many more circles to go and the hallway seemed fairly long...

Zarrius would do the rinse and repeat until something Happened. Zarrius would land on them the same way, With his feet ready to jump back to safety if something happened to his dislike. The demon would wake up still enshrouded by Abbaddon in the Black Pit. He began to stand up, slowly, but found that he felt stronger than before and that he had more energy than before. Moving slowly away from Abbaddon random thoughts would be running through his mind. Turning to face Abbaddon the demon would let out a small sigh as he looked at him. "So what exactly did breaking that seal grant me Lord Abbaddon?"
The Fallen Angel would let out a laugh and look down at the little steel demon. "Your energy has been doubled and you have been granted an energy reserve via the mark in the center of your torso. The energy reserve is equal to your energy at full now and the reserves are currently at full. At any time you can break the seal and replenish your energy to full once until you refill it which will take you a little while." A sinister grin would spread over Abbaddon's face as he continued to look at the demon. "But that is not all my little friend. You have also been granted the power to use my Golden Lightning. It is unlike any lightning that you have yet to encounter. No lightning user can control this lightning, only you have power over it. It has the capability to strike a foe physically, mentally, or spiritually. Use it well in your upcoming battles and do not let me down." With that said the demon would be teleported from the Black Pit and to a spot on Earth with his new powers.
The demon would look around and see no one around, but would notice the Golden Lightning sparking off of his body now. Thank you Lord Abbaddon. With this power I shall end this war and bring glory to Hell. With that said the demon would once again begin his search for Raam.

After about the 3rd circle of nothing happening, on the next one, something did happen. Before Zarrius could blink, the A.A.I activated the circle he was currently standing above and the whole hall shimmered with gold. When the light was done, there were hundreds upon hundreds of sharp protrusions from the walls, ceiling, and floor. In a matter of 3 seconds, Zarrius would realize three things. One, that oddly enough, the circle below him did not produce anything. Two, that all the sharp protrusions were really spikes. And three, that all the spikes were being launched at his position at a very high velocity.
(Yeah, lots and lots of 5 inch to 4 feet spikes flying at you from every angle. Have fun)

The second Zarrius felt the circle activate he put away Giantsmitter and the coins of fate turned into two katanas, one had electricity flowing through it the other had ice flowing through it, he used those, combined with his speed to block a lot of the spikes and mos that got through would be sent flying with a small blast of mental energy. However some did get through he had a couple scratches and one was stuck in his shoulder. Daniel remained entombed by the edifice, talking to Scarlett somewhat easing the horrible lonely feeling and anxiety of the inevitable battle.
"Even if you get out of here, you've still been tainted with the element of Abyss..."
The other Elemental holders could barely be seen, some entombed all the way to their faces.
"We're all cursed here, our choices damning us from the start. I could have died, saving my own world, but I choose to chase selfishly for a women I can't love. Thats what sacrifice is Scarlett, giving up on the things we want, an need. Its the hardest thing to do, but I have seen the future, and this time, I'll be able to do that."
Daniel was silent for a moment, then a melancholy grin creeped onto his face.
"Its funny, I don't have anything to really die for, so is it really a sacrifice, or is god finally letting me die?"

Roy awoke, it felt as if he was left in some sort of coma. He would push himself up grabbing his head with one hand, rubbing the back of it. He looked over and quickly noticed his armor. "Where....where am I?" he asked himself. He couldn't remember much, only that Dom tried to kill him, he fought Lance, and Baldr was there to save him both times. He last saw Baldr going on some sort of mission. Roy was also on his own mission. Roy's eyes widen, he now remembered!
He jumped out of the bed and rushed for his armor, however he didn't see his weapon nearby. Suddenly, he looked over into the shadows as a man walked out holding his Halberd. He tossed it to Roy, it landed in front of him, flat on the ground. Roy looked back at the man. "I know your kind savage! You are lucky you still draw breathe in these parts. Now you are going to tell me what I want to know, otherwise I will ease your passing into the next life if whatever god that overlooks you sees fit to have mercy upon a .......demon." he finished. The man had a long black beard, and was the same size as Roy except Roy was skinner, and the man had more muscles.
"My name is Roy Salazar.." answered Roy, but the man interrupted "Stupid creature, I haven't asked for your name, I could careless to be honest. Such a creature doesn't deserve a name to be remembered by."replied the man. Roy lowered his hand, he was in a village that hated demons, but why was he kept alive then? He ended up in this situation because they had ambushed Roy when he had his guard down. Roy picked up his weapon and put on his armor. "I give you my apologies, however you will learn nothing from me. I must take my leave.", said Roy respectfully.
"Leave? O no you will not be going anywhere demon, not til I say so!" the man outburst. Roy burst into flames and blasted though the ceiling leaving the man behind. The entire village took witness seeing a Roy leave the area. The man was irritated but knew he would run into Roy again sooner or later and when he did, he would have his answers...

"So you consider Damian nothing? Not worth a sacrifice? If mom thought it was too painful to keep Damian because of you, then why does he still exist? God isn't letting you die for this one Daniel. You are. You think you have nothing to hold onto, yet you're so full of s**t. How do you think Damian would like to hear from his big sister one day that his daddy died because he gave up?"
Kikyo sat there in the throne room, thinking patiently on what to do.

The doors of the throne room, slammed open. There standing with his arms extended outward from pushing the doors open was Commander Roy. He was looking down a bit, the hair covering his face before he would slowly look up at Kikyo while lowering his arms. He would walked away the way to her before kneeling before her. "Forgive my absence.", he said feeling guilty and failure, alot had happened since he was away. Roy would then raise to face Kikyo. "I have returned to you..."

Kikyo sat there in the throne room, thinking patiently on what to do.
"WHAT WOULD YOU KNOW?! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA OF WHAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH? THE WORLDS I BROUGHT TO RUIN BECAUSE OF MY SELFISHNESS?!...No... you don't. But that can be remedied..."
Daniel closed shut the balls of fire that were his eyes, linking his mind to hers.
"Take a look, at the things of I've done"
Although it seemed but a moment, centuries of Daniel's previous exploits passed through the eyes of Scarlett. Daniel's maddened face, infected with the very core of Abyss, ravaged countless worlds, destroying their heroes and bringing untold despair and agony. Until finally Daniel couldn't control what he wanted to show her. His mind opened up fully, showing her his past on his home world.
Daniel, teenaged face and stitchy jacket, living a normal life of the Arieus culture. Making his bread and butter from fights at what was called the Blood Dome, a coliseum-like place where Arieus fought each other and various animals. Then, coming home he found the Amulet, the one that began a decade of war and suffering. Memories of Ishime and him flashed across Scarletts face, then her death, then the decision that damned Daniel and his race. The decision between saving his home world, and bringing back alive the women he thought he loved. Then the final memory, Ishime rising from death, walking towards a weakened Daniel, he looked up, a sad smile on his face which quickly turned to horror. Ishime's eye's were black, and her iris's a dark purple.
"Thank you Daniel, I was hoping you would make the right choice"
the last part of the memory Scarlett heard, before the vision went completely black, was Daniel's inhuman scream.

Lance then filt an opening into the Abyssal Realm as he also felt Roys' presense.. He teleported back to hell and into the room where Roy and kikyo were... "Well Roy you sure were away and didn't wright to me or nothing, you rude b*****d.." He said laughing abit... "But there is no time for jokes and greeting.. Roy a moment ago I felt a opening int the Abyssal Realm where scarlett is being held, I will go alone, but then it would be futile seeing that Abyss is stronger now... Roy I need you to come with me to that realm... As family, we will win.." He said looking down at Kikyo, "I promis you Kikyo I will bring her back to you with out a scratch.." he said looking up at Roy hoping that he agrees with him, since time was running out...

Roy looked at Kikyo "What would you have me do?", he asked. Lance would be doing most of the fighting due to the fact Roy is not really a big fighter, he saw other ways of handling fights.

After he was done, Scarlett grabbed him and tossed him away from her.
"Don't touch me! I was trying to give you hope b*****d! But if you want to keep living in the past then please do it."
She walked away from him.

Kikyo looked away from the two. She was looking a little more older, a little more tired.
"Distraction. Abyss is keeping his eyes on her and the rest of the Elementals, including Daniel. That or you both take him on at once as a team. You guys have a rare bloodline that runs through your veins. Like Scarlett, Aiden and Damian... they have the Devil bloodline. Yours is basically your abilities of Hell's Ice and Fire. Hard to avoid, Hard for your enemy to stop."
Kikyo looked back at the two.
"Do what you wish on the lines of what you think is best to do. But take in my ideas for a thought."
