"Mmmmmm..." Jack wordlessly complained, opening his eye. "Hey... Mornin' already?" He sat up and stretched. "Finally! Do you have any idea how long I've been trying to do that!?" Jack blinked. That was Chase's voice, but... Where was Chase? "Forgotten already, have you? Oh, that's right..."

Yachiru sighed and then placed her palms on the fish and the weird animal. "How do you like your meat? Well done?" she asked as she smiled and then started to heat them up quickly with her fire.

Kikyo finally returned to the cave. She looked at the mutant creature. "What in heaven's name is that abomination? It wreiks." She was kind of glad she didn't see Ranma. His words kept coming into her head and still made her feel bad about the whole witch and how she was just a clay doll living off of dead souls that were trying to cross; even though she only used soals that weren't able to pass and were doomed to roam this world.
